Costa Coffee in Blaby

Probably the only clean and tidy Costa I’ve ever been in. Also with friendly staff.

Stunning place for a walk along the tarmac pathway or be adventurous and take in the whole park. Cafes are not dog friendly, such a shame.

Rude service at the drive. The guy in the evening really nice tho. But few times when serve by the 2 lady staffs it's been a terrible rude service and drop my coffee and still give me half drink and a wet cup. Give me attitude because she is too busy chatting around.

Sadly 6 people behind the counter couldn't seem to understand that three customers waiting to be served were a lower priority than the one car at the drive thru, the floor that being mopped or whatever exciting event that was going on in the kitchen

So busy, had to wait to get a seat, bought the kids a ham and cheese toastie, one sad wafer pice of ham and an inch of melted cheese. Rip off. But the service was good and it's a lovely spot

One of the nicest Costa branches. I'd checked out of a nearby hotel and went in for toast and coffee before driving home. I would definitely recommend this branch.

Nice and quiet, just found out they are open until 11pm in the coffee shop and 24hr Drive Through. Great move this, always nice to be able to get a coffee when all the others have closed 👍👏👏

Unsatisfactory service, trainee being TRAINED got my order wrong twice! Handed me some bacon bap instead of a cheese toastie. I don’t eat meat. Too busy chatting away about how long they’ve still got left of the day and who’s closing and opening lots of grunts and aahs. Poor work ethic? Speed up and get it right! Thank you. Ps toastie was brilliant in the end

Quick friendly service. Nice to sit with a book, a coffee and have half hour to myself.

Get a coffee here from the drive through frequently and the staff are always very friendly and polite. Coffee is great, enjoy stopping here before the motorway journeys.

one of my lattes was supposed to be a caramel latte, was written on the lid "caramel" but was a normal latte, not the first time either.

So pleased with our visits to Costa. We usually go for a cake treat and they don't disappoint. Costa prices are definitely on the higher side. It has a lovely feel inside with the tables all spread out; lots of windows seats and even some nice big tables outside.

I orders for delivery, they made a COLD drink rather than a HOT latte and thus ruined my whole bag of hot food as well making it COLD! this is not the first time they have sent completely wrong and missing items from orders. Will be perusing this complaint formally to upper management.

Good place to get good coffee. Not a place for eating.

This has to be the fastest Costa coffee drive thru that is in the UK. Pulled up to the speaker, someone asked me my order within 10 seconds. Moved forward to window first drink was read then less then 1min was the next coffee. Was served by a lady who I complemented on speed of service. Drinks hot. I really that the staff here should train other branches. I had to leave feedback as clearly staff happy and able to do job quick. 10 out of 10 for speed. Thank you to all the staff

Very good atmosphere for the my lovely drinks Costa coffee

Used this Costa a couple of times over the weekend, and I have to say the service was even higher than I have normally come to expect from Costa.

Never have a problem here, fantastic and very helpful staff, especially with allergies.

Always use the drive thru when I go but always met with a cheery good Morning and a great coffee!

I visit this Costa quite often and have never had any cause to complain. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The food displays are well set out and tables cleared quickly. I have seen complaints about the toilet, but other than checking it after every customer, I'm not sure what they can do about it. Be better placed complaining about the filthy customers than the staff. Worth a visit, rarely busy, bright and airy and plenty of seating.

Come here after getting off the motorway to visit my mum sometimes, always served with a smile and the drinks are always great.

This is local to me When i've been to dining I found the experience very friendly and a good atmosphere. It's also convenient that it has a drive through.

when i received my drink it was half full and the ice inside the drink was melted so it was too watered down

My driver told me to come to his car when this should be delivered to my door this doesn’t make sense! There is no caramel in both ice coffees when i added caramel to both drinks on the order I am not happy. I want a refund and I will be giving a review online to

Ordered a latte through drive through like i always do, and more often than not i get home and i only have half a cup!! Im constantly having to fill it up at home! What am i paying for exactly.

Asked for a vegetarian option due to sold out egg mushroom baps and was recommended pork sandwich instead? …. Young lady at the window extremely rude, one to avoid at all costs it’s not worth it all all

It's a good location on the outskirts of the city. Has a drive through, almost never busy so you can grab your coffee fast. Staff are friendly and service is good but the state of the restrooms is consistently poor... I visit often as it's on my way to work and every time I have to use the restrooms they are pretty messy.

Food hasn’t been delivered to our house

Was served by an extremely rude lady this morning. When sold a half eaten Belgium chocolate cookie. We asked for the food item to be exchanged and was met with a very abrupt NO! We can't change it! I couldn't understand the member of staffs attitude towards a perfectly reasonable request!

