Owen was the best member of staff to look after us this evening, took care of us as well as catered us along with the rest of the staff members. The food in here was second to none, incredible. Great atmosphere in the place, very chill vibe.

First time being here. To be honest, I was not impressed by the food. There was nothing I thought was good and would go back for 2nds they also tried to charge us for a 13-month-old baby, who we had previously said would not be eating I would not eat here again

The food is good, the ambiance was pleasant. We arrived at the restaurant around 7:30 for dinner, but the menu items were not fully filled. We had ample food and the staff service was satisfactory. However, there were instances where we had to wait for the staff to dispose of the used dishes from the table. Overall, the experience was good

Great buffet place lots of choice for adults and the kids

A very disappointing experience yesterday. Apart from a few items, most of the food was distasteful. I had previously visited the Silverburn branch, but never had such terrible food. It was expensive but quality of food was poor unfortunately

Beautifully decorated restaurant and superb customer service. Food was lovely, just not enough selection. For a world buffet you would expect simple foods like vegetable pakora and chicken balls. Dessert section was pretty poor too. Only one flavour ice cream, with no strawberry sauce to sprinkle on top

Nice for something a bit different

Rubbish aptmosphere food was vile my mate got charge £21.50 for a glass of water even tho he didn’t eat and it came to £116.60 for 3 of us who had 1 plate and didn’t eat much staff were cheeky really bad customers service would never go back

Frankly speaking, praise is given to him, but it is not worth it... The food is an international buffet... The flavor of the food is normal, and the service is self-serve, and the restaurant requires advance reservations.

The staff here are so kind and welcoming and really go out of their way to ensure you have the best dining experience. The food is amazing and there is a wide variety of different cuisines for you to choose from. Me and my partner dined here last night (24/09) after a day of travelling and it really helped us to unwind and enjoy some quality time together. Perfect for couples and groups of friends who want a nice night out.

It’s delicious. I love it. It’s my canteen. I always go to this restaurant if I don’t know what to eat. There are so many choices. Highly recommended.

4 hours in the St Enoch car park for £1 when you eat at Cosmo was a winner from the start. I will start off by saying I tend not to eat at a buffet restaurant however for the onse I have been too this is one I would recommend and one where I will definitely go back. Staff are super friendly, the food is so fresh and is replaced often to make sure it stays that way. They have a large selection and variety of food from all over the world. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys their food. 10/10

Pretty decent buffet restaurant with a large choice! Standard of food is fine, but not fantastic. The price is acceptable for what you get. This place gets very busy at weekends and it is well worth booking in advance.

The service today was just amazing, it’s always great at Cosmo but today all of the staff were so attentive to us, kept checking in and asked if we wanted teas or coffee. We haven’t experienced this on previous trips to Cosmo so this was really nice! Excellent service with a such a friendly vibe.

Chef special options are good but chefs looks like someone forced them to work ! No smiles ! They dont want to cook salmon nd lamb chops for you ! Lamb chops were raw red from inside !!too much fat on the lamb in lamb curry !! Staters are dried up too much heat in bainmarie !! Dont even have one single Indian desert even jndia have over 10 thousand deserts!! Lol 🤣 very below average!! World buffet on paisley road is best

Generally ok, quite a few options ran out and very slow to be replaced.

This place is amazing I came late and they still let me in the manager let me in and was so professional and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit if this is your type of vibe. The staff is what make this restaurant a great place to visit.

Our first visit and our last,For a Saturday afternoon,we expected so much,it was quiet,we walked round and looked at what was on offer,nothing special,very poor quality and lots of dried up food and the sushi bar was almost empty, which was not what l expected for £22,we ate very little and left very disappointed.

Went here with friends for a meal and was very disappointed. Advertised as a world buffet but most food was Chinese. Carvery was chopped turkey in gravy with some frozen vegetables .Indian was onion bhajis chicken biriani chicken vindaloo and chicken korma. Chinese selection was OK but all dishes apart from beef in black bean sauce were all chicken .no lamb or pork or fish .starters were limited and sweets were mostly small portions of sponge cake which were hard .the restaurant itself was spotlessly clean as were the toilets and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Not an experience we will be repeating .

