when I ordered it stated time was to be here for 16.20 but it did not arrive until 16.45 and the hot chocolate was cold and one of the muffins was the wrong I use this service all the time and it's the first I have been so disappointed will make me think whether to use this for Costa again

my order was extremely late and when I checked the map the courier should have been outside, but they were not. At 5.25pm I was advised my order had been delivered at 5.19pm. IT WASN'T DELIVERED TO ME. I HAVE NOTHING.

it wasn't meant to be delivered at all I asked for it to be cancelled when they contacted me to say 2 out of three items were out of stock,so I asked for it to be cancelled as I couldn't afford it, delivery guy was nice though

I didnt order what was sent and so no money was wasted I specially asked if the items were out of stock to cancel as the money would be would be taken including delivery few for something I never ordered

It's very busy and you have to wait to be served. The staff are nice but it's a bit chaotic, you don't know what queue is for what and there weren't many sandwiches/or paninis to pick from( this was at 1:30pm)

Deplorable worst costa I use, shut early, cold coffeee who makes a cold coffee, 2 nytes in a row. Not first time I’ve complained about this place.

Usual Costa but less efficient. Had to chase staff up about a few things. Nothing major but they seemed a bit uninterested and it wasn't as of it was busy at the time.

Unforunately i recieved half an order because it was burst and most of it had leaked out when it arrived

Coffee like black tar not a latte. Despite leaving a really nice message to have two shots in it and not three. Completely awful and I not drinkable the service has really dropped.

The coffee was far too strong for a latte had to pour half out and heat up some milk the almond slices are stale with no moisture in them disappointing bacon baps were nice but overall not up to the usual standard I am afraid to say

The driver had spilled more than half of my drink outside the door of my house, therefore I didn’t have a full drink to enjoy

I visited Costa Glasgow Fort with my baby. After purchasing my food and drink, my baby needed a nappy change, but I was shocked to discover that all the toilets are closed due to flooding. I had to abandon my items, gather baby and everything else back into the pram, and walk along to Boots to use their facilities, before finding another place to sit down and feed a (now screaming in hunger) baby. Seriously not impressed by the lack of facilities, nor by the lack of sympathy or help from the staff. As inconvenient as this was for me, it could have been far worse for others. Those with mobility issues cannot as easily get to another building to use their facilities, nor can people with bladder or bowel issues. If a cafe expects to remain open without access to toilet and hand washing facilities, surely this should be made clear BEFORE purchases are made?

Where is the old good hand crafted Costa Cofee? Is it something from the past? Or simply baristas lack of experience?

No vegan snack options on sale. Staff seemed clueless. One suggested they had been removed for the summer (because obviously vegans only eat lettuce during the summer).

Chose ASAP as delivery as 1st time was quite long. Surprised at how quickly it was delivered. As always delivered politely.

My wife and I only pooped in for coffee, so I decided I would try the new KitKat latte. I requested no cream but got it anyway, if you are going to ask at least read the order before serving.

There allways seems to be something broken in one of there shops just lately if its not the frothing machine or the dishwasher its as tho they dont want you to sit in anymore

Came in during lunch, was pretty packed and super busy. Order went pretty easy, went to sit but was asked to wait next to the counter. In the end I ended up with my half of the order and the order of someone else, we managed to resolve this without Costa being involved. The drinks were good but perhaps hire more people if it's a struggle to keep up, it isn't fair to your staff who are great.

Yet again it seems if you order more than 1 of the same item, you will only receive 1 item. So frustrating, it japoens again and again!

Absolutely terrible. Just paid over £3 for an iced tea on a hot day.......no ice, look warm and tasted of nothing. You shouldn't have to explain to somebody that iced drinks have ice in them. It was so weak and warm that I suspect that it was left from earlier and the ice had melted and diluted it

I don't know if the the ladies working are aware about diet? Vegan, veg diet, halal diet, people who have allergy... it's normal that a customer ask if a cake or a meal contents alcohol or alcohol free. I cannot understand that this question makes you want to laugh if only for the customer's grimace? Moreover, it is not Hygienic to touch your deadlocks every time and handle food afterwards. Very disappointed when we welcome a customer we have to smile, it seems that you do something that you don't really like.