They always forget to add marshmallows and cream to the hot chocolates, and missing the after eight chocolate

I love a costa coffee and Tbf the coffee was great as always. The ham and cheese toastie however was vile. It was stone cold. Only one side had been toasted and that was rock hard, even the dog struggled to eat it. The other side was soggy and hadn’t even seen a toastie machine. Won’t be making this mistake again

Really friendly staff, great service and great location

I ordered a large mocha and it tasted great. The service was good and she was quick at making my drink. However, after I had finished it I got really nauseous and ended up vomiting which is something that doesn’t normally happen if I have a coffee elsewhere like Starbucks.

I pop in a couple of times a week. Always friendly, and courteous. The staff are always on the go! Location is ideally placed close to J21 of the M1 and M69 interchange. There's everything around you. Premises are kept really smart. Plenty of parking space if you want to pop in or the drive through is convenient when the day is carrying you faster than you'd like 👍 👌

Awful isn’t a strong enough word to describe my experience at this drive through. Slow service, terrible coffee and espresso served in a large cup?!?! Won’t be using them again and won’t be advising others to do so.

This is a nice new and modern drive through and cafe. It's very good quality, as you would expect from Costa. It was very quiet when I was there but I imagine that, when busy, the atmosphere would be very good.

Coffee shop is fine though if you want to do a bit of work from there there is no WiFi.

Really disappointed 25.2.23 @19.00 1. Clearly couldn’t be bothered to speak properly via drive thru. 2. Poor and stale tasting coffee. 3. The latte was half the size 4. Use my free reward without asking me and then claiming it does it automatically and cannot be removed…. I am logging a complaint. Advice please hire staff who have the ability to communicate and clearly want to work. One of the worst experiences ever.

Always a pleasant experience! This is my go-to costa because the staff are fantastic, the drinks are always delicious and they're so accommodating! I come in with my little one on a regular basis and sit on the sofa together. The staff always offer to bring my drink and snack over and are so friendly and helpful! Never a complaint! Special thanks to the wonderful young blonde lady who was working today! (12/02/2023)

We only had cake and a coffee I thought the cakes prices for the size were on the expensive side to be honest! But was very nice as was the coffee

Staff are friendly, use the drive thru regularly frustratingly they are very slow, this is not a quick service compared to other coffee drive thrus.

Just had a Croissant and a cappuccino,coffee was so strong it wasn’t a cappuccino!!and the Croissant was soggy and probably a few days old …won’t be going again!!

Staff are fantastic and as coffee is pretty good too..... Try the Blueberry frangipane it brilliant.

Nice clean store with hand sanitiser when you walk in. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is the usual selection of coffees, teas hot chocolate and cold drinks. Plenty of tasty snacks too. There is also the drive through which is great if you haven't got time to sit. There is seating inside and out and plenty of parking. I'd definitely recommend a visit!

Decent coffee. Nice staff. Clean seating area. Drive through option is always a plus when in a hurry. Toliets though (as with most Costa cafes it seems) are disgusting.

All good, but one of the servers was very abrupt. It wouldn't hurt her to be nice - life's too short!

Oh dear, 10 minutes of sitting in the car queuing for the order point, then queuing in line to collect my coffee. Better off going in to the café. But once you're in the queue, there's no going back. Need to speed things up guys.

A good drive through with plenty of parking. Friendly staff and lots of choice of food and drink. The entrance can be very busy due to the queues at the next door food outlet so you may need to drive past the queue.

It’s a Costa. Directly adjacent to a McDonald’s which causes traffic problems and the entrance layout to the car park isn’t ideal at busy times. Coffee and interior both up to usual Costa standard.

Very slow service at the takeaway window

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, unfortunately let down by a filthy toilet. First latte I asked for was ‘fine’, second one had a huge head of foam, so asked for it to be redone, which they did with no fuss. Had the driest almond croissants I’ve ever tasted. For some reason with a takeaway small decaf latte they put in two shots, but only one in a drink in. When I’m drinking in I normally ask to have the second shot as they just waste the shot (they use a coffee bag) Here they charged me for an extra shot! and it’s still weak. I’ll go to Starbucks or Caffè Nero next time!

Lovely place for a quiet coffee. Go here regularly with the kids as a treat when they are doing their homework. Everyone is friendly and pleasant

The inside of the store is expansive, clean and modern. A necessary advantage given its surroundings.

Just been through the drive-thru, staff were friendly, helpful and had a great attitude. Iced coffee was great and my daughter loved the hot chocolate with all the trimmings added. We also tried the apple sausage roll which was very nice.

Newly open and opens at 6 in the morning so a god place to meet before work.