Went there yesterday and totally regretting my choice. First of all: -Very poor choice of dishes nothing like other Cosmos and also empty serving dishes for more than 15 mins! -dirty plates and cutlery -extremely salty everything -Very poor selection of desserts not very appetising looking -teppanyaki absolute joke! Mushrooms, onions and chicken 😂😂😂 Definitely to avoid, don't waste your time and money

Booked a place but had to wait 20+ min and was told our table was getting set up a few times. It would be more believable if the people behind us weren't passing by us every few minutes. They had more people than us. I don't know if it was because we're Chinese. Also the teppenyaki dude either didn't hear our order or forgot but he ALSO told us to wait 5 min EVERY TIME we went back. It's been more than 15 min...there's no one else waiting in line...AND THE CUSTOMER WAS A 12 YEAR OLD. Way to bully a kid IT'S NOT THAT HARD TO TELL US IF WE CAN'T SIT TOGETHER OR U LITERALLY FORGOT OUR ORDER 💢

We had booked a table for 4.30 yesterday 12/7/24 , we were seated very quickly in table no1, we were asked about drinks & we chose the refill soft drinks waited & waited for our glass , asked another member of staff for same order , again waited finally had to ask again before we got an empty glass , so not a great start.went up & got Diet Coke which ran clear , so poured them away & went for the sugar free coke again same thing , changed machines & finally got a drink Went up for our starters , chose soup & a half roll , roll was hard & inedible as has been left out way too long , soup was ok , went up for main meal , fried rice , ehhhh not the best fried rice to be fair , chicken curry , totally tasteless, chicken pakora, well inedible as was absolutely solid , thankfully had only lifted one piece , ended up not eating my main & decided to go & get some roast diner , cooked ham I must say was very nice , mashed potato was cold & tasteless same with the gravy , went & got dessert & enjoyed the ice cream & some fresh fruit , I have been several times to this place & must admit this was the worst , staff member was taking my full main meal away & asked was everything was ok & I said no it wasn’t & nothing was said , not the best & sadly won’t be back ,

One of the best in Glasgow in terms of buffet. The live dishes are magical, especially the lamb. The starters are amazing as well. The staff are well trained and excellent in service. Worth the money if you are looking for a buffet.

I feel like quality of food could have been better. I tried the one at Silverburn and in Edinburgh and food was amazing. Teppenyaki was nice though. Also, some staff seemed to be new not knowing what they were supposed to be doing somehow. Restaurant floor was very dirty also the day we visited.

Deffo worth the money lovely fresh food

Tried Cosmo for the first time today. I was really impressed with the quality of the food. It doesn't have as much variety as some of the other buffets in Glasgow but that works in their favour as it ensures what they present will be tasty. Would definitely go back again.

Love it here. Selection is HUGE.. quality of food is incredible. Theyres a reason i come here time and time again.. customer servive here is flawless. Whatever food tickles your fancy they have it here. The mither loved the cocktails here aswell

Glad I tried it, it was busy which indicated it was good and it is, but a bit crowded as a result to be honest.

Very small portion for halal food, please increase halal portion.very necessary one more thing the manager seesh was in tension during his duty , some time his behaviour was very bad.the waiter nd waitress are good on duty, food was amazing, I eated halal foods because Iam Muslim, entire sweets are excellent nd well displayed.

I really like this place for the very tasty food, but I rate it one star because I booked a table on June 14 for 2 o'clock and until 3:30 even though I arrived 10 minutes late and at 2:50 I was asked to leave the establishment in 3 o'clock... even though online was ordered by 3:30. It spoiled my wife and I's mood and we won't be coming here again...

Great place for picky and fussy eaters as it has such a huge variety of things to try. What I would suggest is going to look at what's available and then plan the plate as there is nothing worse than having a full plate and seeing something you want but have no room for.

The food is ok. Prices are a bit extortionate for the variety of food and its quality. They have the same old food you'd expect from a buffet, which is sad to see such repetitiveness. I could really do with some flavour. Service is slow. If you didn't order drinks as soon as you sat down, good luck getting the attention of a server. Overall, just your average buffet, at inflated prices.

Good selection at a fair price.

Opening hours say it closes at 3:30pm and opens again at 4.30pm. A number of times we have gone along at 2:30 to be told it's closed and will open at 4:30. We could have finished eating by the 3.30pm closing as stated on the Opening hours on the door. This is not good enough and false advertising of hours.

