Costa Coffee in Waltham Forest

Ordered delivery and as usual (literally Avery time if ordered from this site) they havnt added all the order in before sending it out so now half of us have breakfast and half of us have to go hungry. Not that hard to check a bag before you send it. Giving up going here again can't actually send what you pay for don't bother offering delivery

Staffing change so longer wait, good service depending on who's serving.

The far-side door is very annoying. It opens and closes with air movements and makes a continuous noise, disturbing one’s concentration when trying to read. This trivial matter lets the store down.

I really like this Costa. The staff are lovely, service with a smile, always. I go during the week but make sure to go on Sunday afternoon, when it’s a little less busy and the usual staff are working, the atmosphere is really good. Certainly one of the better Costas.

A good-sized Costa situated on the main shopping road in North Chingford. All the usual Costa offerings are available in store or takeaway. Advance ordering through the Costa app is a breeze. Parking is payable by telephone, but you do get 10 minutes grace if you're just popping in for a takeaway. There is a disabled parking space just outside the main entrance.

Driver threw the drinks at my door and drove away now I have to clean the whole of my hallway and door …………

The staff in this branch are great, very friendly and welcoming. I've been going regularly since I was on mat leave with my son who is now 3 and all the staff are lovely with him too.

My food has not been delivered

Ordered white hot chocolate white espresso inside since they don't do white mocha which is fine.. staff sccomadated did some discounts so it wasn't very expencive but the drink was saturated with oil I hadn't realised till I drunk 1/3 of it, not I cant stop spitting out this oily residue causing my throat to be excessively dry due to the amount of oil I have unwilling ingested. This cannot be OK when I opened the lid there was a layer of oil onto of the actual drink. Can you please explain why this is, it cannot be normal. I should have taken a picture but I threw the drink in the nearest bin out 9f sheer disgust.

Friendly staff - they helped someone install the app whilst I was there. Service was quick and efficient. Getting a breakfast roll deal makes the cost slightly less painful :)

Early morning only one girl doing drinks so had a 5 minute wait, but overall good service. Apr 22 - two ladies serving now, no waiting. Usual Costa good standard. Obviously a favourite venue of Mum's and small children. One other customer nearly got run down by a 3 year old on a scooter riding up and down until Mummy said "OK we're leaving" Cue - crying kid. Don't expect too much quiet if you come here, but otherwise all good.

They need to improve their costumer communication skills

I am annoyed at your driver when my food got to my drink was spill over and went all in my food so when I picked my food up on my drink come running out of his packaging so my chicken fajita wrap was soaked I didn't eat it it's in a bag ready to go in the bin I won't be leaving any stars because your driver was terrible

Great Costa place bigger than your usual Costa place and extra bonus they have a sofa play area in there. It is a separate business but if you book to go in there you get a discount off of ya Costa bill
