The monster cookie was brilliant as it’s the Louth delicacy but the stake bake was cold And the filling had the texture of dog food

Wait to be served in the shop was unacceptable especially when you can hear men in the back having a right old conversation. Left 1 poor lady to serve 5 customers, and at lunchtime too! I ghad to leave, so they missed a sale.

Very slow food service, breakfast deal, sausage skins where not cooked had to remove skin both of us left the skin. Nobody behind counter when leaving so didn’t complain, MAJOR drop in food standard and service won’t be using again

visited 29th march 2024 and bought a mea; deal for our lunch. Good choice of sandwiches etc. Great service and price and we really enjod later on

Always pop in when visiting Louth. The staff are lovely, really friendly and helpful. The range of products is superb and the prices are equally good. The bacon rolls and cheese straws deserve extra special mention as they are seriously delicious.

Lovely staff. They were very helpful and supported my little boy in picking out something for lunch. Delicious pastries.

The manager here has been overheard making very unpleasant and untrue comments about local people, including customers. Needless to say, they are no longer customers. Be very careful. PS, the food is both rubbish and very expensive, probably why several Cooplands branches have already closed.

My daughter is 13 from Louth with special needs and I had to leave her 13th party 3 miles away to try and get some food as the caterer had let us down. Cooplands don’t make up sandwich platters anymore but the staff the where so understanding and helpful and thought nothing of trying to help me with my situation they made some amazing sandwiches for us that was enjoyed by everyone. Without the staff in there today my daughters party would have been a horrible disaster I can truly because of them all the children really enjoyed themselves and the food as well as the adults lol Thank you so much Louth cooplands

Usually get a coop lands rather than a market meal deal. This one in louth wasn't bad I noticed the coffee was one of the tastiest I had from of many cooplands

Visit regularly - our favourite place for a spot of lunch! Service brilliant, food always hot and the staff always cheerfull, helpful and friendly. 5 stars!!

Always visit for a cup of coffee and one of their lovely cakes.

Don't go in here for take away sandwichs during Easter Hols... when they have 'KIDS" serving you. I've just bought a roll and it's mainly bread, with approx 5 flakes of Tuna. Binned it!

The title says it all. Great choice of food and very friendly staff. Only recently started shopping here, and the only thing I would comment on disappointingly is, I never see any loaves of bread, have they stopped selling them, or have they never sold them? :( I must ask them next time.

Called in a couple of weeks ago for a full English breakfast, Twice wrong coffees were served , food very average. Eating area is clean and bright

The bread is morish, the cakes are very naughty but nice. The cheese straws are delicious especially when they are warm. The staff are great. Lovely clean tidy shop.

cooplands is the best place to go for your sausage rolls as soon as they come out of the oven they are so very tasty but one is not enough i always have to have two or more

Excellent breakfast deal sandwich and drink for £2.00 or go lage for £2.80 bargain 11p for a drink ant go wrong

Very nice cafe, clean and interesting decor, the staff are helpful and friendly. The food is very tasty, they just do snack type food such as panini’s, jacket potatoes and various melts. The only criticism I have is access to the cafe as it’s upstairs and difficult to get a buggy up there.

We visited Cooplands in Louth and tried one of their hot festive pasties. Really good flavour and great value. Located on the main shopping street in Louth easy to find with good service and friendly staff. Love the choice of cakes too.
