Costa Coffee in Huntingdonshire

They need more staff. Two colleagues on a Sunday morning is not enough. Waiting 30 minutes for two coffees is quite poor. I feel sorry for the colleagues serving. They are clearly stressed and overworked.

Nice place, quick service, clean shop, good choice of sandwiches and cakes.

Every Saturday without fail there’s no ice & machine is broken. Bored of trying now. I’ll do the extra miles and get a Starbucks thanks.

Everytime I visit here the wi-fi is down, the coffee is terrible and its generally a really run down, dirty place to sit and have a coffee.

Costa at best as usual. Choc muffins the best in market.

This place is an absolute hole. Table not cleared, floors not cleaned, staff not washed. And she had the audasity to pre ask for 9 or 10 feedback else it come through as a low score. Urmm yeah

Ordered gluten free brownies and drinks on Deliveroo and instead of just saying they didn’t have any they sent other random cakes not what’s asked for and not gluten free as my wife is a celiac. Management you need to Sort your staff out as if someone asks for a gluten free product and you send them something that isn’t you can make people proper ill. Use some brains and train your staff . You sell food for god sake. It’s not rocket science.

Standard costa coffee, went early in the morning. Service was polite but the coffee tasted burnt. Not the best costa ive had. Not no drive through you have to park up and order.

I would not know how anything is. It's 3:45 and we are told they are closing. Online and the sign outside said 6PM

It's a Costa next to drive thru KFC on the edge of a trading estate. It's OK.

At 0745 I cannot get a coffee or any hot drink, as they are servicing the coffee machine. Turning lots of customers away. Previous week, could not take card payments on one day and very short of staff most days. Can see why no one wants to work there, feel sorry for the good staff they do have.

This place seriously lacks hygiene ! Went in at 8am and all of the tables needed cleaning, there were sticky smears on windows, crumbs etc on chairs and floor, toilet was disgusting,(one of them was out of order)smelly,dirty toilet seat and soaking wet floor, only plus points were the food and drink were up to standard and the staff were friendly and polite ! C’mon Costa get yourself a cleaner ! Very grubby !

Yummy but noticed was 2.95 large 2.70 small now 3.15 and 2.95.was disapointing as it 3.80 for a large in the shop in a massive mug.

I visited the store last Wednesday Morning with My Dad who has dementia and was greeted by a polite young lady which I think she said her name was Ellis or Ellie. She made the store so welcoming to each customer that walked through the door. She cares about customers and shows kindness and respect to the elderly and young customers. She made our visit to the store the best!

Not a big fan of Costa as I find their coffee to a bit over roasted - pretty much burnt. But appreciate that’s a matter of personal taste. Clean with friendly service and reasonable choice of light lunch food and convenient for us at the time and way preferable to Starbucks

Normally alright but lately when I order a caramel iced latte they don’t put in the correct caramel sauce that sits at the bottom. And today they have started getting out the hoover to do the floors and putting chairs up onto tables way before their closing time, they close at 19:00pm so for them to do this 2 hours before closing just makes everyone having their drinks and food to hurry up. I think this costa store has its own opening and closing hours compared to what is stated on the door.

We use this costas quite often to get a coffee, but today it really was not good. The coffee machine was not working (which can't be helped) so we has tea instead. All of the white crockery is terribly stained. I asked for two new cups and they were still stained but not as bad. The milk jugs and teapots were disgusting. Your staff really should not have to deal with this. They were so polite, but most definitely embarrassed. Another customer asked for new cups too as we were there. This costas is looking really tired. Come on costas pull ya finger out and spend some money on the place.

Latte could've been a touch hotter in my opinion. Other half had a mocha and his was hot where as my skinny latte was drinkable immediately. It would've been nice to take my time with it, instead I felt I had to drink up or waste it going cold.

As a very regular Cost user I have found this one to be very poor lately. Limited choice of products no matter what time of day. Very poor quality coffee even after taking drinks back and having them remade. The place itself dirty and toilets very bad I will not return here again.

Avoid at all costs or risk an unexpected £100 fine a week later if you overstay the car park by a minute over an hour - CCTV records you entering and leaving the car park. Will never return and will hold my business meetings elsewhere.

This is the worst Costa Coffee in the UK! From placing a simple order to getting the coffee takes around 20min!? Why?? That’s for a single drink like a flat white. Come on guys sort it out!! You need to rain the staff on how to make faster take away coffee’s. The owner also need to change the carpets in the place they smell and look 100 years old! You should take a bit more pride in your buisness.

I would not visit this Costa as you can only stay 59mins or else you get fined £100. If your going for coffee you would more than likely be there for longer than an hour. Disgusting as a customer to be charged a fine for parking outside thier store, I don't care if ita Costas idea or not, avoid this store

The young man in there is so rude, so Iv paid £20 for an order on urber eats an he got my order completely wrong!! When I phone up to tell them my order is wrong, he tells me it’s my issue an he has to go an put the phone down!! They need to get better people in there

Very unwelcoming staff. Told at 17:40pm that they were closing shortly despite the opening hours on the door clearly stating...Closing time 19:00. Would not toast a sandwich for us. We were told "sandwich toaster has been turned off!" Management take notice!

