I went to Costa the atmosphere was good at first but then the polish manager got rude to me shouting in my face half the staff there are moody and don’t smile if you got stuff going on in your life don’t take it out on your customers specially if your a manager. The manager was unprofessional towards me and did not apologise for her mis-hearing and miscommunication think you need to hire a manager with respect But other than that the only person that was a lovely and welcoming staff was Danny so thanks Danny for being the staff that has patience towards your customers unlike some of the staff you work with

Another nice cozy coffee shop that staff make the experience so much better.There is a Asian lady who works there on a Saturday, she has the most wholesome smile and I can tell she has a genuine heart , just makes coming there wonderful and peaceful.

Early afternoon so quiet had a voucher with which the staff helpful and professional

The staff at this branch are great, we tend to go here once a month and every time the service has been great. The lemon tart was a nice surprise I must say recommended by the lady behind the counter 😊

I had just finished work, was tired really hungry....waiting in the queue your team member recognised my facial expressions. She was already serving a customer with drinks, she took my toastie, put it in the oven, the carried on with making drinks. She could've thought, I'll serve her when it's her turn, but the fact that she acknowledged me, was exceptional. I did compliment her in store too. She deserves a prize from her management 👏 ❤️

The prize for the best customer service award has to be shared,but goes to the two staff at Costa One Stop Perry barr this morning. The pleasentry flowed, the conversation between them serving me was exceptional.. they appeared like they loved their jobs. At just after 9am, they were a breath of fresh air.. I was only ordering a hot chocolate but ended up with the new KitKat hot drink.... and I so enjoyed that too... sorry I didn't get your names, but you both were amazing. Thank you for enhancing my morning.xx

Very nice costa coffee chain here in perry barr. I came here for a gingerbread latte and was pleased to find that they do a lotus biscoff cheesecake which I had to get and it tasted amazing 🤩 the price was suitable too. The atmosphere is cosy and definitely a nice place for a catchup or to take a break from shopping.

First time here for ages brought my mum who can't walk very well. The staff were incredible, very polite, and served quickly and brought the paninis to our table, three staff: Anna, Mara and Isha, were amazing, what a " credit " to Costa, I have recommended it to my family and friends, such a lovely and positive experience, keep up the good work 👏 👍👍

Both times I have gone in to have lunch and also breastfeed my newborn the staff have been amazing and so supportive they bought my food/drink over to me so I could get settled quickly. Very impressed and comfortable.

This was one of the best cold beverages I have had in what is usually hot drink specialist outlet. Service was polite and friendly, clean tables. I didn't use the toilets, but they were there for customers use. Look forward to returning there again. I didn't order any food.

Although all Costa stores are kind of the same; this store held up to that name. The 2 drinks we have got today costed 13 pounds and they were exquisite and worth the wait of 10 minuetes. However, the atmosphere could change to a bit more better vibe as it is kind of plain.But the customer service was lovely I felt welcomed and like I was a family member here already

This is one of my favourite Costa places. Staff are so friendly and approachable. They are always helpful. Also, There is a lovely vibe and I love the decoration of the place, and there are a lot of comfortable seats and tables. Coffee is as good as always.

I normally regular customer of Costa cofee every single day but as my experience the weakest service of one stop Perry bar one black person on the till wasn't good at service bad experience.

Not many options for good coffee in Uk, so Costa has acceptable coffee but overpriced. Cakes and snacks variety is limited. Very good seasonal hot chocolates. Good environment and customer service, usually clean

I would give 0 stars but that's not possible. The staff here are extremely rude and unfriendly. When I scanned my costa app and they didn't even give me a bean!! I brought the drink so I could get a bean and they didn't even give it!! What a waste of money?!?!? Horrendous customer service

Costa Coffee is just the best. The staffs are friendly and they are experts in preparing coffee, their speed in service is excellent. They are immaculate staffs

Nice setup. Several members of staff working behind the checkout/making beverages. But chatting away and not polite at all. I had my son in a pushchair and ordered. I had to leave my son unattended to go back to get my tray. Staff not helpful at all unlike other Costa’s who have way less staff. Long queues as staff just chatting away

It was my first time visiting here for the coffee but it was a bad day because the service wasn’t good enough and the cleaning was also very Poor quality, Why didn’t check the plate or glasses before serving to the customer.

It was OK, ambience was not warm good coffee & food but not the best Costa I've been in.

Helpful people . needed more staff to clean tables .as just 2 of them on and needed 3 people min'em to do all the jobs that should be done in the place.

I purchased a after 8 hot chocolate, very nice on a cold early evening. The assistant helped me with the tiolet door, I could not open it due to a fractured wrist.

Costa don't seem to know how to make a nice mocha. I have tried so many of their shops and it's terrible, they don't put no where near as much chocolate as they should. It is over priced as well.

I love cost normally but the one in Selly oak over charged me. They agreed that they had over charged me but apparently the manager was too busy to do the refund very disappointed in them 😕

The staff are always polite and friendly, especially the barista with the short blonde hair and glasses - he always makes my drinks the best. The tables and toilets are always clean and the food and drinks are always well made and delicious. Highly recommend this Costa.
