This is my second visit to the café. This time i didn't want to risk and went for a 'flat white' coffee. ... How lovely to get for your £4.15 overheated coconut milk without even the smell of the coffee....not saying the taste... However, staff is smiles and friendly. Please train the staff to follow the recipes and the t°C measure. ... There wasn't even the queue, so that could've give the stress to barista...

Thank you Costa for FINALLY allowing dogs into your cafe. Me and my tiny, well behaved sleepy boy appreciate it. The staff were enthused that dogs were allowed in as well, and really welcomed me and my dog. The coffee was great. And I felt peaceful working from here. Only comment to change would be that it is freezing inside! Oh...and some more vegan savoury options please! Suggest "chicken" alternatives. Thank you.

The boba wasnt really good and they didnt have boba straws so the bubbles wasnt able to drink

OK ita Costa. Clean, a toilet, overpriced coffee. You know what you are getting. The Ritz it's not, when you need caffeine and the loo it's there

This is my favourite Costa, staff are so friendly,kind and helpful.

It's a great little coffee shop and the service is fantastic. I take my daughter here on Sundays to study a little bit and relax and it's always quiet so we have a great time.

This Costa is on a small retail park on the outskirts of the town. Usual good coffee and pleasant environment.

I'd arranged to meet a customer here only to find that it closed at 4pm and not 6pm as advertised on the website.

Busy but the staff were efficient and good natured. Place had a good vibe.

Staff were all friendly had a hazelnut flat white and was made beautifully (nearly as good as mine😉)

The staff are always lovely and on the ball, it's just that there needs to be more of them. They can barely keep up with the demand, it's not their fault. Costa needs to pay them more and hire more people

This Costa is great and plenty of space. However, they have to close earlier frequently for different problems. Third time in a row in a month or so trying and they are closed after 4pm on Saturday.

Used to be good, sadly gone massively downhill. Dirty unswept floors, tables full of rubbish, frequently closing early. No sign of any management. Staff are friendly but don’t seem to care.

Two youngsters working their nuts off, queues out of the door on a bank holiday Monday. The franchisee should get their arses out of bed to help out

At 0915 on a Sunday morning, every table was dirty and there were crumbs on the floor around virtually all the tables in the cafe. It only opened at 0800 and we could see from our hotel room that it had not been busy, so it looks like someone didn't bother to clean up at closing time on Saturday. Coffee good as expected, and the staff are friendly and cheerful, but cleanliness is absolutely vital to a catering business, and this one just isn't up to scratch.

This is probably one of best Costas, you never have to wait a long time to be served, great service and staff unlike Costa Beaulie Park.....

Super busy I got hear 10am Saturday on a cold February Saturday morning, was absolutely flabbergasted @ just how busy this place was. The queue extended all the way to the front door, must a have spent at least 10 minutes waiting in the queue!!! Some folk with face coverings on but many more with out unfortunately (although not mandatory, unfortunately!) Despite being packed we still managed to find a space to sit in and have our coffees, courtesy of the vey well planned spacious seating area available. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. Coffees not as hot as could be but put this down to the barristers rushing through orders due to them being under staffed and under pressure to whittle down the long queues of people. No Lemon muffins available also made trip disappointing! Hope to return to this Cafe' again when not so busy however wont be trusting google analytics since they weren't very accurate on this occasion

Not a great fan of Big Coffee chain outlets but this is a bright and pleasant place for a quick break. It's conveniently located if you're shopping in Granite Park and the staff are very efficient and friendly.

Very clean. So much effort and changes put in place during the last 15 months. All Staff are helpful and polite. They will, if asked make a special order as I have many allergies. Excellent Service!

This is our 3rd time visiting this store. 1st time visiting here we had a wonderful experience with the staff on shift that morning very chatty, polite and friendly. The 2nd time we visited we had a not so friendly manager (presuming) serve us. This time we visited was again a lovely experience. The young ladies that work here are very friendly, polite and nothing seams too much trouble. It's a shame one or 2 let the store down especially if it is a manager.

Firstly the bloke in there made everyone wait outside in the rain without any idea of how long we had to wait. Once I got in he then proceeded to tell me I had to leave because I had no mask even though everyone sitting down had no masks on, thats fine but at least let me know before I waited out side in the rain. The service in there was dreadful, every seat had left over coffee mugs on and they we incredibly slow. WORST COSTA I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!

Cannot fault the staff at this branch. Always polite and friendly to us. They follow their covid safety measures to the letter and are on the door to make sure customers do as well. Very impressive compared to other retailers!

Went in a few weeks ago. It was 5 minutes to 5 i didnt know they closed at 5. My neice who was with me really wanted a flat white. Anyway you should of seen the managers face when I walked in. I told him I just wanted 2 quick takeaway coffees but you would think I had asked for a 3 course Meal!! He quickly shouted over to a girl working there quick lock the door dont let anyone else in. I was really shocked at the rudeness. I should of just walked out but like I said I was caught off guard. Talk about made to feel unwelcome. God forbid anyone walk in just before tte clock strikes 5 when its time for him to clock off. The one saving grace for this miserable first and last visit to the place was the girl he had shouted at to lock the door gave us a genuine full smile when we walked out. I think she felt embarrassed by her managers rudeness. I have worked in hospitality myself for many years and would never make a customer feel so awkward. I understand they were busy that day but that really isnt a good enough excuse. I won't be back. Coffee was rubbish Too!

Considerate staff. My black American was OK as usual. There was a bit of a wait for food but that was because it was busy and there is only one merrychef machine. Altogether pretty good.

This place never seems to have enough staff. Tables are slow to be cleared, but in general it appears clean. To me it gives the feeling of being small, may seem an obvious thing to say if you see for yourselves. Slow service for coffee at busy times e.g. weekends.

The store is clean but I found latte is so weak compare to others Costa.

I know it's only been open a week but not even close to the usual standard I'm used to from costa. Look forward to it improving.
