Visited for Sunday lunch, it was delicious, food well cooked, veggies nicely cooked, generous portions, just can’t fault it. Deserts also really good, we all had different, sticky toffee pudding, cheesecake and waffle…all really nice. Staff are attentive and friendly, dog friendly too, which is really lovely. Perfect venue for tasty food and drinks. Recommended.

Just been there for a family party 35 of us. The food was fantastic and plentiful. The poor waitress was run off her feet but looked after us brilliantly. I would highly recommend .

Visited for a family Sunday lunch & oh wow it was lovely. I chose the lamb it was beautiful, soft & very tasty. The veg was nice & crunchy the roasties & the carrot & turnip were spot on but ooooo the gravy was simply devine! The Eton mess I had for desert was one of the nicest I have ever tasted ❤️. All of this was served by lovely friendly staff in a clean comfortable environment - Thankyou for making our visit memorable 👍🏽

Extremely overpriced. Great service and wonderful staff though. Two spring rolls for £7,50 was a bit steep. Friend of mine got corn ribs for £6.50 and got four tiny bits of corn. The mark up on food must be insane.

Popped in for a couple drinks on a Saturday night. Our waitress was so lovely (didn’t catch her name but she had glasses and dark hair). Reasonable prices and such a good atmosphere especially around Christmas time. Would definitely recommend!!

The food and service at Cork & Fork is consistently excellent, the roast dinner in particular (probably the best roast in south Liverpool).

We booked at very short notice on a Monday evening for an impromptu family birthday and it didn’t disappoint. This was our first visit so no previous visits to gauge against but the food was excellent, the service was quick and the attention given by the waitress to our table was greatly appreciated. Thank you -we had a very enjoyable evening 😊

Lovely place and lovely food as always, but a let down that you now have only 1.5 hours to catch up with friends, eat dinner and grab dessert. Felt somewhat rushed which wasn’t as nice an experience as usual. Whilst we appreciate its busy times, please let customers eat in peace!

It was my first time here this evening and it was incredible. I had the 8oz ribeye and every part of the plate was delicious, steak was cooked perfectly with a generous amount of garlic butter and the hand cut chips were unreal. My steak meal was the best one I've ever had and you can probably tell I'm still thinking about it now as I'm writing this. Despite how good the food was the best part of the experience was the lady who served us. She created such a lovely atmosphere, was working really hard and taking such good care of all the customers. Warm and friendly feel and great portions / prices. My dog was also well looked after which is always a huge bonus! I'll be back very soon!

Seating uncomfortable.. hard garden style chairs.. dinner ok but not worth the price.. service two ladies we dealt with lovely xx. Nutroast was great.

Fabulous place, had a group booking and we sat upstairs, large variety on the menu and a good set menu with the choice of steak, chicken or salmon. Thrown in with half a bottle of wine or soft drink. Staff very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Definitely a revisit is on the cards.

Went last night for grill night. Not been for a while but didn't disappoint. Staff as usual were attentive, friendly and happy. Nothing too much trouble. Food was delicious. Prices are great too. Background music was toe tapping and not too loud. All in all, another great night all round. Definitely recommend and definitely be back. Well done guys. Can't recommend all of the food items listed below, only for the fact I personally don't like curry and spice.

Awful my 2 year old grandson had hotdogs the bread fell apart and mold was on the side off the bun disgusting never again

Amazing...we had a chicken roast today and it was perfectly delicious. The owners are outstanding, friendly, welcoming and their staff compliment them so well. I would recommend Cork and Fork without a doubt to everyone. We met a lovely couple sitting outside and had a HULI..Guys never forget the Formal 🤣🤣🤣. I cannot wait to revisit and enjoy the amazing food, hospitality and awesome background music played by a live musician who really complimented a perfect Sunday afternoon. We've been here many times and never had any issues everything has always been perfect. Thank you Cork and Fork see you very soon XXX

Went here yesterday for lunch with my partner, we were very impressed, exceptional service, great menu, the food was tasty, good portion, very tasty salads. We will definitely be back!

The staff are lovely! The card machine wasn't working when we came so we could only get one drink each on the cash we had on us, and the drinks were great. The ambience was strange as it seems they have turned on every light possible, it's very bright white light which is quite uncomfortable for evening drinks. There are also loads of clocks on the wall which we found strange.

Amazing food on their Thursday night steak night. Great value. Waitress who was serving upstairs was attentive and enthusiastic….a breath of fresh air 👍👍👍

The restaurant’s reply to my review says everything you need to know about this place! Overly defensive! I think you should start investing some of that money you’re making from the overpriced, cheap quality food you’re selling and send yourselves on a customer service course. Original review left on 26/03/23: Poor quality food, arrived cold, wasn’t worth the visit / money. Took my mum here for lunch, music was so loud I could hardly hear her, service was equally as loud and in your face. Would absolutely avoid, also very skeptical about the kitchen being upstairs / staff carrying dishes up / down stairs looks very messy. Final words: never again.

Had the Sunday Roast which was really good, as was the starter and dessert. Really great and friendly staff at this restaurant. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely fantastic!!! Had my husbands 40th bday celebrations here on Saturday 18th March! From the planning to the actual night couldn't have asked for better! Food was amazing and the portion sizes were great! There was 27 of us for food and more people later on for drinks and every single person enjoyed everything about the night from the food to the service to the ambiance of the restaurant! The prices were very reasonable for the portions sizes! The staff were amazing and so organised the whole night was brilliant! Thank you so much Jen and team for all your hardwork! Couldn't have asked for more!

