Absolutely beautiful food. So much choice for various food ranges

I have been in cosmo yesterday I ordered from the gril section with chef call Marco he have bad attitude and rude I have I asked him can I get steak for some reason he said no there’s non left and a guy after me asked him the chef Marco served him steak I make a complaining to the manger and he went to check with chef Marco what happened and get back to me said he asked the chef and the chef denied nothing happened manger take the chef side and he said I know the chef will not do that I asked why I make a complaining he show me he ZERO COUSTMER SERVICES! never again cosmo!!! food and service ZERO!!

Cosmo has been our family's favorite in Belfast. Warm atmosphere, food was excellent, and very good service from staff, especially Ricky, who was very attentive.

We love to dine here and we've been here for four times already whenever we're at belfast! Kuya Ricky who serves as is a filipino too and other staff are helpful! Food is good for the price 🫶🏻

Always a great place to eat if you’re ever in Victoria Square Belfast, an unbelievable variety of Chinese, Indian and European foods available. Great value for money as you can have unlimited plates in a 90 minute timeframe. Fantastic food always prepared fresh, and great staff!

Cosmo Belfast is even better since the re-opening. The food variety has improved, especially the desserts loads more choice now! Loved the ice cream Whipz machine too. Great spot for a tasty treat.

Better than average buffet with a good selection of food from around the world

I've been to a few cosmos but I really enjoyed the food at this one, the service was good, the right balance between taking your plates away and not making you feel rushed or uncomfortable. I found the layout of this one a bit odd not necessarily in a bad way just not what I'm used to, so make sure you explore all corners or you could miss bits. The restaurant is also tucked in the corner of the shopping mall, not that obvious to see.

Just had an amazing meal at Cosmo! The food was fantastic, with standout dishes like the California Roll and Lamb with Cumin – really great value for money. The service was spot on, and the atmosphere was lively and clean. I can't wait to come back again in six months! Keep up the good work, team!

I just had the best time at this place! The food was spot on – the Beef in Black Bean Sauce and Sweet & Sour Chicken were both absolute winners, and I can't get enough of those fried mushrooms. The service was top-notch, and everything was super clean, making for a lovely atmosphere. I'm here weekly, so a little crispy seaweed on the menu would be the cherry on top. Can't recommend it enough!

One of our firsts and dining in COSMO was all worth it. From online booking, to the food choices, to the ambiance, to the staff, my family and I had one of the best dining experience. We'll surely be back.

Very bad experience. Went to eat with friends and kids. The bill was settled. We were all gone but they stopped us and asked if we had paid. These people are really mentally ill. They look down on us. Is it necessary for us to take our kids and friends to eat your free meal for just over 100 pounds? And they kept us in front of so many people. Don't you consider our feelings at all? What the hell.

Went here to get a bite to eat and it closes at 9.30 we landed at 9 and they told us they were closed. We told them we would be gone by 9.30 and no way would they serve us. We told them we travelled a good distance to eat here and they said no way.

Expensive and they charge you a mandatory tip so don't go by the price on the signs. Other than that it was lovely.

Good place, especially if you’re with friends who have different tastes and want something different. The seafood and steaks were delicious. The rest of the food was good—not amazing, but satisfying and filling. I love seafood, and it’s usually hard to find in other places, but here you can eat as much as you want! 😸

Great selection of food. Food was at a good temperature. Always love the chicken noodles and now get the sushi which i first tried few months ago. Garlic chips lovely not over powered with garlic just nicely done. Plenty to choose from. Ice cream machine a good bonus for kids as well as adults. Seats were so comfy. We arrived early and expected to wait until our time but nope we were told to go on up fantastic service. Cant wait to go back again. Great place for the whole family.

Had an amazing trip to the Titanic Museum in Belfast, followed by a fantastic meal experience at Cosmo... We were shown to our table by a lovely young lad, then he explained how it all worked.. he was there in the back ground if we needed him...The staff were great, and the food was awesome .... Replenished regularly, hot and so tasty... I would highly recommend you visit. Well worth the money...😊

Always the right place to go eat! All the options, all you can eat, taste, clean, all dishes available, good price, nicely decorated and maintained, adults and kids find something they love for sure, friendly staff and always checking if u need help, we'll done cosmo

First time back here in 8 years. Staff very nice. I ate slice of pizza, 1 steak, 4 prawns, rice rogan josh chips, turkey, orange slice and few bites from cake deserts. It’s taken 30mins to get home and I just about made the bathroom, now I feel sick. All my 3 teens the same. I’m certain I’ll not be back this time round.

