Cleanliness is questionable at all Costa Coffee locations, including this one.

There is a large choice of coffee ☕ ☕ for all tastes... We would need that in France....

Good but why have self service machines if your staff don’t understand how the orders work?

Much improved refurbished experience, much brighter and roomy inside compared to before.

Walking to work, I use the app to order a coffee and all-day breakfast wrap. The staff are cheerful, helpful, and efficient.

If you want a coffee it's worth getting a Ristretto, it's the equivalent of one of our espressos. I thought it was terrible but instead it was average quality compared to Italy and better than Starbucks. If you are experiencing coffee withdrawal... it is an option to consider.

Only place to have a breakfast more or less similar to Italy. Very good croissants and excellent cappuccino. Pay attention to the required size of the cappuccino....the small version is gigantic!!!

Have used this shop several times recently. Mainly for frappe. There is a variation in how they are made, depending on the staff member. Some add syrup over the cream and some don't etc. But overall a minor thing. Friendly staff and quick service.

I cannot help it if, either Costa don't place life on drinks properly, Or, the driver doesn't store things correctly. But I am disgusted that you are not refunding me for the spilt coffees. cup holder was soaked and floppy. Coffee dripped everywhere

Passed by, got a free cake with a leaflet from the lovely woman who worked there. She was very kind & enticing, I thought she was trying to sweeten me up a bit 🤣 but overall 8/10. Great service, great food, extortionate prices, new frappe’s are delicious, iced coffee is usually always good & ambience good too. Greatly constructed shop & well presented too, good friendly staff too.

I love this Costa. Very welcoming staff and very easy going. My coffee was brilliant. I love my americano with not too much water and a guy behind the counter was amazingly specific to clarify how much water- a half or three quarters or two thirds.

I was today to take carmel latte and one woman I dont remember the name Indila, Indiza something like this...serve me with very bad attitude(quite rude). I don't care if she have problems at home or not but the person like this shouldn't be in front of the counter and have contact with costumers if she can't handle work with ppl. Never come back to this Costa.

Forgot how much a don’t like Costa coffee. Seriously Costa is awful literally every single time I go again just to confirm the affirmation and everytime I prove myself right! Not just they’re coffee they’re entire range is awful. I love blueberry muffins, I took on bite of theirs and I had to throw it.

One cappuccino was half a cup!!

Really nice Costa located very close to central London and tower bridge. Drinks were quite expensive for what they were but tasty none the less. Will come here again if ever in the area

Hot milkshakes thought I would give it a go. Big mistake chocolate hazelnut so sweet it made me feel sick had to throw it away after tasting. No issues with service but this is a terrible product.

Wonderful staff and amazing coffee

The workers are not very friendly, the bathroom is disgusting, the whole place looks shabby. The cheesecake was very tasty, the cappuccino was average.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und schnelle Bedienung. Die heiße weiße Schokolade und der Kuchen waren sehr lecker. Lediglich die Temperatur innen könnte angenehmer sein. Nach einer Weile wird es ziemlich kalt drin.

Popped into Costa before boarding my train, ordered a twist from the gentleman, no smiles, my twist was slammed onto the counter top by the young lady and tissue thrown next to it as if it was an after thought. Appalling behaviour! (pic taken on the train)

Terribly rude employee served at the till. She was yelling customers to queue up or she would not serve. There’s a nicer café next door.

Always visit when we come to London excellent service, polite staff. The guy who served us was like a mini superman as he was on his own got a little busy for a sunday morning flow through the queue well done

Terrible service, long queues as always, coffee quality has dropped big time

The service was very slow. They had ran out of ketchup although they are next door to a Tesco express. I asked for cream on my drink and I didn't get any. Seats were quite uncomfortable and cracked. Overall not a positive experience this time.

Ordered a mocha and panini from costa, did not receive a mocha but got panini. Point of order was the coffee wish they’d contacted me or declined my order. It’s annoying to spend so much plus delivery and not get what you’ve ordered,

Was not long before closing but they still allowed to drink in, which was very kind of them. Both the lad and girl who served us Thursday night 12th Jan were both happy hard working polite and made mine and my husbands visit an enjoyable one. So thanks guys. 😊

Is my 2nd time here and the 2nd I got a "Flat white" which was no more than a white coffee and to top it all off after advising the girl beyond the counter that someone left a plastic bag next to the table I was sitting in, a table btw that was dirty and had a tray with a couple of coffee cups and a sponge clearly left by someone working there that day, she came by and with a delightful annoyed smirk, confirmed that the bag was rubbish and upon leaving with it and the tray I picked up the sponge, clean the dirty table myself and put the sponge back on the tray while she was all along watching me doing it and then left with the same smirk on her face without even have the courtecy to say Thank you! How this people get a job in the 1st place and get to the keep it is beyond me.

Visited in the evening ,service was horrible.lady was not interested in explaining to us about the new drink.Although we were sitting and having the drink in the store we were given the drink in take away cup which spoiled the drink all together

I went in to get breakfast before a meeting, staff friendly coffee good. The reason I am giving 3 stars. The toilet facilities were horrible, broken flusher, stank to high heaven and it looked like the feminine bin had not been emptied for a long time it was over flowing. If it wasn’t that I had to really go I would have waited. I nearly threw up.

Dear Manager, I have visited this coffee shop recently and had absolutely disgusted service by Lina, normally I let go away but that was another level, she even said something in her language and I believe that was not something good.. you should talk with her as her attitude is not what customers deserve, I rather choose Pret coffee as people there are polite and will always do everything to give 100% satisfaction

Disappointed Costa!! I ordered a Cortado...which is a ratio of 1:1 coffee and milk and ended up with a ratio of 1:2/3. Not a good coffee.

Reasonable drinks but I just don't like the taste of their soya milk! So if you want anything but 'cow' be warned, its got a starnge artifical/ almost musty taste!!

I mean if you’re moreover focused on closing time why do you even keep the store open?? And moreover, the manager was rude saying “do whatever you want, complain but I can’t give you as I cleaned my machine) Please improve and give training to your employees!!!!

Fancied a coffee but because the branch is closing in half an hour had to have my coffee in a takeaway cup. What a waste because they couldn't be bothered to wash up

Very efficient and quick service, and clean surroundings

Environment in here is very cosy but also has an airy feel to it. One of the Baristas, Timothy, customer service was brilliant and promptly asked to have the air condition turned off when I requested so. Unlike other Costas I've been to where they seem to ignore me or forget (or pretend to) when I tell them to turn it off. I recommend this branch if you're looking to go somewhere different to your local one/s.

Just off Last London Bridge Station and Towerbridge. Not much crowded even on weekends with table availability.

Understaffed. Limited seating. Messy with lots of dirty cups lying around and nowhere for customers to put dirty ones. Coffee was decent though with well-frothed milk.

A busy place with little available seating. A look in high areas near the serving area shows grease and dust.

Always a pleasure here. I've been bringing my twins and little girl since they were very small. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. The costs is always clean.

On the door it says the shop opens at 6:30. I arrived at 6:50 and tried to go in but it was locked. Both members of staff inside looked at me, and one even began to walk towards me but turned around. I can understand if the opening times on the door were wrong, but why was it so hard just to come out and tell me when they actually opened? I'm a regular customer and it would be nice to be treated as a human being. Customer service in London Bridge is a thing of the past.
