Very friendly service and very good coffee

What a clean efficient and friendly Costa this is! I was met with a smile and a friendly person who was very helpful! Would recommend this one.

BEWARE THEY HAVE RESTRICTION IN CAR PARK EVEN IF YOU ARE SPENDING MONEY IN THEIR ESTSUSHMENT 2 OVERPRICED ICE COFFES AND £100 PARKING FEE?

SO delighted to see our local has had a makeover!! Looks great 🤩 Staff fab as always and new stuff in the fridge to try. Happy Michelle 🙂

Terrible today I received a parking notice please see picture below As a family we use this costa at least 3 times per a week I never had a parking fine that I had to pay £100 Is totallly unfair from costa customer care treating their customers with disrespect Thanks for the fine Costa, we will never use you again A warning to every customer please do not use them, it should have been a warning signs to all customers I did not stay 2 hours, they stated that I stayed 2 hours in the car park and therefore I got to pay £100 Basically f-off and don’t use us again

This is my go to Costa friendly staff great range of products reasonably priced will always return.

Attended today with my husband after visiting here a few times and asked for an almond milk latte (which is what I always ask for) to have a snotty response "we don't do almond milk and haven't for over a year" now it was not the fact they don't offer it, it was the way I was spoken to! As I had not been advised on previous orders so was slightly confused at what I had before! The member of staff did not offer an alternative option instead! The customer service was shocking and I felt very rude! I did not buy a drink and left and will not return to that store which is a shame.

I have used both the drive-through and shop. Both are fast, friendly and efficient. Coffee's good too!!

Did not have food tried the new hot milkshake ,very sweet too sweet for me but it was presented beautifully

As the sun came out, this was a splendid place to stop for a coffee - nice and clean, good service, and the best of Costa Coffee - what more could you wish for!

Service was excellent today. Coffee and snacks always great and yummy. Would like to go more often but too pricey for regular visits, but very enjoyable when I go.

This store has the most happiest of staff working here , always cheery , chatty and nothing is ever too much hassle no matter what time we drive thru for a coffee .

So every time I order from the drive thru I have I to go in store and ask them to remake me drinks. I am an iced coffee girl and yet again when ordering I asked twice for no syrups, even asked at the drive thru window I asked if my drinks had no syrups in them which they say "yup no syrups". Shock horror sugar syrup! I took it in to store to have it remade, which they did but this is the 4th time I have requested no syrup and been ignored.

Popped if for a quick coffee, went for the new Maple Hazel Latte🍁....and it didn't disappoint! Tasted delicious and looked pretty too. My friend had the maple cupcake that was just as yummy and looked amazing. 🍁🍁 Actually the whole tary of food was fresh and delicious 😋

Couldn’t be bothered to pop a foil travel cover on the cup because we were travelling 5 minutes to our destination but apparently they are only for Uber. I asked for 4 sugars but she got in a right strop and threw 36 sugars in the bag 😂! I think someone needs to find another job! This was on Saturday 19th aug around 10.55 am.

Great coffee- as usual. Here was a pleasant place to stop and rest after shopping nearby. Costa has a great atmosphere, comfy chairs, and free wi-fi. The staff here were very pleasant.

Use this Costa regularly and staff are all great and friendly but Jacob is the best !

turned up over an hour prior to closing only for the staff to be inside but the drive thru closed. pointless having opening hours if your not going to follow them.

Barrister was slow but the coffee great.

Met up with family for coffee and cake Drinks as always were very good, freshly made. Although they had ran out of larger cups so had to serve in takeaway cups We also ordered some carrot & walnut cake & chocolate and orange cake which was very nice Premises were clean and appeared well looked after

Staff clearly don’t get on with each other and the mood is projected at customers. Older member of staff blamed other younger members for her mistakes. Customers shouldn’t see this in a team nor should they experience the rudeness of staff as a result.

We don't go so much these days since Costa put up their prices, we used to have a Costa Coffee about 3 or 4 times a wk, but now maybe only twice a month.. It's freezing here because they have the aircon on in January.

The best Costa in the area! The staff are always super friendly and the atmosphere inside is relaxed. 2 toilet cubicles available too. I've also never queued too long at the drive thru. Highly recommended! Lee is also the best barista around!

Always friendly staff, helpful & polite. Open until 7pm most days, welcoming and family friendly. I've always found there to be a highchair available for my little one, well positioned on the retail park. Will continue to use this coffee shop as I've not had a bad visit yet, would always recommend.

The staff very kindly pointed out that with my own cups I was entitled to a few more reward points! Every little helps!!

Visited today whist delivering to a near by store. I was greeted by very friendly staff. The store manager was very bubbley and kind. I often find when walking into a coffee shop in highviz clothing and using the loo the staff can sometimes be a little less welcoming. But this was not the case! Very friendly. Toilets also clean and everything was great.

Really nice I here even when it's absolutely pouring down outside its really nice to sit near the big windows at the front with a nice hot drink. Very clean, on our way in after parking the tables we being cleaned down which was nice to see. Very friendly and fast service. Drinks and cakes were very nice too. Only called for a quick drink and ended up staying over an hour. Thanks Costa

The people at the drive through who work here are LOVELY!!! literally the only place I know that will do two separate orders if you tell them you're support worker! Sometimes you're out with someone and they want a coffee and it's really nice that here you can actually get one with them. They are friendly and genuinely nice! Never an issue with orders and the wait isn't that long with quick service.

Always friendly, always as prompt as possible. Love that I can still enjoy a delicious coffee without any dairy products. If they just used dairy free cream.... it would be perfect.

Wow, what a lovely team! We visited here recently and were blown away by how friendly and obviously happy the team were. Lots of nice banter and smiles. Costa is often good but this one stands out, way better, cleaner and more efficient than Starbucks over the road, sorry but true!

A*** Great branch of our favourite coffee stop. They have really nice bacon baps. Staff are jolly and efficient so we never have to queue for long. Coffee is consistent and yummy. Like the new Colombian blend in my cappuccino 😁

I visited and had a Chai Latte. The staff were friendly and professional, everywhere was tidy, and a random but appreciated observation was the toilet area was really clean!! The latter is often forgotten and it always makes me wonder about things "behind the scenes"!!
