Great drinks and cake. Polite and friendly staff

Had a Christmas coffee which was okay but £4! Now feel mugged off....😩

Looked after well by friendly staff.

Grabbed a free Cortado, thanks.

Love costa staff always friendly and helpful which ever one you go in.

Today my wife and I were served by an extremely helpful and polite young man (I think he was called Bedmond or something). He deserves a pay rise.

Have been here a few times, it's fine but not as good as other Costa's.

First impression of both staff with long hair over the food........one staff member scratching her face and mouth then going to serve food. Not very hygienic at all. I thought basic food hygiene is a must in all eating places.

Asked for a Vanilla latte, the two lads that were there were more interested in making jokes got the order wrong and then told me I ordered the wrong thing... Been a Costa customer for many years. Worst experience of all of them. Go to the one in Nailsea Square much better

A great place for great coffee with super staff to boot! Looking forward to sitting down in there for a coffee again!

A large coffee shop with helpful and friendly staff. Can't award a 5 star rating as there is usually a very long wait to be served, otherwise one of my favourite Costa shops with a nice view of the marina.

Gets busy, very loud. Poor service. Drinks dumped on the counter with no notification to waiting customers leading to much confusion over who's drink is who's.
