It's Costa coffee with quick service and lovely staff

Frequent quite a bit as convenient for a catch up with friends as has parking. The staff really need to keep up with clearing tables and cleanliness as it's 9/10 a bit of a mess

Not the best experience we have had...table was filthy and mess all around the floor. Staff were ok...not that friendly. 6 of us and the lady got a little confused and nearly missed 2 drinks off our order!

Best local Costa. Great staff, friendly and super-efficient. Visit every Thursday after doing the Aldi shop next-door.

I HATE these places and avoid like the plague. However needed somewhere for a meeting so gritted teeth. Clean tidy very friendly staff and coffee was OK...but the phaffing about to make a straight white coffee still drives me nuts! I want coffee in a cup. Don't need a work of art!

This is a nice place to stop. For a Costa, it's never too busy to be able to gab a comfy seat. The coffee was superb, but it could do with a staff that at least tried to look like they got some enjoyment from going to work.

Easy to park up. All on ground level. Clean tables and clean toilets. Seating options are good. Coffee and service was great.

Not been to this Costa before as not from the area, but i was impressed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even brought our drinks to the table so that we could have our food whilst still hot

Sat outside in the October sun. Tables needed clearing and the ground had lots of litter. The car park is small and is currently restricted due to Installation of electric car charge points. Coffee was fine but over priced.

Food was good. Toilets were horrible.

Equipment is noisy Staff superb Care require on the proteins that produce an anaphylaxis reaction. Coffee superb ,the only variety I buy

Really poor service from one of the 2 male employees working today. It was obviously near the end of his shift, and he just could not be bothered. Missed things of my order, I asked for semi skimmed and because the container was empty he tried to give me full fat milk because he couldn't be bothered to go get a new milk. The employee finished his shift at 15:00 today as he finished his shift shortly after serving me

This is a surprisingly hit or miss establishment, considering it's part of a massive chain. I only use this out of necessity when I want an indulgent drink - There's no other options with reasonable parking/drive-through... Fortunately a McDonald's is opening nearby soon and their coffee is apparently very good, so I'll be taking my business there (all the better now Costa have reduced the 'cashback' via free drinks by 25%) For absolute clarity, they have reasonable parking and the drive through is very rarely busy beyond a few cars, which goes pretty quickly. Until another option opens, although I wouldn't recommend them, they're the best option around.

This is a nice Costa, the staff are very good. My only moan is they need to clean up the outside area, there is quite a lot of rubbish out there. I feel it could make it all look a bit messy.

We quite often come here and always have a nice time. Love the coffee and the food as well.

Very friendly staff warm welcome

Really convenient, with no worries about finding a parking space. There are 2 disabled spaces too. Mornings are popular with people who are working, so it can get busy and noisy with people participating in remote meetings! There's a great selection of food due to this being quite a large store and it's always well stocked. If you are vegan or vegetarian, there are often good lunch options. However, I can't bring my coeliac dad here to eat as we haven't ever found gluten free options. The staff are friendly and prepare drinks with speed and care. I often have a skinny flat white, which is apparently very difficult due to the milk, but everyone here is able to make them perfectly.

When I ask for a hot chocolate and it's neither hot or chocolaty.. warm milk. Also if u order two separate cakes for some strange reason they put them both on the same plate, one of them was walnut cake! Placed on top of a brownie. Not the best of practices

Was the best experience in a Costa for a long long time. Staff friendly and helpful and coffee was actually hot and not lukewarm like it usually is. Definitely be back.

Regularly use the drive thru for coffee. Great staff, efficient and clean place, great for a treat.

Love popping in here so easy to access. Staff are always polite and friendly. Good selection of foods. Coffee always hot. Nice seating areas. Easily accessible for wheelchair users including toilet. Only a limited number of disabled parking bays but plenty of parking otherwise.

The best costa in the South West! Perfect coffee every time and all the staff are lovely!

Poor service had repeat 3 times the baby Cheoowas very hot when had it back It was stone cold we has to ask for Chocolate sprinkles 4 times

I use this Costa drive thru often on my way to work in the mornings. The coffee always tastes great and the staff are always super friendly, great place to grab a coffee that’s quick and made well!

Great coffee served with a smile by lovely staff. It is a nice modern shop with plenty of space which is important. Drive thru looked busy so clearly doing well at the moment. Far better place to grab a coffee than the one in Burnham and MUCH MUCH easier to park!

Excellent experience, staff are just so polite and friendly. No pictures but we had bacon bap, cheese and ham toasties, large latte & Americano. I'd gone for an interview and conveniently costa was next door. Well would be rude not to right. 😁

I am disappointed…very disappointed with my local Costa I was staying in the travel lodge and came in expecting a really nice Costa on the sunny day I fancied a mango n passion fruit cooler but they RAN OUT so I had to get this mouldy cream that was lumpy and was just dumped in the cup! I started crying in the corner of the shop because me and my hubby really wanted a good drink we were jumping in the car park SO excited to have one but I am so disappointed I’m still crying writing this x

Excellent drive through with long opening hours Monday to Friday 0600 - 2000…quick service with polite staff. Also a seating area outside ..not the best location looking at the Aldi store but it was clean with refuse bins / smoking area…coffee shop inside was clean and well appointed..usual range of products you would expect at Costa…toilets could have done with a fresh up…full disability access and plenty of parking

A little out of the way but that means it's not overly busy, not used the drive through yet. A good amount of parking and the staff are nice too.

Very nice bacon sandwich but didn’t order a coffee I ordered a hot chocolate and they gave me a coffee by the time I was in work and realised it was too late to go back. Proper ruined the whole day. Thank a lot Costa

This new Costa is lovely! I live in Burnham, but I'm always frustrated by how busy the Costa in town seems to get. There is good parking here, and there are so many tables for dining in! The staff were a little slow to make our coffees, but I'm putting that down to initial teething problems. Overall, this is a really nice Costa, and I will definitely be visiting again!

When I went there were 2 people there, lovely and quite. It’s open early and late and has a drive thru, what more could you want? Staff were lovely, I got a free drink from my points as well as a free brownie because of the rewards card. So much better than Starbucks!

Great to have a Costa nearer to me and such a good one. With everything going on, its light and spacious and well ventilated. It has lots of tables and is being run by a lovely lady who has lots of Costa experience. Not tried the drive thru yet, but being served inside has been a very pleasant experience. Well worth a visit.
