I might have been unintentionally rude to the lady behind the til. I’m writing this to say I’m so sorry. That morning I was going through a tone of emotion and she greeted me so warmly but I didn’t greet back and went straight to the order. I am terribly sorry for that🥺

Nearly £3 for a 90% air meringue... tasted nice, pretty hard but would not recommend.

Nice pasties when they're hot. Often cold or unavailable in the size wished for, which is not ideal, but when they're hot, they're delicious.

AVOID - Absolute rip off. £4.50 for a COLD pasty. The worst pasty ever!

The staff here and constantly friendly and speedy. Regularly revisit for my lunchtime panini!

Everything on display is cold, ask to warm it up and they'll charge you. Don't bother.

Was charged twice for a pasty, which I only noticed once I'd checked my banking app. When I disputed this they refused to acknowledge it. Avoid.

Amazing vegan sausage rolls. But my mum didn't like them. She prefers the Greggs ones.

Can't pass this place without a purchase of their Lamb and Mint pasty. It's so scummy. Comfort food at its best.

I literally never write reviews but am doing it for this place because it’s so damn good. I’ve spent a lot of time in Cornwall and would say this is the best pastie you’re going to get outside of being in fal or somewhere down there. Honestly cannot recommend it enough, if you just need hot, high quality food thats good for the soul and served by lovely staff. Cannot express how happy it made me to find out there was one in Bristol after moving from Cardiff. 10/10 could not recommend more highly

Friendly staff but not worth for the price. I had the giant steak and Stilton. It costs too much and it was filled with lots of potatoes rather than meat and Stilton. Sorry not happy.

Sorry, but this isn't a good pasty for the price. The pasty you get from the Sainsbury's hot counter is much better than this and is less than half the price. Surely that shouldn't be the case? I'd say the pastry on the outside is okay, but the contents on the inside really lets it down. I had the 'Traditional Cornish Steak Pasty'. It's a shame that they are called the Cornish Bakehouse, as it kinda suggests that you'd get a pasty like you'd get in from a proper Cornish bakery, but that's definitely not what you get.

Wide range of options, staff are very nice. A bit hit and miss on some of the pasties, I imagine some are less popular so have been sat for longer which dries them out. The traditional cornish pasty is excellent though.

Sun 20th March 2022. The worst cornish we have ever eaten. It cost me about £4.75 COLD. The flavorless/tasteless cornish at this place is something we will never have again. Customer service was worst than the cornish and not following COVID-19 health and safety rules, shouldn't they wear a mask when handling food and serving customers?.

If you’re looking for a bone dry sandwich with just a sprinkling of lettuce that’s on the turn then this is the place for you. The warning signs were there when I saw it being “made” bare handed.

I love the Cornish Bakehouse. They always do such nice pasties and cakes!

Good selection of pasties. Tried a wholemeal vegetable one (I'd not see before).
