Costa Coffee in Swansea

Went to this Costa as a group and they wouldn't give us China cups as they did to other customers. They said they were too busy but apart from our group they were nearly empty

I do love a good Costa...however....be warned......I didn't notice the time and overstayed the free 2 hours and had to pay a £60 parking fine..... That's was the dearest visit to a Costa I have ever had. I wasn't out shopping or anything...just sat inside chilling between jobs passing the time away. I probably won't return now for fear of it happening again....sorry Costa.

This is the second time my frappe drink gets rushed and isnt done right. Makes you think service is declining, this place used to be great, now for some reason staff get an attitude for no apparent reason. And the reason i wanted to post today because i didnt get coffee in my frappe even though the order was confirmed at the till. Absolutely disappointing service. Do better. No smiles, no effort, and a sadly made frappe.

Jude I believe the manager there now. What an awful woman. I felt as if I was bothering her from being on her phone. The huffing and puffing disgusting behaviour

I don’t usually leave reviews, but today after sending 10£ on two small Terry’s hot chocolates I thought it necessary. The drinks were lukewarm and weren’t delivered to the costa standard ( had no orange sprinkles and weren’t delivered with a Terry’s chocolate ) after paying 10£ I expected the drinks to have the correct ratio and delivery, wrong! The drinks were 40% cream.

Every table was full of dirty cups and if you were lucky enough to find one which had a space to put your coffee down it was ruined by the air conditioning on in November!!! Absolutely freezing cold air being blown down from the ceiling. It seemed very understaffed and a lot of customers.

I don't think any staff member actually bothered to look at me during my order. Cramped in-between the fridges and a gift stand whilst queuing was overwhelming. No where to wait whilst the order was prepped. The worst costa I've been in..

The place was very clean. Had a very nice hot chocolate and Logan’s service was great. He was very pleasant and very helpful. Had a really good time.

A decent place to spend time relaxing with a coffee. Not over crowded and noisy. However, the cleanliness was not up to a standard.

The staff are always friendly and always happy, the coffee shop is clean and nicely presented, and the coffee is always great and exactly what I need. Always look forward to my weekly treat there.

Not much respect for customers offer them to sit on chairs like these. Costa coffee not the cheapest place in town, and I can't belive they don't worry at all about reputation and keeping chairs worse than in charity shop

I went here for lunch last Wednesday the customer service was amazing the barista was super helpful and kind. They made me feel very welcome and were very fast with my order!

very dirty and stuff was just left on table we had to put strangers stuff away ourselves.

Unfortunately, when I attended, they seemed short staffed, and the tables were still left from previous users, but the staff were extremely polite and professional. Had to have coffee in takeaway cups as the machine had broken down. Coffee as always great. Thank you

Served by Zena during an evening rush and she did an amazing job, coffee is superb.

The servers are impatient and don't listen to customers, they've given me the wrong coffee for the 4th time in a row.

Ordered a take away coffee and sandwich, the sandwich was freezing and the bread was practically stale by the time it got to me and the coffee tasted like room temperature dish water. Awful overall, don’t think I have ever had a decent cup of coffee from here or warm food. Will not come back.

Drive through closed, cue to the door and only 1 person serving with 2 others wandering around

Rude manager girl.. Literally mouthing back because I said the coffee didn't taste right, stale water or dirty cup for sure.. Was told they get cleaned out monthly and it was probably just me.. Pathetic.. Won't be back..

Wouldnt not recommended, i work in the hospitality sector myself and while queuing to be served i saw the staff cross contaminating items, one of which was with the fruit which my partner is allergic to strawberries so due to this we left as we did not want to risk anything

Tables were not cleaned or cleared , rubbish on floor. Service very slow. Outside bin overflowing and rubbish on ground. Place looked dirty.

Good quality as usual, not outstanding but ample car park and good location

Food tasty if not over priced drink are great but defiantly over priced service is always Stella however some have a habit of being stingy with what sizes are this is not large and should not be over 4 quid

Regular Costa with artic air-con. If you are sat near the ac vent it is cold. Please sort this out.

Nice place. Their flat white and cortado are perfect. 2 hours of free parking, but you can extend it by 2 more hours if you enter your car registration at the till.

