The staff are lovely in here. The ones who I've dealt with are really friendly and know their deals in order to help you get extras for a cheaper meal deal. You'd think it was a solo family owned business the way the staff are in here.

Went in & ordered an egg & ssge sarnie, great start at 8 in morning, no eggs, so just made do with the sausage while waitimg for the bus. Worst ssge sarnie eva & I've had a few in my 57 yrs. Margarine on it, no butter. Ssges were like a dogs rubber toy, couldnt chew them as they were like rubber. Took me 5 minutes to chew enough to swallow, so binned the rest. Waist of money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GAFF!

18 Horsemarket, Barnard CastleGreat place, good food and wonderful staff. Only reason I've marked it down on atmosphere is that it was a week day at noon. It's not a nightclub or an edgy restaurant, it's a lovely cafe with food solid food options and a decent coffee. Would recommend.
