I love Cooplands their salad boxes are the best shop bought salads around, that been said, today there was only quiche ones left. I asked the server if they had a chicken and bacon one in the back. She said no. Please note that when this has happened before,( twice in this store and once in chester-le-street) the server has made one up for me. This was not to be today and there was only myself and my daughter in the shop and I saw 2 members of staff on duty . My daughter chose 3 sweet items and I went to pay when I noticed the sign offering discount for Blue Light members I told the server I had my Blue Light card the server said it was too late as she had already started the transaction. Double wammy for me. When leaving the shop my daughter said 'I can't believe that mam it's not like she hasn't got a back button or anything'. How right she is.

I only went in to ask for directions, as it was the staff that I encountered were very helpful and very friendly.

There is a saleswoman who is respectful in her dealings, but when I was asking her, one of the employees ( women about 40th )came in saleswoman and silenced me (via shout loudly) and discussed saleswoman. I want to send you a message: If the customer is insulted, he will never visit you. By the way, this happened before half hour

Beautiful place to do shopping, atmosphere is cleaner. Staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend 👌 👍

Lovely bakery. Not cheap but great quality.

Food is ok & the staff are fairly friendly. My preference is Greggs if I'm honest, the pastry is nicer.

First time in and last time visit. Milk was like stringy cheese. Fresh cuppa replaced. Cold inside and decided to sit in the car. Pasty was cold and why serving cold food in a warm counter surely a disaster waiting to happen. Christmas lodges were nice and tea.

Friendly staff and great food, Parking can be a bit of an issue but only when busy. Hopefully it won't get worse when another business opens nextdoor

Service is painfully slow, breakfast items are never ready despite going at breakfast time. Food is nice though.

It is one of the best cooplands I have been to. Loads of choice and always fresh food with friendly service.

Lovely bakery and coffee shop,brilliant prices and excellent staff. Breakfast offers are amazing till 12pm and there's even outside seating for when the weather is decent. Good stopping off place when shopping at Dragonville without paying ridiculous cafe prices. Unsure where the other reviews have come from as this branch has only been open a few weeks and there are reviews going back 4 years???

Worked in the warehouse, managers and staff all friendly, job was fine, lack of security was a worry!