This is the dirtiest Costa ever. The furniture is more than tired it is exhausted and threadbare. Toilets filthy . Poor customer service. Was going to have lunch however decided if Costa were happy for customers to see/sit in and use those filthy areas what were the areas that the public couldn't see like ? Disgusted

The mango and passion fruit bubble tea was terrible as I spend £3 for this rubbish and I can't drink a single bubble, and it keep spilling out. But the lemon blueberry cake was good one. But afterwards, the employee here got us a free frappe which is really good, I am much appreciated 👍

Costa Parc Tawe - staff polite and welcoming, although priority appears to be with fulfilling drive-through orders. Refresh of interior decor is now way overdue, with the majority of the soft seating being threadbare if not totally worn through. Bench seating particularly uncomfortable.

If you have a sweet tooth, the mocha is a fantastic choice at Costa Coffee. It blends the richness of espresso with chocolate syrup and steamed milk, resulting in a delightful combination of coffee and chocolate flavors.

Had two fraps served by two lovely ladies, one of which was having 5 minutes of madness where she dropped the milk while while ordering and also had brain malfunction with words (la-la). I dont think I had so much fun ordering a cold drink in my life. Definitely will be back 🤣

First time in a Costa Coffee, enjoyed the sandwiches, good service, tidy

Always my favourite coffee. But tables was dirty, no one bothered about cleaning it. They are cleaning the tables altogether at one time, but it’s not looks nice when we enter there is lots of stuffs . 2 hr free parking available. Overall it’s a good experience because once again the quality of coffee and the atmosphere. Please do something for kids, I can’t find anything there.

Outside tables are stinking. Haven't been washed for days. How do I know? Young child who was crayoning on tables Saturday, it was still there on Monday evening.

Can't go wrong with costa and this one is no exception. Friendly staff, quick service and never had an issue.

Edit: visited again today, and there is one particular member of staff who seems loud and also very rude to customers. The seats are looking worn and dirty. This store desperately needs a revamp, and maybe some refreshement in customer service wouldn't go amiss. This will be my last visit here. Previous visit: Rude staff Avoid if you want a cold drink with over half an hour to go until closing time.

Met a friend here for coffee and a catch up. Staff are welcoming, speedy service and great coffee.

If the people serving on a Saturday morning didn't talk to each other on their headsets, place would be fine. Rude.

I'm a big Costa fan, but this, sadly, is the worst Costa I've ever visited. It seems woefully understaffed, considering how busy it is. It often takes at least 10-15 minutes to get served. There's only ever one toilet working, usually the combined disabled toilet and baby changing room. On a recent visit, I was horrified to see several small flies in the cake cabinet, crawling on the cakes. Some customers seemed oblivious to their presence, and staff continued to serve cakes to them. Many tables were left uncleared from previous customers. The only positive was the lovely young barista who served me. She couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Management seriously needs to up its game here and employ more staff. The youngsters try hard, but there's just not enough of them

Toilets broke so they had to shut the cafe

Filthy, scruffy, poor service & a cold coffee! Ages queueing, no paper for receipts, put in take out cups when asked for sit in. The coffee was tepid. The toilets were filthy with dirty nappies hanging out the bin. Super slow service. Scruffy furniture. I suggest you go to a different COSTA.

Didn’t even get to the coffee part as we waited in line for 14 mins due to the slowness and lack of experience on staff At least 6 other people who had ordered were also still waiting for their orders

My previous review is below, where has the service gone? - Took ages today for three hot drinks, and two muffins which were both out of stock. No apology or anything, this is the way service is going these days. Terrible. I only use this Costa for Drive Thru really, and every single time the people serving are terrific, they speak kindly and always say have a nice day and it doesn't sound fake like a lot of places do. Coffee is also nice as well. Great work please keep it up!

The floor was through out the store were filthy, this was at 11 am I would say hadn't been cleaned ready to open today, the tables weren't clean and trays on other tables with dirty cups etc, my pastry was stale, the coffee wasn't to bad

Very slow service - as with all Costa's I've been to - and stupid prices. Don't know why people go there - I try to avoid them if there is an alternative. Understaffed, so did feel for the employees, especially as they couldn't accept cards, causing even more disgruntled customers

This is the first time I've been inside this Costa although I have used the drive through on previous occasions.

Polite staff, but it needs bit renovation and deep cleaning. The sofas and chairs are outdated, and worn off.

As much as I like a costa this one is the worst around. Always something wrong unfortunately