Brilliant night at surprise 70th birthday party. Cork and Fork couldn't have done more t ok make the perfect night.

I suggested to my elderly mum and dad that we visit here for brunch/snacks and coffees after having a really good experience of breakfast some time ago. I was disappointed on my second visit and felt embarrassed that I'd suggested Cork and fork. The place felt uptight and unaccommodating. On arrival, we were told not to sit at rhe table we had chosen by the waitress who then said we could sit there but she would move us to another table if another party came in. We were then given a long list of menu items that were not available before ordering. Upon ordering, we were then told we were too late to order off the lunch menu (it was 4.07pm and the light bites menu is served until 4pm). In fact, had our order been taken in a more timely manner, this issue wouldn't have arisen. We found the service very poor and very inflexible. It all felt a bit like the canteen at Pontins with rules and regulations. The whole visit was stressful and therefore not worth the money. Would not recommend and hope that the service and attitude is sorted out before our city hosts Eurovision as I'd hate visitors to have the experience we had. The owners response below shows how out of touch they are. The establishment does not require bookings and accepts people walking in from the street as I understand it. There was a perfectly accessible table and the waitress could clearly see my elderly parents struggling with the steps and made them walk to the back of the restaurant to be seated. No understanding of disability legislation at all. Woeful. There is nothing wrong at all with Pontins but you aren't charging Pontins prices.

My wife and daughters arranged a surprise party for me here. Amazing venue, service and food. We really couldn't have asked for anything more. My total thanks to the chefs and particularly the lovely service people. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Love this place. Take my mum for lunch now and again and I've been in a party of ten with my girlfriend and her family. Service is excellent, food is really good quality, atmosphere is nice and cosy, and it's not expensive considering the location and quality of food. The chorizo hash is delicious and my mum absolutely adores the cheesecake in there.

My vist today was ok first time going vegan roast I had my support viv had a meat roast are vegan wasn't hot enough so they changed it but are mushy peas weren't changed or carrot and turnip wouldn't eat here again but would go fa drink there again as cocktail menu looked great.

Very tasty, the mushroom tagliatelle was exceptional and the cheesecake was delicious. The fish and chips were also absolutely huge, double in size to what you expect.

Popped in for a lunchtime coffee, but my partner and I both had a chicken wrap and salad, a couple of beers for me and a couple of Pinots for her. Great service with a smile, from both girls working, and amazing food, very highly recommended.

What a sheer disappointment £95 for a auntie Bessie’s roast dinner , it was awful , prawn cocktail was measly, tables weren’t even decorated, didn’t feel like a Christmas Day ,then wanted £80 surcharge, also £50 for the kids dinner total rip off , might have good reviews other times but it’s a no go for Christmas dinner 👎🏻

The staff always make such an effort to accomodate every request and need, always great with the kids in there too. Plenty of choice and never had a bad meal plus the trio of meat Roast 👌 Mrs is veggie and they have multiple options in both veggie and vegan. Decent beers too

Family of four plus baby had early bird menu. Very good food at reasonable prices and generous portion size. Staff are so friendly! My only comment is that the mushroom tagliatelle was strangely sweet.

One of our favourite restaurants, food is always amazing, great choice. Small plates are delicious, as is breakfast and steak night. Staff are always so friendly and attentive and the cocktails are excellent, they always accomodate my husbands request even though it's not on the menu!

Avoid. Ordered Monkfish with Chorizo. Fish was cooked so badly it resembled a tennis ball and was just as rubbery. The Chorizo was more like Mattesons sliced sausage. Friend had the Chicken Fajitas that were so bland we thought they had actually forgot to add spices when cooking.

I didn't organise my mates 40th but my mates wife chose an excellent restaurant a private party for family friends upstairs it was all nice and laid out for the people required We received a warm welcome from the staff and we was offered drinks straight away for easier payment at the end we created tabs for each group and paid at the end prices cant complain in this day of age like that everywhere food what can I say excellent I had the salt and pepper chicken strips for starter and the chicken burger for main on time perfect well presented tasty food for a big party we was limited what we could order on the menu but it was organised a week before what we was having and straight away our name was called out what we ordered waitress was always on offer for drinks orders. A excellent clean place toilets were nice and clean and they cater for children as well I would recommend this restaurant not just for a party but for anytime me and a few live in Preston and if we was in the area again we would come again food prices reasonable staff friendly well done to all thank you

I brought my partner out for his birthday, I had booked a table earlier on, never been before, was very pleasantly surprised, customer service and attention to detail from Charlie was exceptional, I had chicken strips with Thai style dip and for main was chicken with and a lovely sauce, Mike had tomato soup, which was excellent and chicken with Thai green curry, served with rice....we where too full for pudding will definitely return here again, they have some live music sessions here towards the weekend I believe 😋

Our family loves to go to this place for celebrations! I've tried the fish and chips and the katsu curry and oh my! The food is incredible! Lots of flavours, not to mention the starters, the spring rolls are amazing (the sauce on the side is brill too) and some crispy chicken that I can't remember the name on the menu! I also love their cheesecake 🤤 the only thing bad about writing this review is that it's make me want to go back there for another meal! The atmosphere is nice, service is friendly and the live music some nights of the week is a plus!

We often come to this fantastic restaurant. The food is superb and is always fresh and tastes amazing. Jack is a talented chef and never fails to impress press us with his culinary skills .Jenny who owns the place is always welcoming with a warm...
