Thanks so much to the barista just now for making my mango bubble frappe so quickly and efficiently when I informed him I had a train in 5 mins! I made the train thank you!

I go regularly with a wheelchair user and can't fault the staff for always being so helpful with the doors and bring us the order to the table outside and for being so friendly However something could be done about the doors to make access to wheelchair users and/or their carers more accessible?! Always a struggle and Costa doesn't seem to see a problem there

Absolute joke you get coffee and food then you ask for the toilet remember its a coffee shop that serves food, they then direct you to the train station toilets that cost 50p !! A complete scam DISGRACE

Costa at the train station in Inverness makes an excellent cappuccino. We are avid train travellers and avid cappuccino drinkers. That is why we often try cappuccino at stations while waiting for our train. Usually we are disappointed, but Costa made us an excellent cappuccino every morning. 😁 So we started our train journeys to Wick and Kyle of Lochalsh in a pleasant atmosphere

As train station coffees go this is a good one. Super friendly barista made me a good cortado at 6:10am. Can’t ask for more than that.

It's a Costa, so expect the standard Costa stuff but the staff are really friendly and nice and have numerous times put up with my scattiness, confusion over apps and requests for odd beverage combinations like hot hibiscus syrup tea with good grace and patience. It's also a handy place to charge up your device if you need to or just wait for your train at or nearby Inverness station.

Tell you to buy discounts, you must remind the cashier! I didn't admit it late. I especially love to Costa. This time he has eaten a 50% OFF three-civil condition. He is chatting (mobile phone), and there is no button! Later, I also got to find a 50% WAPE. My son remembered that he was also 50% - seeing his gift wraps is full fee, so I invite him to communicate with the service person! In the end, I didn't respond and only told us that I have to watch the Chu and remind us that you buy a buckle, and you can't do any compensation! Is your own responsibility! I feel bad! Experience is very bad! So remind everyone

People are polite and helpful. Food was fresh. Can’t see a reason to not like this location.

Not a huge Costa fan, however, my experience at Inverness station has been good on two occasions. Service is fast enough to keep up with the queues.

Staff are very pleasant but seem overworked. Only skimmed milk available so my white coffee was almost black. My ham and cheese toastie was only toasted on one side. Apparently it's warmed not toasted.

The store clerk is very friendly and the environment needs to be tidier.

The cafe does not have any toilets if you need to go you have used the station toilets which costs 50p so you buy a coffee and pay to get rid of it

Ordered two cappuccinos, received one, had to ask for the other one and had to wait extra. The first turned out to be only half warm. Not recommended.

I had a long wait on a train & managed to get some work done in here, buying regular refreshments to justify keeping my seat (I would have moved on if they had needed the seat for other customers). The staff on the early and the later shift were all friendly and professional. The toasties are good and so are the drinks. I would definitely recommend.

Friendly service and edible chilled blt sandwhich. Good for waiting on trains and traveling all day. Ladies at counter were so friendly!

Popped in for an early take away tea between trains. The girl put the macaroni in sideways to the bag so some spilled out. She asked another girl to put on a new one but she simply changed the bag, gave it to me and said that not much had spilled out despite it being in the bag and down the side of the container. I normally really like Costa but this was reallly shoddy.

I often wonder why people review places if there only reason is to complain & moan, often over trivial matters. My experience of this Costa Coffee outlet was good. There was one guy on his own trying to do his utmost, and succeeded, IMHO. There was a train strike which was supposed to have shut all services, but in the end it didn’t totally happen, hence one staff member. All considered, good service, friendly manner and timely delivery of drinks. Well done 👏

Normally excellent. But the choice of food was extremely limited on this visit. It was only around 12.30. Otherwise everything was very good.

Staff aren't trained properly, don't know how to make the drinks correctly. Struggling to make porridge. Made a ice peach tea with a normal tea bag. Horrible experience

7.37 a.m. standing outside Costa in Inverness train station which is meant to open at 7.30. Want a coffee before my train leaves. Doesn't look like it's going to happen. Not very impressed.

Says they shut at 7pm, got there at 6:08 to see them shutting

Manager Sian was very rude to us and would possibly benefit from some customer service training and support!!

No sausage on bap roll as part of morning offerings. Only bacon which was disappointing. I was there at 0645 so it's not that they ran out. They just don't get them in I think. Nice big location though. Plenty of seating and charge points for those with laptops. Staff very friendly.
