I ordered a new york Delhi bagel and received a bacon roll

These staff are great and very helpful. Fast and efficient.

Really disappointed with our visit. They didn’t seem to have pretty much everything we asked for. They didn’t have any non dairy milk then we settled for decaf Americano which was pale and tasted like overly diluted water coffee, we had to return and get re-done. Then didn’t have any brown toast or marmite or peanut butter.

Ordered 2 drink and only got one, which was incorrect, they didn’t have ice (not a huge issue) barista was rude and verging on gaslighting saying that we didn’t order a second drink when we did, she didn’t put it through the till and other customers drinks were made incorrectly and the same barista acted the same to them.

On the high street, a more traditional blended in branch which appears long and narrow on the interior. Offers nearly all the Costa range and bits, staff are friendly enough and the service is acceptable- there is a reasonable amount of seating- the only little niggle being is just seems a bit soulless when you walk in

The main part of my order is missing. This is the first time I have ordered this way and I am very disappointed

Its mine and my daughters go to place to catch up . Staff are always friendly and we go at times to avoid the queues.

Delivery was estimated at 09:25 but arrived more near to 10:00. Order was missing 2 items too and there is no way of contacting to request they still be delivered rather than a refund so we had 2 people without anything!

Decent coffee, standard Costa. Good layout and with some bigger chairs if your doing laptop work ect like I was, a few power outlets to charge up aswell. Bring you own cup and they fill it up is always a nice touch. Staff were really lovely and accommodating, helped make the day go smoother.

On arrival service was great ordered my coffee, takeaway all good, sadly it was handed to the wrong customer who lifted it and walked away. The lid removed then staff member realised and sad wait please. The customer returned it to the counter. When I asked for a replacement coffee the staff member making the coffee wasn’t happy and begrudgingly made another one. The coffee was great the atmosphere wasn’t sadly

Use this Costa fairly often. Staff all really friendly ,rarely have to queue and usually tables available which are cleared quickly when vacated. Coffee and food well prepared.

From the moment I came into Newport’s gem, Costa coffee I was made to feel welcome. Not only did the staff all seem happy they were helpful too when I was asking questions. They seemed to want to help me but also assure I had a lovely experience. I asked their names to make sure when writing this review I could feed back accurately. Anna, Megan and Matt seemed to have a close bond and work so well as a team that not only affected the service but also made for a warm and friendly vibe. Thank you for looking after me and my family when I visited.

Unfortunately no toasted tea cakes left by the time I came in (4.15) but had a nice mince pie instead. Asked for extra milk with my pot of tea and barista grudgingly gave me an extra half jug. 😕

Just want to share how lovely and amazing the team were at costa today. Was having a horrible morning and was visibly upset. I was served by Sophie who was so kind and compassionate towards me and made a very kind gesture. It definitely cheered me up knowing there are very kind hearted people out there and want to express how much I appreciated the kindness received today.

As a fierce pirate captain, I be used to roughing it on the salty seas with only me trusty flask of grog to keep me spirits high. But on a recent shore leave, I decided to indulge in a bit of civilization and pay a visit to Costa Coffee. And let me tell ye, it was a mighty fine decision! The coffee at Costa be a far cry from the bilge water we pirates be used to sipping on deck. It be rich, hot, and full of flavor - a true treasure for me taste buds. And the staff always ready with a smile and a suggestion for a tasty brew. Thanks to their fine coffee and friendly service, I be feeling like a new pirate on the rise. I'll be sure to swing by Costa on me next shore leave. All in all, I'd give Costa a hearty recommendation to any pirate in need of a pick-me-up on land. Just be warned - ye won't find any grog on the menu.

Used to good service in Costa but today there were flies on baked goods, no sandwiches and minimal choice for lunch items. Didn’t offer to heat up food. Generally disorganised staff.

The Costa Coffee located in the Wyevale Garden Centre, while slightly hidden within another store, is by far the best coffee source in Northampton. While the coffee is always exceptional, it is really the team that do an outstanding job that makes regulars come back. I would highly recommend this location over all others in the town.

The staff are always courteous, cheerful, engaging & professional - they are a credit to themselves & the company. Such a popular place, it is often 'busy', yet this does not detract from the quality / speed of service afforded by the staff. While the offering is "Costa company fare", this particular place stands out due to its staff. As a result, you will see familiar faces time & time again, due to it being a regular 'go-to' for coffee & snacks. Top tips: 1. Great choice of cakes. 2. Porridge, coffee & toast [with jam] does it for me for w/end breakfast. 3. Fits nicely with a tour around the garden centre. 4. In addition, Waitrose is also on site, alongside the garden centre. 5. Good parking facilities. 6. Car wash option also on site. 7. Enjoy!
