Girls need to be more polite and keep the shop clean!

Atmosphere was electric when my ham and cheese toastie was cut the crowd went wild had a great time if i had to pick between England winning the euros or watching the lady cut my sandwich in the 90th minute I know what one I'm picking outstanding effort

I used my free drinks, and had my birthday free cake "lemon drizzle slice" it was lovely.

I come in some times. 2 staff members ashleigh and mark were friendly and made a good atmosphere. All very good indeed 👍

Poor standards plus coffee is far to expensive.

Unprofessional employee who seemed very new and hated the job. He was careless and dropped and broke my cornflake tart. When I asked for a new one he threw a tantrum saying it was not dirty and he would have to throw it out and I was wasting it. Very bad attitude, disrespectful and rude. Manager please look into it. And he was whining the whole time as if it was my fault he dropped it.

Probably won't visit Costa due to overly indulged 'virtue signalling.'

Forgot order and other problems for the 4th time!

Selsdon Costa needs a refurbishment. Please get rid of tired and worn furniture, marks to seats and visible scratches to tables. Mocha was Luke warm with bubbles and froth on top , clearly not made properly but the staff member was apologetic and made another which tasted a lot better.

Nice food and drink ,but person serving was on his phone whilst serving us. Chairs were quite grubby. Tables clean but place could do with a bit of a smarten up

I spend a lots of money In costa coffee around Surrey but the worst one is selsdon branch , one member of staff needs training and manners and she should know how to speak to customers , there was a coffee shop opposite Costa called the wild bean has been sold , which is a shame all costa customers used to go there .

Owner needs to sort out staff!! Rude girls that talk down to you, despite me wearing my disability lanyard. Can't make a decent coffee. Tried to charge me for syrup I couldn't taste. What a joke of a place. Always dirty, too.

How the hell can a small hot chocolate cost almost £5 my heart physically hurt when I paid. Lower your prices man.

The overall service is good, it would be more ideal if the staff pay more attention to the cleaning of the countertops

Costa in Selsdon, Croydon. Very pleasant staff and premises clean and tidy.

Friendly staff but haven't got a clue how to make a flat white. Watery, no florete, another Costa branch where every drink is a latte. Asked for it not too full so she just poured some out, left it spilt all over the side and just gave it to me. Coffee machine is absolutely filthy and drip tray looks like it hasn't been cleaned in days. This is not the norm for Costa. First and last visit to this branch. Such a shame

Very nice shop and coffee is great. I like so much.

Pretty cosy, staff was nice and friendly, but a bit too slow. We had coffees and some sandwiches. Sandwiches took a bit too long to come back hot. Also, they were not brought at the same time and this caused some arguments between the hungry kids :)

Always a good place to go either for a quick coffee on the go or a sandwich or even a sit down with a drink and a cake. Sometimes is very busy but always served quickly. Staff are always helpful.

Lovely friendly staff, smiling, happy and welcoming. If they are not helping you they are cleaning the Store. They make good coffee, they get the order right.

Average service, could be more focussed on clients orders

Popped in today for quick latte with my partner. Worst coffee we have ever tasted so handed it back and walked out. They also got the order for the people behind me in the queue totally wrong. Won't ever go back there again.

The lady behind counter is quite rude and speaks with a polish accent so hard to understand. Also they have made size of their limited edition coffees so small this year,less than half the size of last year with no gingerbread man biscuit or sprinkles so was very disappointed. Unfortunately won't go back there

So close to work and after a 4am start a good coffee is definitely a must.

I’ve been there today and must say “very impressed” with the service. The manager was very friendly and courteous and so the staff. Quick service at all times! The shop could do with a higher seating capacity as at times I have been it is quite busy.

Lovely little coffee shop on Selsdon High Street. Always nip in for a coffee and a bite to eat when in the area. Would definatly recommend.