Convenient, usual Costa set up, but a bit shabby and staff not very friendly or efficient.

Dirty floors and surfaces, unclean cutlery and rubbish coffee. Avoid.

Bright and airy atmosphere with comfy seating. The staff are friendly and good coffee. Remember to register your vehicle for an extended stay to avoid a hefty fine!

Explicitly ordered non-dairy milk for two coffees and margarine for the toast…. Got full fat dairy in both flat whites and butter, they had apparently run out of margarine. Staff were shambolic, slow and didn’t care. No idea who’s running the show in there but they all need training or replacing with people who actually want to do a decent job.

No queue when we arrived 3 members of staff working. Took 10 minutes for our drinks to be ready & had to remind them I had paid for 2 cakes which they hadn't done. Ended up sending my hot chocolate back because it was stone cold. Was treated like I had personally insulted them & ended up leaving before we had finished our drinks due to the constant dirty looks from the staff. Listened to other customers complaining about slow service or incorrect orders whilst we were there. 1st time I have visited this costa in months because of poor service in the past. Lesson learned will NOT be going back!

Place is a mess and dirty cups and plates everywhere. Used to have nicer and friendly and tidy staff.

BEWARE! PCN notice issued after 60min for £100 (reduced to £60 off paid within 10 days). Utterly ridiculous when you’re using their business!

Coffee was luke warm lack of customer service

I ordered a vanilla latte, and they gave me a “drink” with no taste of caffe at all. I just throw 3.45£!

Ridiculously slow this place never gets any better. Not the cleanest either. Staff just walking around whilst customers wait at least 15 minutes for drinks, there are only 4 customers in store!!

Just had Costa.Worst service and costa we have had.Use to be our regular Costa we went to but appears to have new staff and standards are not great.The same member of staff over charged us the same as previous visit and asked for one shot latte just got hot milk!!!Took it back and male member of staff tipped more coffee into it and wasn't till I had finished discovered coffee grains in the bottom of my reusable cup!two female staff were messing around whilst male staff did work.We won't be coming back to this Costa again.

Slow service! the team did not seem to know what they were doing i finally got to the till waited for my drink left with my drink to find it was not what I ordered! I didn't go back in as it had took so long luckily I didn't mind the mistake but I will avoid going back for a while hopefully in time they will improve.

Unbelievably slow service even when empty. Place needs a good clean. 3 staff in, no customers yet still trays of used crockery on the tables, food on the sofa and crumbs all over the carpets. Don’t mention the state of the toilets

Costa itself was fine as you'd expect, but max of 2 hour parking even as a Costa customer - not ideal

Staff were rude and annoyed when asked questions. Had to ask for a bag and carrier to carry 4 drinks and 5 breakfast rolls, and was moaned about for doing so.

Staff far too slow and not attentive to customers

Ordered on deliveroo and they forgot my toastie which was literally the main part of my order. They rang me and explained the situation (it had been busy and they had forgotten to put my toastie in the bag) but then told me it was my responsibility to call the deliveroo driver to get him to go back, when the contact details for him already disappeared because the order was delivered so I had no way of contacting him. If you can't handle deliveroo orders on top of in store, don't offer it! Extremely disappointed.

I have been to this Costa 4 times now and is the nicest Costa I have been to. The staff are beautiful and will meet all your needs and more. Covid practice is 100% you feel so safe in going into this shop, staff constantly washing hands keeping there distance, and face mask worn at all times. A spotless Costa. And I must say the new food groups are amazing. Thank you to you all. I will recommend

Very poor customer service and unprofessional, talking about customers behind counter where other customers can hear. Everything appeared to be a problem e.g: asking for sugar, which is currently held behind the counter, was given with an attitude. I asked for a wet latte 3 times and was given half a cup of froth and was met with an attitude like it was too much to even acknowledge me initially when I wanted to get it sorted. Not only that the coffee wasn't nice in comparison to other Costas. A shame as I use Costa regularly and have just moved to the area

Very clean and tidy excellent service only reason for four not five stars is the terrible car park totally confusing not well marked and not clear.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Full measures to minimise the covid risk have been put into place without being obtrusive. Face coverings need to be worn when standing or moving around but once seated these can be removed and life can become, for a short while at least, "normal". There is a 2hr parking limit but it's possible to park nearby to avoid the issue. WiFi is good (I was working). Overall a very pleasant environment.

This Costa is fine. The service can be hit and miss depending on the day, but the servers are always friendly. The coffee is pretty standard. The car park charges after one hour so be careful of that!

Great coffee but it should as that is what they do for a living. expensive food for what it is, I wouldn't take the family there for a full roast dinner on Sunday as they don't do them.

Parking is a nightmare and the Wi-Fi was bad but staff were nice and helpful.

I pop in here for a skinny Cappuccino to go, on my way to work most mornings and today I felt I had to commend the lovely girls working there, as they are always so polite, friendly and cheerful and always ask how you are and say have a nice day when you leave - its just so nice to go there for my coffee - I wouldn't go anywhere else for my coffee.
