Good place to sit and unwind with great quality coffee or take away

If I was to be looking for a location to plan for the Machiavellian downfall of people then I would definitely recommend this branch of Costa. The location is ideally suited to dark planning due to the proximity to the A5 and also adequate parking. Whilst not complicit in any rumination towards the downfall of capitalist society, the staff are always friendly and take very good care of us. Coffee is always good and there is the added benefit of double beans when using your own cup. This is very important due to the potential for DNA gathering by those servants of the state. The drive thru is very good also. The New York Deli bagels are recommended. Should you, however, purchase these and leave me without then I shall add you to my list of vengeance. All in all, would recommend and will visit again.

Friendly staff ... Nice little place

Always clean and tidy. The coffee and snacks are great. Plenty of seating. Had a hot chocolate and oat milk caramel latte - perfect. Service with a smile.

This is a very well ran Costa Coffee. The staff are always super friendly and the drinks are always perfect. They are always working hard and go the extra length for customers. I go here regularly and it's a great place to work on my laptop from.

Decent coffee, facilitates below par, one toilet out of order, staff member was in other toilet for half an hour.

bought the sandwiches from the fridge and they toasted for us. wont said it is amazing but still okay to eat. roly milkshake is too sweet and sickly after a few mouthful. their coffee is the best so far. seating area is nice. not discard area for us to return their dirty tray. had to leave it on table for the next person to clear. plenty car parks but it was so full.

A drive through with a decent sized seating area and everything else you would expect from a costa.

Friendly cafe with a great atmosphere. A good place for taking break. Baristas were very friendly and welcoming. Seating and ambience is very good.

Lovely staff. Very cheerful polite which is a refreshing change from some I have been to where they are surly and just well it’s a job don’t want to be there. I used to work in the catering hospitality industry so I know about it. ( it’s hard work keeping cheerful in a front of house customer focused business) Deffo go back to this one next time I’m around that way. Which will be every Friday I think.

Service very good. Tea cake nice would of being better if butter was more room temp. Hot chocolate fantastic but no cream in stock. Toilet was low on paper

Great service knowledge by staff is outstanding and the food is great place is clean and open decent hours with ample parking around.

Closed at 1645.. hrs on a Friday... disgusting not even a sign up to say closed and why its closed so early... very poor.... Costa since being overtaken by CocaCola Company has gone downhill massively.... typical corporation management no longer interested in its customers...might aswell boycott my ever growing list of Costa Coffee.

I’m a Costa regular, I’ll refrain from saying how often but let’s say it doesn’t take me long to get my free loyalty drink… anyway wall island is one of the best. The service is prompt even if the drive thru is full, and the drinks are usually perfect. Keep it up

Inside seating area closed, no signage to say why... Twice in a week

Have to say I'm a regular with my family for breakfast and a catch up and always loved it. However as of late we've been very disappointed, turned up and its been closed a couple of times, shortage on staff has affected opening times and customer service. Also the toast it comes either as warm bread or burnt toast. Hopefully things will start to improve or we won't be going back to this one, shame 😔

This is only a drive through so no good when your parked outside on a motorcycle and you fancy a coffee

Lovely and always gaurentee vegan coffee

This used to be my favourite Costa. But given up on it now. Always short staffed and therefore shop is shut and drive thru open only So if you're on foot.... you're going to go thirsty as you can't walk through drive thru. Same applies to Eastern Avenue.

Despite what the website, app and signage outside all say, this location was not open until 8pm on the occasions I have tried to visit lately.

I go there all the time. It service is quick, it has a drive through and an indoor/outdoor seating area.

Slow service and 2 hot chocolates were cold on arrival had to get them redone. Not good.

You can't beat a costa coffee. Weekends tend to be busiest but they do their best to get you through the drive in. The app for ordering is efficient but you don't always get the whole range to choose from.

Disappointing that not a single member of staff in here had a mask on yesterday. I would have thought it a prerequisite at a time like this when serving food and drinks? If not mandatory, surely the right thing to do for your customers?

Same usual great service. Little bit disappointed they'd had an issue with delivery so I couldn't order a Black Forest Hot Chocolate (favourite drink) but the coffee and service was still spot on!

Been coming here for quite a few years now as I commute past here for work last couple of times Iv been in the staff have been very rude you’d think during the current climate they would be trying to keep hold of customers.

Excellent coffee, shame about the service, i ordered 4 drinks and came home to find 4 very different drinks to what i had ordered. Also avoid visiting this place on a weekend as you are almost guaranteed to get stuck in all the IKEA/B&Q congestion.

I use this place everyday day and love it. However today i spent about 20/30 mins in the drive through. I was given the wrong coffee which wasn’t nice at all. I spent about 40 minutes in the the cafe waiting to be served to change my coffee. No apologies of the staff just rude. Never will i go again spent around 2 hours of my day there.

Really poor customer experience on our last couple of visits. They look like they don’t want to be at work and poor customer care when serving. A polite and friendly approach would go a long way.

Its Costa coffee whats not to like. Just wish they would order more muffins so we could have better choice later in the day.

Nice and quiet at 7am. Popped in rather than queued at the drive through. First Costa in months. Bacon sandwich hot and tasty. Coffee was lovely. Didn't stop but seated area looked clean and comfortable. Good screens up to provide covid barrier between staff and customers.

Flat white wasn't brand standard, service a bit slow

Entered at 730pm after choosing salad, sandwich and drink for just under £10 was told branch was closing in 30 minutes (8pm), advertised closing time is 9pm. After 5 minutes staff started hoovering in my immediate area and I was eating my salad in the hoover exhaust! I ate up and left by 745pm. This is not typical of Costa, but my first and last visit to this branch.

I would not recommend anyone to visit shenstone Costa drive in, terrible customer service and appaling manners, after complaining porridge was cold, the man put it back in the microwave for 5 minutes, and laughed even though other member of staff questioned him and said we only usual put it in for 30 seconds? He laughed, he also questioned mine and my friends disability because they had forgotten the drink from the order and my friend gone back to the drive in hatch and collected it. No respect for paying customer, and we witnessed other members of staff being appalled by the way he dealt with is, other customers came up to us after and asked if we were ok. One Costa i will not visit again.

This particular Costa is very cramped for anyone using a wheelchair.

Usually not too bad here but today was awful. Two sections of seating cordoned off and limited seating due to tables not being cleared. The attitude of the barista that served us was disgusting, unfriendly and bad-tempered.
