absolutely amazing I tried to eat it all but couldnt it was enough for 2 people rice flat bread salad dips absolutely lovely

We went in for lunch on a Wednesday and were greeted by a very pleasant and helpful waitress. Throughout the meal she was attentive and friendly. The lunch deal at £14 is amazing value. It includes a hot or cold starter followed by a main and unlimited bread with dips. We all met very full and the quality of the food was excellent. Highly recommend!

Always great value for money. Called in early doors and had the meat platter to share....a carnivores delight!! Served with rice, bulgar wheat and a salad....whats not to like? Sat watching them cook our meal whilst snacking on flatbread and dips.....yum, and downing . a couple of 0% IPA! Service great and astmosphere calm and relaxing.

Just visited here. What a great little place. Food was delicious. I had the garlic mushrooms and a chicken shish. All presented beautifully with garnish. Drinks maybe a little on the pricey side but not really different from anywhere else now I suppose but the food was a great price. Two of us had two courses each with two lots of bread with the dips and olives and two ciders and the bill was under £40. Well worth it. We will be back soon. It was a little quiet so may try one evening.

Fantastic evening at Antep! Our first visit and won't be our last. Great atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff and BEAUTIFUL food. Cannot wait to return!

Yogurtlu Lamb Shiah, was great.

We went to Antepliler last year and our expectation was so high because the name of the restaurant came from the place in Turkey where the kebap was invented. The kebab was terrible and it was so salty and almost solid. I could not even cut it with my knife. Lahmacun was terrible so it is very annoying.

We were recommended to come here, and were on disappointed. Good tasty food lovely staff and great atmosphere.

Absolutely fantastic. The best takeaway we have ever ordered. Quality was outstanding, it was delivered piping hot, tasty lovely and the portion sizes were great. I honestly cannot fault this food tonight, thank you!

Great food and service will definitely be going back

The restaurant itself is good, and the food is of good quality. However, one aspect that I did not appreciate was the apparent preference given to customers known to the staff. My wife and I visited for the first time, and despite arriving before several other guests and ordering the same dishes, those guests were served before us. It became evident that they were acquaintances of the chef or owner, as I observed them exchanging greetings and embraces at the end of the meal. This practice leaves a negative impression and, in my opinion, is detrimental to the business. I had considered recommending this restaurant to my friends, but given this experience, I cannot do so.

Absolutely lovely food, the staff were amazing. I highly recommend Antep and looking forward to returning there soon.

Veggie moussaka ordered arrived piping hot with grain and rice, fresh salad, warm bread and two relishes. Exceeded my expectations and will use again.

The food was really lovely from here. sadly, the customer service and 2.5 hour delivery time was not. After initially being given a 40 minute delivery time, it gradually kept moving on until it finally arrived 2.5 hours later. we won't be using again.

I'll go back. Went early late afternoon so I couldn't judge the atmosphere but looks great in the evening.

I’ve eaten here several times & also ordered via just eat b4. Today I was disappointed. The hot meze platter was cold, plus I did not get the Turkish chilly dip, but instead Chinese/ Thai sweet chilly sauce poured in2 a plastic container. Disgusted

Been here a dozen or so times now. The food, atmosphere and staff are always faultless. I’m a real foodie and this is genuinely my favourite restaurant for miles around. Please keep up the excellent work 👍 You often look fully booked so I only wish there were more quality proper restaurants like yours in Lee High Street, plenty of demand for it!

Visited this beautiful established as my wife came here a few years ago and said the food was great!!! She wasn't wrong!!! The food is stunning and presented beautifully, like a work of art!!! Had a selection of hot/cold Meze, my wife had a beautiful Moussaka and I had a beautiful lamb beating Utterly faultless and the staff were attentive and very friendly!!!

Excellent food and fantastic, friendly service. Thoroughly recommend and would go again. Also, give the house red a chance; it's much better with food, don't be put off by the first sip!

we have ate from this place a handful of times now and it's been absolutely perfect... its important to remember your ordering quality restaurant food and not a ropey kebab house... the kids meals are amazing portions and cooked perfectly and delicious, chicken shish comes with 2 rice's and plenty of bread and salad/sauces, chicken wings we had last night and they tasted as good as they smelt 🙌 you pay for quality and they deliver...

