Spent the whole time while having coffee closing the front door as it stays open unless physically shut. In general people do NOT close the door after them. The door was replaced recently and never closes automatically. Please fix this. Thank you.

Once again no disabled toilet this has been ongoing when you have crutches or wheelchair where do you go? This has Been reported to company on daily basis and still nothing done this is illegal and discrimination I want to know why this is not fixed. The staff and service is good but as for the management who run Costa coffee no interest in customers what so ever so anyone who is disabled elderly have young children I would state very strongly DONT GO TO COSTA COFFEE.

Nope, no thank you Casta. The coffee is very poor quality now as over the years it has gradually got worse. And the place is filthy with a string smell

Worst costa coffee I have had for a while. Ordered an americano with hot milk for which I was charged extra. Coffee served was extremely weak and the milk was practically non existent and certainly not HOT.

I visit at least once a week for my usual coffee and catch up on some work on my laptop for an hour. Nicky, the manager, and the team make the visit enjoyable and relaxing. Quite often, Nicky is ahead of the game and has the order noted before the customer has even asked! A great community feel to the coffee shop and an ideal stop for the many hundreds setting off in the West Highland Way.

What a difference it makes to your day when you see the staff working so hard and being so delightful doing so. The store has a happy positive aura inside and out. This is reflected in all the customers who visit. Pat on the back to Mr Costa and all the team in this branch.

Always consistent in service and quality Costa is very good. It can get really busy though as it is extremely popular as it has a great location right in centre of Milngavie.

Lovely hot chocolate with all the whipped cream etc and wee cake. Friendly staff but you need more staff there on a Saturday to keep the tables clean. That said, I will be back.

After spotting this little place on the way to the waterfalls we had to stop for something to eat. If you're lucky enough to get a seat outside when it's sunny. You won't be disappointed as the view is awesome. However. Once you do sit down, be aware you will likely have to ask for a menu as we waited for a good twenty minutes before we realised the waiting staff were walking past us. Pleasent though once they realised we hadn't been seen. The food itself was not up to scratch for the prices. My girlfriend got a baked potato with cheese, I got an £8.50 goats cheese salad which was literally a handful of chopped lettuce, two super thin slices of goat cheese, sprinkle of pine nuts and zigzag of balsamic. No where near worth the 8.50. my girlfriend's dish was a hard skinned potato, a teeny bit of cheese, iceberg and some crisps. We were both disappointed. This place is missing a trick. A reduced menu with some locally sourced ingredients focusing on a more homely and better cooked and presented product would be best. Maybe due to the weather they were low on ingredients, but until I see some better food, I'd be reluctant to go back. The place is now called The Glen Cafe and Bistro.

Been in twice this week and on both days had the spiced apple tea, and on both days told no cinnamon. Could they not just nip into the Morrisons next door and get some, or would this reduce their tax evaded profits?
