Tried The Caramel Nut Cracker Latte, The Red Velvet slice I would definitely recommend them

Great coffee. It's what they do. Ambience not perfect. A bit functional I think.

Expensive food and not that tasty . Coffee on the other hand the best . I recommend Cortado

Just been round the drive through and ordered a Carmel iced latte and a Kit Kat hot chocolate. The cream on the hot chocolate was yellow, smelt off, tasted like cheese and looked separated and the iced latte had no caramel in it. Very disappointed as you pay premium prices and expect good quality drinks. Something also appeared hilarious to the staff as the drinks were being handed out the window to us.

Maybe it’s because it was midday and raining so the coffee shop was full, a que out the door. I ordered on the app and waited for my order. There were two staff members trying to do it all: Take orders, make drink, make food, clear tables and all asap. The staff were clearly stressed and frustrated and better staffing levels at lunch period would help improve the overall customer services experience. It’s not good for customers to feel like they are overwhelming the staff

Never seen a single barista work so efficiently taking orders whilst preparing drinks. Went in on an extremely busy Saturday morning and was served quicker than ever by one incredible member of staff who seemed to seamlessly prepare everyone's drinks, make toasties and take orders on her own. I take my hat off to people who can multitask like that. The staff working the morning 27/1/24 are a credit to the company. Was really impressed, kudos to the barista though, had a mountain to climb and was smashing it the the whole time we were in the cafe

Checked Sunday opening times on website ..5 pm checked time on door 5 pm got there at 4.20. Walked in no one around serving. Finally approached young girl who told us quite abruptly they were closed !! So why was door open then and quoted times different. Won't be back

I ordered a Hot Chocolate today, from the Anlaby branch near Hull, and when I started drinking it I found it to be Luke warm or tepid at best. I took it back to the tall Barista and asked for a replacement. He just acted cocky and challenged me to drink it in one go. He also tried to get a colleague to back him up to make me look foolish. I eventually got a Hot replacement but it left a bad taste. Not a good experience at all !

At last, a well organised cafe with a serving area at North ends of the counter. Barista was very friendly. At Ferrybridge Services.

IMHO it's the tastiest coffee in the area. Food always nicely presented and because of it's popularity a pleasant buzz. Only criticism is some folks outstay their welcome. I mean they just have their drink and sit and talk for too long

Excellent service and perfect toast.

We love dropping in for a drink and a cake. Today was something different altogether. A lady was waiting in the queue. The waitress asked her if she wanted her usual. The lady ssaid she had forgotten her cup as she had just been to a funeral and started to cry. The waitress came round and gave her a hug. It was so lovely of her. She should be congratated and her kindness recognised.

Just popped in for a take away and the young lady who served me was so friendly and chatty, thank you for brightening a rainy day

Coffee excellent. Shame loyalty scheme changed. Slow service. Not suitable when wanting to get a "quick" drink

Amazing Salted Caramel Frappe with coffee and cream

Disappointed had cappuccino made with oat milk it was so sweet very disappointed. Had a cookie just sweet no flavour disappointed they use to be so good. Service still very good lovely polite helpful

My sister and i frequently have a coffee and sandwhich here. We enjoy the coffee and friendly staff. Our criticism is since the covid when hygiene was high, the standards have dropped. Almost everytime we visit, we have to remove pots from the table and clean the table too. We look around and see piles of pots on the tables. When staff do take away the pots, they do not wipe the tables down! Why, it takes seconds to do this. When hygiene and health and safety is important, this is essential!! Regards mrs s. Visited on Wednesday the 5th , the female staff are lovely and very friendly however the tall guy is so rude , he should not be on the hospitality industry .I don’t expect to have sarcastic comments made when all I asked for is a tray to carry coffees !!!!

I have visited the Anlaby Costa a few times for coffees take out and to have in Generally the staff are lovely however the tall guy who serves the coffee I find sarcastic and rude . Really no need for sarcasm .

