Stupurb maple hazel latte Part of there festive range The coffee was massive, looked amazing and tasted fantastic... Absolute winner!

it wasn't meant to be delivered at all I asked for it to be cancelled when they contacted me to say 2 out of three items were out of stock,so I asked for it to be cancelled as I couldn't afford it, delivery guy was nice though

Nipped in for a coffee. Stayed a lot longer than intended. Warm friendly atmosphere.

Always pleasant staff and sometimes do busy there are no seats/tables 😕

Nice bright space, has outside tables, good quality range of snacks, cakes and pastries. Staff friendly and helpful

I didnt order what was sent and so no money was wasted I specially asked if the items were out of stock to cancel as the money would be would be taken including delivery few for something I never ordered

It's very busy and you have to wait to be served. The staff are nice but it's a bit chaotic, you don't know what queue is for what and there weren't many sandwiches/or paninis to pick from( this was at 1:30pm)

substituted items that were out of stock, usually really good but would prefer items that were not available were not marked as available on the menu and if the order had not been accepted I would have been able to order from another Costa coffee instead, but the money was taken for items that I did not order and I cannot afford it

Good for a lunch coffee, welcoming atmosphere, service a bit slow but friendly

Lemon drizzle cake was dry, large slice though

All good but i prefer to eat with plastic spoons even at home but they do not have.

Found a note on the side of the bag saying sorry that we didn't have the food you asked for,the service from this Costa coffee is usually great but I would have loved to have ordered from another Costa coffee if the items wer listed as out of stock

if it was o I would put it over 2hrs wait everything is freezing how do a get my money back never again use this service

Cold toastie and a latte that was asked to be made not strong with just two shots, is like tar. Black and completely not fit to drink. Last time I’m ordering from you again. READ the notes!!!

Costa at the Forge is brilliant, go there twice a week. Caroline and her team are excellent.

I drank a delicious Maple latte. The last time I visited here, were a few months ago. The staff are lovely, very helpful.

Deplorable worst costa I use, shut early, cold coffeee who makes a cold coffee, 2 nytes in a row. Not first time I’ve complained about this place.

Usual Costa but less efficient. Had to chase staff up about a few things. Nothing major but they seemed a bit uninterested and it wasn't as of it was busy at the time.

Unforunately i recieved half an order because it was burst and most of it had leaked out when it arrived

Coffee like black tar not a latte. Despite leaving a really nice message to have two shots in it and not three. Completely awful and I not drinkable the service has really dropped.

The coffee was far too strong for a latte had to pour half out and heat up some milk the almond slices are stale with no moisture in them disappointing bacon baps were nice but overall not up to the usual standard I am afraid to say

Delivery didnt even turn up, app tracked the driver to about 2 minutes away then marked it as delivered.

I visited Costa Glasgow Fort with my baby. After purchasing my food and drink, my baby needed a nappy change, but I was shocked to discover that all the toilets are closed due to flooding. I had to abandon my items, gather baby and everything else back into the pram, and walk along to Boots to use their facilities, before finding another place to sit down and feed a (now screaming in hunger) baby. Seriously not impressed by the lack of facilities, nor by the lack of sympathy or help from the staff. As inconvenient as this was for me, it could have been far worse for others. Those with mobility issues cannot as easily get to another building to use their facilities, nor can people with bladder or bowel issues. If a cafe expects to remain open without access to toilet and hand washing facilities, surely this should be made clear BEFORE purchases are made?

Where is the old good hand crafted Costa Cofee? Is it something from the past? Or simply baristas lack of experience?

No vegan snack options on sale. Staff seemed clueless. One suggested they had been removed for the summer (because obviously vegans only eat lettuce during the summer).

Always come to Costa my mum says it's the best coffee

Chose ASAP as delivery as 1st time was quite long. Surprised at how quickly it was delivered. As always delivered politely.

My drinks were cold and one cup was half a cup

There allways seems to be something broken in one of there shops just lately if its not the frothing machine or the dishwasher its as tho they dont want you to sit in anymore

My wife and I only pooped in for coffee, so I decided I would try the new KitKat latte. I requested no cream but got it anyway, if you are going to ask at least read the order before serving.

They were out of stock of what I ordered, but were kind enough to let me choose a substitution,I wish that the app showed you what was actually in-stock so money isn't wasted as it is so difficult to cancel even if the customer is not at fault

Delivery person left on doorstep without knocking the door for I don't know how long,£10 gone for nothing as I had to throw it

Go in for a hot latte and get one that's cold and the males toilets have mold over the walls floor and urinals completely disgusting

Came in during lunch, was pretty packed and super busy. Order went pretty easy, went to sit but was asked to wait next to the counter. In the end I ended up with my half of the order and the order of someone else, we managed to resolve this without Costa being involved. The drinks were good but perhaps hire more people if it's a struggle to keep up, it isn't fair to your staff who are great.

Yet again it seems if you order more than 1 of the same item, you will only receive 1 item. So frustrating, it japoens again and again!

Absolutely terrible. Just paid over £3 for an iced tea on a hot day.......no ice, look warm and tasted of nothing. You shouldn't have to explain to somebody that iced drinks have ice in them. It was so weak and warm that I suspect that it was left from earlier and the ice had melted and diluted it

I don't know if the the ladies working are aware about diet? Vegan, veg diet, halal diet, people who have allergy... it's normal that a customer ask if a cake or a meal contents alcohol or alcohol free. I cannot understand that this question makes you want to laugh if only for the customer's grimace? Moreover, it is not Hygienic to touch your deadlocks every time and handle food afterwards. Very disappointed when we welcome a customer we have to smile, it seems that you do something that you don't really like.

Awful! 2 cakes missing. Called restaurant who didn’t care said it wasn’t their problem it was probably the driver. To add insult to injury we have to wait 7 days for a refund for the cakes from just eat ! Awful!!! Manager appalling and rude

Having stopped coming to this Costa because of constant queues and never all till points open and also general poor cleanliness of tables, seats and floors, I visited today given that it appeared quiet . Service was quick and coffee good,no issues at all. However the tables were covered in trays of crockery and few were clean. I had to remove a tray and clean myself. The floors and bottom of window area are full of food and dirt . Toilets are poor too, always tissues strewn across the floor. This is by far the most unclean Costa I visit. Nothing short of deep steam clean would make this store better.

Really disappointed with this Costa at the Fort, my daughter and I sat at the window which was full of bits of bread , crumbs ,and dust everywhere, very dirty and needing a really good clean ,even the tables were needing a good wipe down

Very prompt service. Cake I ordered wasn't available but liked substitute and handwritten note to apologise was a nice touch.

Really disappointed. Went in for a coffee. Loads of folk had ordered coffee and standing about waiting. I waited 5 minutes but nobody taking orders. I just walked out. It was really disorganised! Maybe they need more staff? It was only between 3pm-4pm too!
