We have been to the Coopers Arms twice in the last 2 weeks, while on a 6 week break from Devon! That gives us at least 4 more chances to go again!! The menu has been their first, starter menu, but was spot on! It's a really friendly pub, relatively new owners, and only a few weeks in doing food. The menu isn't cramped, over full, and messy. It has some proper pub grub done well, with some vegetarian/vegan choices and kids options. The pizzas are top class, burgers/chicken burger/plant burger spot on, and the portions just right. We've seen the new menu, and it can only get better! Looking forward to trying it. The food and drinks are really well priced (even more so coming from the land of rip offs (The South West!) Special mention for the chef, I had the pleasure of him taking me through the new menu. Top guy, obviously passionate about food and friendly too boot!

Very friendly and the waitress was absolutely lovely. We had pizza and the kids pizza was almost as big as the adults. Price wasn't bad at all for what we had. I would recommend 👌

We sat in the bar as the restaurant part was inaccessible to someone in my party who had walking difficulties and it was down several steps. The staff were very nice. Nice place. Clean and tidy. Very quiet, we were the only people there. It was a Monday lunchtime, so maybe other days or times may be busier.

Been meaning to go for a pint here for sometime. Wasn't disappointed

Nice, cozy pub on first glance, nice little bar area and a comfy nook with large couches. Look a little deeper and you find the comfortably laid out restaurant and even a pool table. The menu has enough choice without being complicated, and hits the 'gastro-pub' vibe well. Portions are reasonable and the trump card is Bethans' excellent cooking, with really tasty, home made meals, from locally sourced ingredients. Also offering a Sunday dinner that has garnered a really positive reputation, unfortunately unavailable until January, but worth the wait (book early in the week to avoid disappointment)

Such a friendly little pub, everything was very clean and well oresented. We had a lovely meal here and my husband enjoyed the variety of ales on offer. Will visit again when we're next in the area.

If I had the choice of where to be stuck on groundhog Day, this would be the place. Greeted with a smile followed up with a memorable steak and chips meal which was simply sublime or as the locals would say "lush".

Did not eat here. But seems a very family oriented place. Staff were very warm and welcoming.

Called in for lunch this week. Staff were really friendly. The menu was varied and the food was well presented and tasty. I will be returning and would recommend the Cooper's Arms.

Staff was extremely rude ! We walked into the pub when it was empty and kindly asked for the radio to be turned down. They refused and told us to get out side if we wanted to talk. Extremely unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend.

Great food. We went on pizza night and the pizzas are really fresh baked and delish. You can take away and get a free pint on a Thursday.

Was told gluten free pizza could have any topping so my wife had sausage meat - which wasn't gluten free.

We had a lovely lunchrime meal here in Cooper's Inn Newcastle emlyn. We will be returning when we are next heading to West wales which will be soon. Great pub, local artists paintings are available to buy hanging around the walls good experience.

Very good value for money meals with good specials, good atmosphere, and best of all a kids indoor Lego play area with sofa for weary parents. This place changed for the better compared to a couple of years ago.