Always slow service here. Front door was wedged open so it was cold, detracting from the little atmosphere it already has. Staff were very polite though.

Popped here for a quick drink before lunch nearby. Very busy shop and the staff were under a lot of pressure from making drinks and prepping food. Opted for a mocha and an americano with milk. Excellent drinks and friendly staff! Will be back when in the area.

Very happy visit to costa the staff are always friendly and joyful. The service was outstanding. I always ask for doubble cup for when I I not sitting in and generally staff are happy to accommodate this.

Love costa the only thing that's got me down is they have stopped making the Raspberry Ripple Cupcakes that used to have a flake in these were amazing hope they bring them back great coffee as always 😊

The coffee and the staff are always pleasant, but it's 50/50 chance if they are even going to be open when they say they are at the correct time or even if they will open at all.

I normally think Costa is great. It is one of our favourite venues. However, on this occasion and, presumably not their fault, there was an electrical outage so we had to go elsewhere.

This Costa is too small for the amount of shoppers in the retail park.....Q's out the door most times of the day..

We use this Costa around 3 times per week and we have found it to be amazing! Super friendly staff and amazing coffee. It isn't the biggest Costa out there and its hard to get a seat at times but the staff are always willing to help. With the current covid climate the staff are working so hard to make everything as good as possible

I visit nearly everyday and have found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The decor is the standard Costa design and it is kept clean. All in all a good place to visit for coffee and a bite to eat.

Not a place I would frequent one person serving trying to do the job of three so felt like we were rushed into making a choice

Nice place to chill with a coffee. Ample variety of sandwiches, hot and cold, and other meals. Plenty of choice of sweet stuff.

Staff didn't seem to know what they were doing,it didn't help that the card machine had gone down and there was no notice stating this, until you had stood in the queue and got to the front to be told cash only.i didn't get my coffee because I didn't have any cash on me.i ended up in morrisons.😏

This Costa although always busy is very efficient. The staff are friendly.

I'm not sure there was any service to speak of, the girls behind the counter carried on their conversation throughout ordering and making the coffee, wasn't put on a saucer or even given a spoon. The store as a whole smelt unpleasant, the staff room/kitchen door was left open and in there was very unkept. The toilets and baby change were a mess to. Completely unexpected for Costa standards! Would not return to this particular branch.

I find the Costa coffee chain generally to a good standard in terms of cleanliness, general up keep and staff. However, this establishment feel well below the usual benchmark and felt very much unloved and unwanted. The coffee shop was generally very poorly serviced and had clearly been hit by a post school hours tsunami of people which placed additional strain. But this looked like the norm so could be planned for. The decor and general upkeep did not enhance the overall experience either. Great shame....

It’s Costa, everything is overpriced and having yet another tax dodging chain store opening in the town erodes the very fabric of our society. The cinnamon caramel latte when they do it is class though.

Good that we have a Costa, outside seating looks onto a large carpark and shoppers. Inside is much of a likeness to all coffee houses.

Great coffee but service could be quicker. Small outlet that is usually very busy. Plenty of car parking spaces.

Unfortunately I really didn’t have a good experience here this morning. The decaf cappuccino was served well by the man at the coffee machine, but it just tasted of hot milk and I couldn’t drink it. It was quite busy at the till which may have contributed to the fact I not feel the interaction was as good as usual between the teller and myself, I couldn’t see the card machine and she was not very helpful as she didn’t show me where it was, just handed my card back without a word and looked at me strangely. I appreciate a lot of customers would know but as I hardly ever go here I didn’t realise and didn’t find her attitude friendly or helpful. I will not be visiting again.

DRINK WAS NOT UP TO THE STANDARD !

Normally this would be a five but today I asked for a one shot cortado which they have been kindly making for me over the past few weeks and the young lady said it could not be done. I told her it could as I had been having it. She made it for me but with very poor grace and slammed the glass down in front of me.