Went to Cosmo for birthday dinner. Really loved the meal so as my guest. My daughter (11) then told one of the waiters that it was her mom’s birthday and the waiter replied ‘so what?’ We both didn’t expect such kind of response to a customer. My daughter went numb so did I. We both believe there is a robot that sings happy birthday and that’s what my child wanted. I believe there is room for improvement.

Booked for 5:30 on a Saturday arrived on time, then was asked to wait in a line of 30 people before a could get a table, quickly cancelled booking total waste of time

Not best place. Arrived for opening and food was cold like everything... Chicken overcooked. Complained to manager was told I was lying until about 12 other tables stood up and gave same complaints.

Went here today to treat my family from oz . As I had promised they would have been mind blowing . The carvery had pre pared turkey only . There was no large prawns in sauce . The lids on every meal was wide open so all the food was cold . I come and wanted my family to experience it . Sorry 😞 not a chance . If this is the service now I won't travel miles for th😡

Clean, the food is fresh and topped up regularly, there is a decent choice but not TOO many choices. The ice cream machine wasn't working though :( so point off for that for sure!

The sheer amount of food is astounding. Nice big cosy quiet place. Service is fantastic. Multiple waiters came to take our dirty plates. We stayed in Glasgow for 5days, we went to eat here 4 times. That says a lot. 10/10 will come again.

Went there last weekend wit my wife and two kids and I m not recommend this place very cheap food everything is just deep fray very poor quality of the food even chips were bad so my kids ony have ice cream. We try some other stuff but we didn't find anything fresh! At the end they charge us £70 for nothing! nothing... Waiters just laughed What a waste of money please avoid this place I can't even tell this is restaurant!

Avoid and avoid if you are family. First time was brilliant but second and third time was disgust food and ice cream machine not work which was joke had 2 year old want ice cream took ages for staff help us fix it. Food was bland and cold which get it is buffet but food was horrible was like none of staff care about food. This is horrible place and Cosmo standards have slip would not recommend this place to anyone at all. Highly disappointed with this place and how standards have slip so much avoid this place at all cost digest

Arrived to find not much choice at all carvery mash was like wallpaper paste most food empty no flavours just disgusting grease, I then went to section where chef cooks meal for him to serve me raw greasy chicken I then approached manager for him to tell me it was cooked fine and he would get his head chef the biggest insult was probably the fact the monkeys in kitchen called themselves chefs absolute disgrace of venue then to be charged full price of £62 for 2 people was disgusting I'd advise NEVER try place absolute disgusting from top to bottom

Very delicious restaurant, with a wide selection of Asian food, super cost-effective. My wife and I eat here once a week. I recommend a median steak, king prawns and scallops. The Chinese food is also authentic, with roast duck, roast pork and malatang.

First time trying cosmo definitely won’t be back Hash brown was freezing My son was eating chicken wings then realised they where pink inside.. Pizza was frozen , more staff need to be about serving areas as customers where handling food with there hands. Roast dinner was a right off meat was fatty and cold and touching hot plates to reach the Yorkshire pudding 3 of us eating staff taking plates away while some of us was still eating Staff constantly at the table felt we were being rushed. Not worth £81

Had dinner with my family and we all had food poisoning. We didn't have a nice experience especially as it was the anniversary of my brother and his wife. Something should be done about hygiene.

Possibly the worst place I have ever eaten. A family birthday meal. The food was either over cooked. Over fatty (the meats) or just salted to death. Disgusting. Cleanliness is poor. The menus are thick with dirt. Service shocking, plates just pile up all over, as staff mince about. Hell hole.

Had to make new review. Because this place isnt very good anymore last few visits Havent been very good. They have taken food off the menu Like steak.prawns. scallops. Dim sum. Carvey has changed also. I ask about this. I was told price is now £15.99. But imo the price of £21.99 had better options of food for £21.99. And was worth going. Now for 2 people for lunch is too expencive at £41 with less food options. They should open the same as edinburgh at 4.30pm

Service was great from staff on arrival. Prompt drink service. Felt it was really busy, and felt as though everyone was crammed in beside each other which made it very difficult to move around. Food was lovely, however there was not a great selection. The deserts were pretty dry and stale, with limited flavour.
