Costa Coffee in Rutland

Shame they had a slow day and their smoothie machine was broken it took some persuasion to at least get some mango and juice out of them. That cost 26 gbp for 100ml of blackberry and mango juice . I would have left it but two little granddaughters who could not be disappointed.

Kicked me out after I bought a hot chocolate because they didn’t have any seats left, even though there was an unclean table a few feet away which they could just clean. Food is good though

I visited this Costa on a family trip. I ordered a regular latte (1) and regular mocha (2). What do I get? I get charged for a regular latte and 2 x medium mocha. A huge mug is given when I wanted a regular. The manager ignored my point and pointed at the bill which said regular latte. The level of unprofessionalism is mind boggling.

It's one of the most comfortable places I can go for coffee. The staff are so welcoming and I'd recommend anyone to go. They know mine and my partners regular drink and so when we walk in they usually know what we have.

It didn't feel like the usual Costa chain cafe. It was much better feeling like a small town cafe. Very personal clean and friendly.

It was quite confusing finding a pump that was no pre pay. I don't mind pre pay but wanted to buy some items from the shop. Managed to find a pump and the whole experience was fine from then on.

Great service here, my son has a nut allergy and the staff went out of their way to not only check the ingredients (as you'd expect) but also to use completely separate equipment to make his drink to ensure no cross-contamination occured.

Popped in for a quick coffee and a snack while passing through the area. Well run establishment, clean and tidy with a decent range of light bites and we'll prepared coffee.

Lots of independent coffee shops in Uppingham that are a far better proposition than Costa.

Not a lot of choice - 12.50 and very few toastie or panini's. Asked for a tuna one and was told ''that's all we have''. I ordered a cheese and ham toastie - it was dry and the ham was tough. Not a good experience.

Popped in for a cuppa and was dealt with quickly and efficiently with a smile and had our drink and snack brought to our table...Easter Sunday so was quiet inside..better than alot of other costas out there, who don't speak much or look grumpy..well done.