Incredible! Discovered this absolute gem last night. Delicious food, excellently presented. Appetisers served on the house - fresh traditional bread, yoghurt dip, harissa dip and olives. A nice touch. Highly recommend the yogurtlu lamb shish as a main - tender, succulent lamb, creamy yoghurt on top, served with fresh rice and salad. I savoured every mouthful of the generous portioned meal. And oh my... the kunefe dessert!!! Have the kunefe every opportunity you can!! Excuse the missing spoonful in the image... I was so excited to dig in I ate first then remembered the photo! 😅 Order 1 or more kunefe to go too and experience it all over again...buy it as a gift for others and they will love you forever.... All washed down with thirst quenching Turkish apple tea served in an impressive glass. Great atmosphere. Friendly and attentive staff. Easy parking outside. This is a must for every day and also special occasions... I'm back there for lunch today and have been raving about this place to everyone. Enjoy 😊!

I am absolutely furious with ANTEP Restaurant and their appalling service. I ordered through Just Eat, which initially had the wrong address. I then called ANTEP, who assured me they would resolve the issue and inform Just Eat of the correct address. However, this was not the case at all! Just Eat refused to deliver to the new address, and without consulting us, ANTEP allowed Just Eat to take the food. To make matters worse, Just Eat delivered the food to some random address! When I phoned ANTEP again to explain, they said they would sort out the problem with Just Eat and still make the food. This was an £82 order for a 60th birthday celebration! Just two minutes later, ANTEP called back and said we had to pay another £82 after previously stating they would handle the issue with Just Eat. When I questioned why they let Just Eat take the order in the first place, the owner began to raise her voice at me over the phone. I am absolutely disgusted with how ANTEP has behaved and handled this entire situation. Despite remaining calm on the phone, the owner continued to be aggressive. I will NEVER be ordering from them again. The service and communication are horrendous! Save yourself the headache and avoid this place at all costs.

Generally a nice place but being served lamb rather than chicken casserole was irritating. The lamb though was very tender so initially I thought it well marinated chicken. But mistakes like this shouldn't happen considering either strict dietary requirements or allergies.

This place is so consistent and never fails to deliver. Food, range of drinks, service and price are spot on. We love it!!

I Brought my family here for a birthday meal. The food was delicious, really fresh and well presented. I would recommend the lamb chops. Lovely! Our lovely waitress Sophie even brought out a birthday cake and all the staff sang birthday wishes to my partner! Really nice touch and much appreciated. We will be back. Thank you

One of the best Turkish restaurant I’ve ever been to. I was coming down from Birmingham and I thought I will give this restaurant a try and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. The cold maze sharing platter was so good and the mix grill was amazing. The bread was soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. Can’t find any fault of any dish. Every taste in mouth was sensational. Absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone who is in the area or want to try something different. Will definitely visit again when I’m in the area

We visited with friends all of our first visits. Monday evening, we had booked but you could have walked in it was not busy. Very attentive waitress, helped with our coats and took our drinks order. We ordered a selection of the little mezze plates to share. It was so delicious we ordered a second selection. House Red was very good, I asked for a glass of water and received a whole bottle. The men had Cobra beer. Food arrived in a timely manor Everything was delicious. So fresh and tasty. Waitress checked in with us for drinks or anything we needed. Food is on the pricey side but the high quality of the food is evidence of why you pay a slightly higher price. We didn’t have room for mains or dessert so we will be back. Great evening with Friends and absolutely delicious food.

The food in the restaurant is absolutely delicious and really authentic. The portions are enormous so it actually decent value. The take away option is no different: it is generous, delicious and well-packaged.

It was on time but overall wasn't impressed I paid 65 quid for food witch was mental for starters seeing its just a basic kabab the rice came with peas in it never noted this on there menu and for some reason was some werid red things in it I've have never seen before and tatsed horrible the chicken was OK the lamb was the nicest thing I had and my wife lamb shank was massive but tatsed like it wasn't freash and for 20 odd quid for the lamb shank should have been freash said vegtable with it but came with horrible limp leak and boiled potatoes that where more like mash the wrost was the parwns I paid almost 10 pound for my prawn dish and you gave me 4 thiny little frozen prawns in a nice sauce but as tiny and no parwns for the price was outrageous unfortunately we will never dine here again

Went on a Friday night and was so impressed not only with the food which was absolutely delicious but the great, friendly service where nothing was too much trouble. What an absolute gem of a place. Thank you!!

Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience with all my family, 15 of us. Service was first class, very relaxed family friendly. We were 2 months to 79. Highly recommend. So pleased to have this in Lee.

