Visited Sunday 11.12.22 at 16.15 and found the staff extremely rude. No sense of customer service. Looked at us but continued cleaning the machines, made us wait a good couple of minutes and didn't bother saying, will be a couple of minutes or anything. Very unpleasant experience. Sulking as though doing us a favour. Hot chocolate tasted like hot milk. No cutlery given because they could not be bothered to wash up. I would receive better service in a local cafe. I would rather stay hungry than visiting this costa ever again. Sort the attitude out!

We visited on a Sunday afternoon for a coffee with friends. Nothing special to write. The coffee shop hadn't long opened as a new venue and it's standard Costa Coffee.

Long wait, staff not welcoming don’t smile ,food not available as advertised , manager doesn’t seem concerned that customers are not happy. Lady making coffees very busy Coffee was good but again no eye contact even when passing drinks onto customers trays. Small changes would make this a nicer Costa to visit .

Went here for Coffee and Toast Friday morning few people in having coffees but 1 Disappointed that Bonfire Spice latte was being Advertised but none available Still nice coffee and no brown bread for toast !!!
