Costa Coffee in Fenland

I didn’t get his name but his the tall guy with light brown hair with glasses this morning had a lovely service from him. Love getting a coffee fix at Costa. Drinks is always consistent. This space is very airy and lovely view by window.

Was pretty disgusted that the Wisbech Franchise in Tesco does not accept the Defence Discount considering are a considerable amount of Military personnel and Veterans in the area Shame on you

Terhi was fab at serving me. Mango bubble frappe, was lovely and she layered the bubbles which was also fun. Friendly and helpful. Thank you 😊 xxxx

Good service, 👍 great coffee, nice sitting area in Tesco, but note Costa have increased there prices twice in a few months adding 50p to a small coffee 😒😪 Don't get to greedy Costa.

Raspberry slice and cinnamon bun are so old and hard they should be called rock cakes.@ £2:00 each they should be fresh.

Ordered 2 bacon rolls and 2 coffees ( 1 med, 1 small). Asked if they came as a deal? Was told yes, and then we paid. Only to find they all didn't count as a deal as 1 coffee was large. So maybe the question of "do they came as a deal" was to hard for the Costa staff 😡

My favourite coffee although it's now getting quite pricey

Nice place for a coffee and five minutes

Tipped it, lumps of powder in my drink. Never have a problem at the March store which is a shame having to travel just for a favorite hot drink

Okay, simple costa tbh, staff were rather rude though, I was the only person In the drive through and they just seemed to throw the food at you and walk off! Hot chocolate wasn't very hot either

Excellent and coffee of consistent quality. Snack eats were of a bit limited choice, but nevertheless, very tasty.

I ordered a cortado and it was so weak almost like hot milk.

Delightful cheerful young lady served me and my cappuccino was lovely. The whole area was clean and tidy too.

Overpriced poor service staff are not the brightest would not return ... costa are making a fortune selling nothing special.

Unbelievable friendly staff. Always there to offer advice on what to have or add to your drink.

Not good, service was slow, lady clearing tables was not wiping surfaces only taking trays so no cleaning in between different customers. Dust on surfaces, crumbs all over the floor. Cutlery not clean, nor where the cups. Wouldn't recommend.

Very rude staff won't be returning

Dreadful place. Avoid like the plague. Coffee vile, staff rude preferring to service drive through that customers in the shop and chat amongst themselves. Not going again

To be honest, getting fed up asking for a cappuccino with chocolate and never getting the chocolate. Today went one better, asked for cappuccino and drove off to discover a latte.

Tasty delicious drinks... black forest hot chocolate is gorgous. Well mannered staff and friendly atmosphere.

Once they did not have coconut milk for my Latte... She suggested Oat milk and I loved it. Excellent service

Service was very good, but the very abrupt and authoritarian tone when enforcing Covid-19 restrictions was unwelcome, there are better ways of ensuring compliance than making one feel like a naughty child

Only 2 people for all customers and the drive tru. 30 min spent waiting. Owner save money and doesn't care about the the customers and workers.

Speedy service at all times and they always get my orders correct (milk, extra shots of coffee, etc). Staff are always friendly and happy to explain what is in each drink. There are sometimes a delay at breakfast time when people are ordering toast or muffins (which although tasty are the price of an entire loaf of bread and topping so totally not worth the cost). Seating area is always clean and the staff keep on top of dirty tables ready for the next customer.

Had such a lovely experience trying out this new Costa today, Dan was absolutely wonderful making our drinks and was so friendly. Gave us his recommendations to help us order and was funny and helpful.

Fair size Costa in tesco extra Wisbech selling the usual costa pre-packaged snacks and drinks with tables for eat-in ordering or take out friendly staff and clean tables large number of disabled ♿ parking bays on the ground floor and lifts to the shopping floor

The way the espresso is served...not the first time plus second espresso served in take away cup..really disappointed

Five stars for the coffee and the good array of cakes etc and prompt service but at least 2 stars deducted because of the young lad that served me, after steam frothing the milk for my cappuccino he started banging the container on the counter, I can only assume to remove excess air, but the force he used caused milk to fly about all over the counter, the stacked crockery and the young girl who was standing next to him not once but several times. Not good in front of customers in my opinion. But just had a very nice chocolate with cream and marshmallows .

Over priced, I only go into these "costa lots" if I'm desperate 🙄

Luke warm coffee (again) won't be going back
