Costa Coffee in Wandsworth

Really rude staff, i was there couple years ago. My husband was on operation. I was worried and pronounced one word incorrectly in Costa and they was so rude to me and was watching me while i was eating and having a fun of me. I know I'm not English, i was worried about my husband, staff really thinks that for all people all is ok, they forget that it's hospital, where Costa is located.... Totally disgusting attitude.

Falta de selección. No pude ver comida de Costa. El personal definitivamente necesita capacitación y algunos modales. No me molesté en comprar nada. ?

I previously visited in 2018, and the staff had not been trained adequately. I am pleased that they now know what they are doing, and the coffee is now to the expected standard.

No se ven los estándares de Costa aquí, así que dejé de malgastar mis ganancias duras en un servicio deficiente y bebidas de mala calidad. El personal debe estar en un curso de actualización sobre bebidas. Costa necesita monitorear los estándares de bebidas en cada tienda.

El personal era miserable e hizo un ruido increíble, golpeando constantemente la vajilla y vaciando el contenedor de café. Nunca he estado en una Costa tan ruidosa. Me dio dolor de cabeza. Lugar horrible.

I have never seen such miserable staff anywhere. Painfully slow and bordering rude. 3 staff behind counter. Took 10 minutes to get served. Thank god my appointment has been delayed by an hour. I had a very similar experience the last time I was here. Never again. Will bring my own coffee in future. Costa epic fail with this one.

This cafe recently acquired by Costa, and it shows - staff unsure how to process some orders, and getting into a muddle. Didn't know how to add loyalty points to my Coffee Card!