Lovely selection of food especially seafood, enjoyed all he items I picked up, service was good, waited less than 5mon to get a table, asked for assistance 2 or 3 times and staff gladly helped, polite and friendly, Very comfortable seating and would definitely return.

I had a terrible experience at Cosmo Belfast. The food was disappointing—bland, overpriced, and just not worth it. For the amount I paid, I expected much better quality. On top of that, the staff was incredibly rude and gave off a very unwelcoming vibe. This experience was so far below my expectations. If you’re looking for a good experience, I highly recommend the Cosmo in Dublin, which is way, way better. I won’t be coming back to this location, and I can’t recommend it to anyone. You go for the food and the food is dreadful. Out of the whole menu there was maybe 2 foods that was actually edible. 1*

Very upset with cosmos at the minute. Cosmos charged my OWN daughter £22;50 AN adult MEAL! And she’s only 12 years and my other daughter got charger £11;99 And they are the same height! Very upset with this guys. They will not be back! and the workers wasn’t very nice they told my 12 years of daughter that she was an adult very very VERY upset with this.

Absolutely love a cosmo, and I do think this is the best one I’ve been to regarding quality of food. Was very busy but service was still good regarding a quick cleanup time clearing plates off tables etc. The only negative to this visit, is that there was a bit of an incident😬. Plates were stacked too high, and as a result just completely slid off one another and smashed on the floor. And it was a LOT of plates. The glass from this impact bounced up and not only landed on my partners plate (which of course he left, and got a new one😂) it also hit him in the face just below the eye. Fortunately not any higher as this could’ve been detrimental. As much as I understand the clean up is important, especially around the food counters. Nobody actually really checked if he was okay etc which I thought was a bit disappointing. As if we’d have been a couple steps closer it would’ve definitely gone in his eye… All of that being said, it didn’t ruin our evening and luckily no harm was done so we contributed to enjoy our food.

Had a great meal with a fantastic selection of dishes that all hit the spot! Everything from the gammon to the chicken jalfrezi was spot on; I couldn't fault the flavours. The service was solid, though a bit quicker clean-up would have made it even better. My only letdown was the cleanliness around the buffet counters—could use some attention. Overall, a fun night out and definitely worth a visit!

I had a great meal recently! The food was tasty, especially the BBQ Pork and the pizzas—can't go wrong with the chocolate desserts either. The atmosphere was spot on, and the place was nice and clean, which I really appreciated. Service was decent, but paying the bill took a bit long due to the queue; a couple more staff at the counter would help. Overall, fantastic experience, just a few tweaks needed!

Came here a couple days ago as we havent been here for many years. The interior design has changed a lot for the better but the amount of food has decreased since. The food was just ok. Hopefully it'll improve, the next time I go.

Where do I start The food is basically Chinese and Indian cuisine. Carvery is shocking turkey and ham and the ham is advertised as pork. Nobody doing the carvery just a couple of dried up pieces left to help yourself. The live cooking station was not manned and when you got someone to cook steak they didn't even ask how you liked it cooked. Alot of dishes needed replenished and by the time you waited the food on your plate was cold or was cold begin with. Lamb curry's just full of fat. Chinese ribs very tough. Could be here all day listing things. I get it's busy and staff are pushed to the limited. But good wasnt healthy at all. High risk of food poisoning from here. I would avoid at all costs. Hygeine is at a minimum and will not return. It's a shame I've been to cosmo restaurants in England and everything better quality, clean and hot. All comers cut here if this restuarunt was inspected today it would of been closed

Great value for money, great service, super friendly and efficient. For that money you shouldn't expect finest organic food cooked to the point, but works well if you are looking for a civilised food feast!