Excellent!! Started with the cold mezze selection for two people An enjoyable selection with some old favourites and a couple that we had not eaten before. Only other comment ... the portion sizes made the dish suitable as a first course for 4 to 6 people and was really too much for two people who were following up with a main course. Main course... I had a lamb cube kebab with a salad and the chili side dish, my companion had a chicken kebab in yoghurt. The lamb dish was just the right size, the chicken dish portion was enough for 2 to 3 people!. We will go again

The entire menu is filled with food that not only looks nice, but tastes nice too. The portion sizes were very large, making even the keenest of eaters full. Would definitely return, especially as all of the staff were very well trained and kind :)

Party of 5 for my Brother's birthday. 5* for the food, service and atmosphere however it was very pricey. £20 for a main course seems a bit much. Couldn't fault it though and would recommend to others.

Lovely staff but had to wait outside on a cold evening for 20 minutes after our table booking time. We had ordered drinks whilst we waited but they didn't turn up. I think do.ebof the staff were new and not quite up to the job yet. Nevertheless, the food was fantastic and a great buzz. We'd certainly go again

We booked a table for 6pm two weeks ahead for a family birthday meal. When we arrived the table wasn't ready then when we sat down we had to ask the waitress to remove a pile of menus from our table. After we got our drinks it took a while for our starters to arrive but we all enjoyed them. After an hour and a half our main course still hadn't arrived and our young children were getting hungry. The waitresses were all standing at the bar with their backs to the customers and seemed unaware that we still didn't have our food. When one of them went to the kitchen to find out we decided that we we had waited long enough so asked for our bill. The manager was not happy about that and said customers are uusually happy to relax between courses. We found staff here to be inattentive and unorganised and people at the table next to us came in after us but had their meal and left before we had even had our main course. We would not be in a hurry to eat here again.

All I can say is, wow. The food was so fresh and tasty, absolutely amazing. You definitely need to try it out, words can't explain it. Lamb shank highly recommended, thank you guys. Just amazing, wow.

As we arrived 6.00pm the table for us was a mess. Menus overspilling and an excess of plates. We had to help the waitress to clear the table. The waitress was giggling that the table was a mess and that she kept forgetting everything. We had paid a £25 charge to hold the table BTW. We ordered drinks, which took too long to arrive, when it finally did, we ordered our food starters and main. The starters arrived and we ate them they were very nice or perhaps we had waited do long! We had to ask for more glasses, and the kids drinks and the staff kept forgetting! An hour and a half later the mains had still not arrived. The girls were standing around doing nothing as far as we could see. No drinks offered, no attention to detail, no care at all, extremely poor customer service. don't be drawn in by their website like we were. No clean cutlery or Napkins brought to the table. When my wife asked how long the food would be as we have 3 children with us, their response was "which table are you sitting at". Poor poor poor, no observation. The decor had blu tac marks on the walls, no what is advertised. Lots of crumbs on chairs left from previous customers The owner is very ignorant, no sorry and no offering for our children. She was very defensive, she said they usually give people time between courses. an hour and a half..... Between courses, We said its been 1 and a half hours. She said people come to enjoy their food...... I said with what cutlery. She wasn't impressed 😂 She was more than happy to take our money, but very ignorant and in no way interested in finding a resolution. Her last words were if you don't want to listen........ And then walked off.

Our second time visiting Antep.. Both times have produced tasty, delicious, flavoursome food.. Atmosphere and staff are great. Highly recommend a visit to this hidden Turkish jewel!

The food here is exceptional, fresh ingredients, expertly cooked and bursting with flavour, hands down the best Turkish food in the area. Nice to sit outside on a sunny evening as well, will definitely return :)

Good food and very nice service

Thursday lunchtime for two. Disappointing. Falafels came greasy, cooked in old oil by taste of it. Baklava was soggy and sparsely filled, with warmed honey poured over to disguise old stock. Americano coffee had strange taste, undrinkable.

Word of mouth excited my taste buds for Antep. Was not disappointed. Lovely presented tasteful food with very generous portions.

Have visited a few times now and have enjoyed the lovely food and service from this very lovely authentic Turkish restaurant, would recommend the salmon rice and salad dish which was cooked to perfection and quite filling, the complimentary homemade bread with dips are so moreish so be careful not to fill up to much before your starter or main, but overall the quality and value for money is second to none! Highly recommend x

We visited with friends and enjoyed a fantastic meal. One of our friends is Turkish and helped with the food selection. Always a great atmosphere on a Saturday evening when the restaurant is full. We will return very soon.

First time at Antep. Food was fantastic (a meat lovers paradise), with huge portions. Fortunately, happy to provide a take out container for our leftovers! Service was really good & despite being busy, the food came quickly enough. Got a pretty informal feel to it, which was nice but can't fault the overall quality of the experience. Thanks!
