Cooplands in East Riding of Yorkshire

I got food delivered and some filthy person decided go to use dirty paper bags that looks like it has mud on it from being trampled on behind the counter. I wouldn’t even dare serve those to a customer with food inside. Pretty sure it breaches against food hygiene regulations too.

Breakfasts not good today, went to eat it in car and everything is cold. Seems like everything is chucked in one end.

Just got a ham sandwich, bread bun not buttered ! Tasteless!! Won’t be bothering again Barton store is absolutely streets ahead .

The person that served was really helpful and the sandwiches freshly made. I had them as a meal deal and great value.

What a shop fast service as they work as a team. Freindly staff. Fresh product every day. None of that queuing just good old service.

Exceptional customer service great staff and very friendly always get a hello and how are you. Fantastic deals I dont think customer service staff get enough recognition with working in customer service myself so I'm putting it out there at how wonderful the staff are at this Cooplands always willing to help me however big my order is they don't complain like some places do. Well done guys you're my favourite local bakery shop!

£3.45 for 6 breadcakes??? - I can buy fancy artisan rolls cheaper at Waitrose! Ham in my sandwich was riddled with gristle & fat - completely inedible. Won't be going here again.

Great little shop, staff are all amazing. They are always fun and have great customer service skills. They often have a joke and a laugh with me and my colleagues. I'm in there most days. You make a cracking sausage mushroom and cheese and greats mochas. Keep it up girls. Cory from Kwikfit.
