I have never had my coffee made with instant coffee powder before. I was told that they had changed the recipe, contacted costa and yes they now use instant coffee in some drinks because it’s “quicker”

Rubbish badly organised.. I just lost £4 last night cos your stupid Costa Machines don't work..!!! No receipt given and I got ice with milk instead of ice coffee..! And you dare to email me to go drink coffee cos I'm using the App... greedy muppets now you need to buy 10 super expensive coffes to get one free and you get mugged cos they're not maintaining the machines at Northampton Services...! Disgusting 🤬👎👎👎

Too expensive. £4.25 for a cappo in your own cup and no serviettes - regret not checking the price. MacDonalds next time. Staff member was pleasant enough.

Flies in the cake cabinet and terrible service by the white lady.

We went through the drive through and there was hardly any stock available in the afternoon. No food and the service wasn't pleasant either.

Just to say thank you to the lovely young staff on duty in Costa M1 services J15a North bound on the afternoon of September 7th. Very pleasant chat while taking our order and making the drinks. I accidentally knocked my medium latte all over the place before taking a sip 🙄 they came straight over to clean it up and replaced it at no extra cost saying it was no trouble. Excellent service and much appreciated 👍 bit different to the appalling attitude of a young lady who served us going south at another services - no customer service skills whatsoever. Assumed we were taking drinks out and rolled her eyes when we said we’d like proper cups as we were sitting in 🤷‍♀️

Staff are extremely rude and immature, don’t listen to orders and then throw a tantrum when told they made it wrong. Not sure what kind of toddlers they’re hiring here but they could do with some people skills.

Simply the worst run Costa I've ever been too. 15 minutes to toast a sandwich to be told they don't have our sandwiches anymore. Staff said its always like this when it's busy. Was asked 3 times if ours was a vegetarian sandwich. Clear to see they had no clue whose food was who's. Worried me they were possibly mixing dietary requirements and giving people the wrong food. Clearly someone was given our meat sandwiches and we were left with vegetarian.

Don't go to this place. We just ordered three drinks and they asked us to wait outside of the queue so they can attend next customers in drive through. And she was very rude and said its a big order . After waiting for 20 min she got our drinks and said we should go to main costa shop not drive through if we have more than two drinks to order. Never felt disappointed with costa

Worst experience ever! Setting off back home and pop to get a coffee. The drive thru stand said no signal and no one was talking we waited a few minutes before getting to the cashier to be told aggressively we should of waited even longer and it’s not her fault no one was there. She made it so awkward would not recommend!!!

I’ve used the drive thru a few times and left dissatisfied I was determined to give them the benefit of the doubt but my last visit will be my last. These are just a few reasons why: Customer service is none existent Ordered a skinny latte, I was given whole milk Ordered a sausage sandwich, the bun was rock hard and had cheese stuck to the top of the bun from the last sandwich that went in the grill 😕

Great coffee if a bit expensive. They lost a star because they put sugar it iced latte.

Took ages to get served only to be told they didn’t have the food options listed on the menu. They could have easily put up a sign saying they had ran out instead of allowing people to queue up. They also don’t take loyalty cards.

Went through the drive thru today, approx 13:30. The woman who served me was great, engaging in conversation and overall pleasant to be served by. The coffee was lovely too. Prices are a little high, but considering you don't have to leave your car and it's just of the motorway, can't complain. Took my gift card with no problems.

One coffee was rather weak, bakewell and chocolate muffin good.

Dodgy little concession with high prices, no syrups, and refuse to take Gift Cards or honour loyalty scheme. There's a Costa in the services. Don't use this one.

Took a very long time to make a cup of tea, but it was busy. Given it was lunchtime maybe add more serving staff if possible.

Only went to costa coffe for a latte and always enjoy theres plenty of room and ventilation.

Never any ice, which is disappointing given half their menu needs it!!

Very dissatisfied as having checked the menu for vegetarian options and seen lots, and then waited for 15 minutes in the queue, we were told most things were not available. Get your signs updated so customers can make an informed choice before they queue on a long journey and then just have to have what's left on the menu.

Really disappointed that yet again you didn’t have any LactoFree milk. Costa is the only place I can get a drink using LactoFree milk and I can’t drink any other alternative milk. At risk of losing a customer

The coffee's okay but you get the feeling they send the slowest and rudest staff here from the Costa inside the services.

Whenever I stop here there is never any ice. Without fail. Pointless

Why the hell should you pay £3:60 for a large coffee total rip off and if you use one of the self service machine's the large cup is the same size as the medium from the shop so makes it an even bigger rip off poor costa Very poor

Absolute extortionate prices tbf at almost double the price of a normal costa coffee even from the services! I will never go back again even if the prices were lower because the attitude of the staff was discussing and I had to leave before I had to teach her some manners! X2 Large cappuccinos with a shot of caramel isn't exactly rocket science but having a drive through next to a motorway could of been thought out more about where to place the microphone and speaker to end up being told to just come to the window for god sake and once I do get to the window to be met with the face of the black death looking back at me like I had just c£m in her cornflakes.

Double the price of a standard Costa, apperanly doesn't do points & unhelpful staff.

This new Costa drive-through serves good coffee and the usual Costa goodies and is open till late. The service was fast and efficient.  Previously there was only a Costa Express on this site so a drive through here is a real bonus for travellers on the M56 motorway.