Visited here with a few friends and we were so impressed! Huge selection of food, everything we tried was great. The Indian food especially was so good. Good veggie options also 👍 Thank you to our server Hania who was so friendly! Nice interiors and nice atmosphere, it was extremely busy but not too loud so we could still have a conversation. Overall it was good value and we will be back again :)

Great service from start to finish, we were assisted to our table from Josh who welcomed us and was very helpful and explained everything to us. The food and drinks was lovely a great range of foods available. Josh was also very kind when checking everything was ok for us. The cashier Ricky was very pleasant and thankful for our custom to cosmo. All the other staff was also doing a great job at cleaning up the areas and keeping food stock to a good level.

disappointed, very disappointed, went here with my 5 friends and can only say the worst. My friends arrived before me and i was the last to come. My friends specifically asked for 6 people when the bill came it only said 5! With 5 people it cost £55 and since i came late i was expecting me to just pay an extra £11 when i went to the till to pay the lady was extremely rude and arrogant and was trying to make me pay £22 for average food and only 1/2 plates. since im only a child you think they would be more considerate and helpful but no! I went back to pay and the man at the till refused and said go talk to someone else (no one else was around) Eventually i went up and asked the man at the front till and told him my situation, he was very helpful and let me pay £11 overall the food was very meh and plain, the staff were absolutely horrible except the guy at the till and nicolas. I would not recommended for that price. Save yourself! Nicolas deserves a raise.

Cosmo, all your hole can handle

This was great value for money when you can eat as much as you like. The food was actually pretty good considering how it's made for the masses, for families with fussy kids it's a great as they can stuff their little faces with whatever they want. Even alcohol was reasonably priced. I got my meal free as it was my birthday (see website)

Can't express my love enough for this place. Not only good food, but the staff are absolutely lovely. They're always friendly, in a good mood and just make you feel comfortable. If you go, I recommend the salt and chilli prawns, roast beef from the carvery and the lamb rogan. You won't regret dining here.

Recently popped in for a family meal and it was absolutely fantastic! The manager went above and beyond when my daughter lost her very expensive lip glosses, helping us track them down the next day—now that's service! The food was top-notch, especially the roast beef that was perfectly tender, and the ice cream machine was a big hit with the kids. Only wish they had strawberries for the chocolate fountain! Overall, just an amazing experience that made us feel really valued.

It was an enjoyable visit, busy and a bit noisy, but that is to be expected. Always good value, the food is excellent, and the variety is vast.

In for dinner tonight with my girlfriend for the first time in years. The food was lovely and it wasn't as packed as what I remember. Only two issues tonight, though. First being the cross-contamination in foods between cooking a raw Sirloin Steak, muscles, prawns, & squid together on the same fryer. Surely that poses some kind of health & safety / food sickness risk. Second issue was the fact that we had overheard one of the male managers referring to someone who was on their way up to pay for their meal as "the fat one." This is absolutely ridiculous & shouldn't happen. As two people who have worked in hospitality for close to 10 years, this is something that should never happen, even if it is through a radio & earpiece. Please advise your staff to do better & respect other people regardless of their size.

I don’t know what happened, but halfway through my third plate of garlic naan and jiggletoad stew, I felt my soul leave my body. The spiced lamb wibblenuts whispered ancient truths, and the caramelized splonkhorns might as well have descended from heaven itself.

I recently enjoyed a great meal, and I have to say, the food was spot on, especially the beef in black bean sauce and the egg rice – they were both delicious! The atmosphere was lively, and the service was top-notch, making the experience really enjoyable. My only suggestion would be to add a bit more space between tables for a bit more comfort. Overall, it was a fantastic outing, and I'll definitely be back in six months!

CLEANLINESS LEAVES A LOT TO BE DESIRED ON ITSELF!

Been there multiple times earlier. food is good as usual but recently I think they reduced the number of dishes they provide. There were at least 3 counters of different cuisines but now it's limited to mostly indian and chinese.

Ate here last Saturday night - ended up with severe food poisoning. I've emailed and have heard nothing. Staff were amazing on the night and the food seemed lovely but I was violently ill the morning after. Never again. *I emailed again as suggested by the comment below and still have heard nothing*

It was a nice all you could grab restaurant with intercontinental cuisine. I love the sea foods and my family and I enjoyed our dinner with memories + the price per person is reasonable .
