Costa Coffee in Brent

Had very bad experience as the indian girl who was serving on the till was eating the chocolate and left us without telling how much is the total. she even don't have sense how to serve the customers. Very bad customer service.

The outside space here is dire. Could be a lovely place to take respite from difficult hospital visits. Instead it has many dead plants, broken things, unloved and uncared for. @costacoffee please do something!!

They need to be reported to trading standards as on top of the Frappuccino they aren't using cream. They are using semi skimmed milk!!

Some nice staff, some rude staff.

This is the worst Costa I have ever visited. The staff got several orders wrong, the place was a mess, I had to get cleaning products from the side and clean my own table and the hand sanitiser was empty.

The Northwick Park Hospital branch of Costa Coffee, located on the 4th floor of the hospital, along the restaurant and M&S/WHSmiths corridor. Nice to have a cafe within the hospital. Wide range of drinks and food.

Always enjoy a lovely Xmas drink at Costa especially for my wife.

It's quite busy at Northwick Park Hospital, where the Costa coffee is. Wish there were more staff, then customers would not have to wait!

Egg mayo sandwich is more like a sliced hardboiled Sandwich. You wouldn't know there was any mayo

My friend and I visited this place whilst waiting to go for a meal. My friend enjoyed her cappuccino so much. I really enjoyed my pot of tea. Nice atmosphere you will never get bored cos it's close to the station and people and vehicles are constantly on the move but amazingly it's ever so quiet inside.

The hot beverages served are of excellent quality. But the wait to get to the till can be a bit too long.

Pretty busy, guys were slow with their service.

This is a Costa coffee in Northwick Park Hospital comfortable sells coffee sandwiches cakes and much more. There is also an outside seating area. Nice for a quick bite when visiting the hospital. Also serves Marks and Spencer sandwiches but not a great variety.

As I'm a Wheelchair user they brought my drink to my table for me and cleared it away when I finished they are friendly

Says open till 8pm on weekdays but always closed when I come in just before 7pm ?? Please correct opening times

Costa on Ealing Common high street. Competes with a Starbucks (not used) next door but probably does not improve eithers standard offering. Coffees were satisfactory but service could have been better in relation to questions asked. Good for watching people go by, and with some tables outside. Toilet available.

It was a standard Costa. Had a nice hot sausage in a roll. Tables socially distanced. Good

Lovely coffee spot in the hospital. I got a soy ☕ and it was great also they have sugar-free syrups 🥰👍🏻

Great for a quick bite but man was it messy! Tables were dirty and uncleared, food on the floor and don't get me started on the horrid toilet!

Bad coffee (expresso), hard and cold pastry (pain au raisin/danish pastry, was it from the day before?) £4.45!

These queue was long, but nothing the staff can do about it as it's a very busy hospital. Good service overall by the staff.

This is like a coffee shop with drinks also, Main business is to have gourmet Menu with cocktails as well. I recommend the bowling alley as well

The service was very very slow and been waiting almost half an hour to get one cup of coffee. Service needs to be great and faster like other coffee shop. Huge disappointed.

It's a costa inside a hospital , it's exactly what you expect it to be , queues happen as it's busy at peak times.

Service was very slow and disorganised. They got mine and my sisters orders wrong. So we ended up waiting 30mins! My coffee did not taste like Toblerone and I received no sprinkles and no chocolate Toblerone!! Very disappointing.

Great service! Was served at the till by a girl with blonde front strands should have asked her name! Very polite and she always smiling. The line was very fast today and the coffee was amazing. Northwick Costa had a Great team working today.

Completely missed my order. People that came after me got served before me. Service has been slow for many weeks, waiting up to 10-15 mins in queue and staff are still getting orders wrong.

Got myself a white coffee and I loved it!

The barista was very helpful and friendly she made my beverage very fast and it was perfect she also offered to sprinkle hot chocolate on it, also my toastie was toasted to perfection which was the perfect temperature and very tasty. I would definitely recommend this place especially for a quick one stop shop to go or a cosy sit down and relax as a coffee shop break.

I want to say that I go to the costa every day, I am served by the staff there with a smile on the all the time, they are a wonderful team, the coffee is exceptional, I highly recommend you😘

Amazing service, people working there are so lovely and friendly ...you develop like a friendship with them over time as I work at the hospital and see them everytime I buy from Costa, it always feels good to pass by this Costa branch to say hi to them as there friendly way of greeting adds a positive vibe to your day.

Worst experience, long queue that took ages to be served. Very rude condescending staff(she said darling all the time!)Was just 11am, wanted breakfast deal , she said I'd missed it, but queued for 15 minutes. Avoid this place, no other Costa is like this.

Nice and staff were friendly but it's very busy and went here whilst waiting on an appointment lunch time and was quite difficult to get a seat.

Quite rude staff not at all helpful. I asked for extra cup as my coffee was hot which I always take from other Costa. The staff said Costa does not extra cups. Costa also does not even provide sleeve for the cup.

This Costa was in Northwick Park hospital and was nice to be able to chill out after going through x-rays etc.

Busy shop, not much seating for obvious reasons but they should keep a table or two for disabled/less able people found it difficult to drink and stand with mobility issues.

Great hot drinks and pastries also depends on the location and nice friendly staff

The Costa's in Northwick Park Hospital served good, fresh and hot coffee. They also had a good selection of pastries and sandwiches.

Staff are very friendly and friendly and it's a great place to get a nice cup of coffee or cold drinks and a quick snack when visiting family at the hospital

Long queue when I arrived. But it went done quickly. Prompt service. A lot of seating has been blocked off due restricted seating.

Visited at 4pm. This was not very covid safe. Did not observe any table cleaning between customers despite signs !! My toastie was overcooked but good coffee.

I dont like this place. I have given it enough chances. The coffee (their main product) is bloody awful. Weak as hell. Tasted like milk and hot water.

Tables and floor are dirty. Queue is often long.O2 WiFi requires that you have a mobile phone with you, so if you only have a tablet or laptop you can not use it.

If your a coffee and cake person this is the place for you. Don't bother with their hot chocolate though

Always so busy here and normally a queue to. Stopped here on Saturday morning for a Latte coffee and a egg and mushroom muffin it was lovely.

Nice place to have a coffee and chat. A few times I have been there, there have been dirty tables and tables that haven't been cleared.

I bought a coffee and a snack at Costa and handed the barrista a £10 note. I asked her for change for my parking from the £5 note recieved. I was met with bad attitude and appalling customer service from her. She said she can't open the till so I will have to wait for the next customer. So I waited. The next customer placed the order and the barrista was taking her time and was reluctant to give me change. I wish she had just said so from the begginning instead of being rude and wasting a my time. Very unimpressed.

Great Coffee palace. Found easily. Loads of well made different presentation of coffee. I particularly love their hot chocolate. Lots of muffins, cake, and different sweets to accompany ur coffee. You can earn club points always. Wheelchair accessible

Never experienced such a poor customer service and such poor coffee standards! I asked for a cappuccino not too hot and I saw the Barista pouring cold milk on top of the boiled milk previously frothed!! That is not what I ordered!! I have to say that they seem to receive the same training in every store when they are asked for not too hot milk where as they should froth fresh milk every time and stop the steamer at 120 and not 180!! Overall poor experience and I don't think I will visit again. And.... I did not receive an apology when I asked to make a fresh one.

Tastes like dishwater. Best drinks I've had are from AMT stalls at train stations. AMT have best tasting drinks. Much better than overpriced places like Starbucks, Nero and Costa

A bit crowded, but the coffee is good and the view is very nice.
