Amazing staff, Top quality deserts

Got the trillion dollar shake and it was very nice, 10/10 for me.

Forgot my ice cream after I paid extra for it

My Sundays where amazing and we all really enjoyed them , the order was the wrong item first time but when I phoned up about the situation the staff where so lovely and helpful and came right back out with my order and gave me a complimentary for my inconvenience, would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back. 👌

Got free parking, food was amazing and taste was exceptional.

Ordered sundae and cookie dough 2 hours later still no word so contacted shop they never had the correct ingredients for the sundae either and saying somebody is coming to collect now at 11pm people on the phones didn’t sound bothered not there problem just contact just eat on the app

I've been going here for years. It's the perfect spot to take your friends out or grab a late-night dessert. The owner is a very humble and down-to-heart person always helping and smiling. A little disappointed in the new interior scale-down as the flooring plan before was much better. Milkshakes and cookie dough here is the best. Highly recommend.

Took 45 to make milkshakes and the guy making them had no clue what he was doing, the lady was nice and she apologised for the wait. Milkshakes were not good at all

In the google it shows closes @ 10:59pm but when i went there at 10:40pm the staff were telling we don’t do anything except ice creams what is this??? This is absolutely ridiculous behaviour from this store then why to tell that we open until 11pm???

Absolutely horrible place and people. Ran by drug dealers. Who put drug money into these businesses. Would stay away from these people. Would not be safe to send children and woman.

I placed the order at 19.10 and it wasn’t delivered till over 2 hours later. The sticky toffee pudding was horribly stale and hard, couldn’t eat it. Both of the puddings were cold. Really poor desserts.

Extremely child friendly location, great prices and wonderful food (wide range of milkshakes, ice cream and more). I would not use other businesses as the staff go above and beyond at cookiez. I would highly recommend to others looking for high quality desserts. Best oreo, kinder and ferror rochas milkshakes. Can always rely on coming here for best desserts. Also easy to find parking which always helps.

Bit pricey but amazing milkshakes and cold stone creations

Came from Ireland to Glasgow and heard about this place. And it was brilliant. Their ice cream and sundae was lovely. Would definitely recommend coming here if looking for a dessert.

We tried falooda and cookie dough with vanilla ice cream. Both were really good in taste. I would definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic place for ice cream with the kids

Fantastic experience! Great Customer service, food was made very quickly and tasted absolutely delicious. By far one of the most underrated dessert places in Scotland. I would thoroughly reccommend.

So we went last night , 7 of us , placed an order and waited , an waited an waited . . 45 mins later bro went to the counter to ask how long , he waited 10 mins before they even spoke to him to be told our order is ready .. but its not ready , So bro asked for his money back and after few mins of arguing he was offered £20 of the £50 he paid , eventually he was given £30 so he didn't argue anymore and we walked out , The staff were too busy make the online delivery orders to worry about ours , after years of going to this place .. NEVER AGAIN ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE AND NO MANNERS OR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS

Just been to this place, placed a Sitting in order for 50.00 waited 45 min then approached the counter to wait another 10 min to speak to staff was told my order is ready when it's not, to busy serving on line orders and seriously under staffed, the young lads needs to seriously learn some manners in customer service and how to talk to elderly, been coming in for years but today was a disappointing experience. Munir Party of 7, p.s was returned 30.00 so didn't argue and left with 20.00 of sweets part of the order I had purchased. So if you want service or desserts go elsewhere

I'm a Canadian celebrating my birthday away from home, and as a surprise, my wife ordered me a strawberry mango banana milkshake ( 🤯) and a slice of cheesecake all the way from Ontario. It's by far the best milkshake I've ever had! I can't wait to visit again so my wife can taste how amazing your milkshakes are.

Food never came on Sunday , restaurant was useless blaiming just eat drivers , still not heard any thing back for a refund yet food said delivered , shops are complete frauds stay clear !!!!!!

Upon ordering the man serving us was extremely unprofessional and grumpy. He shook his head when I asked for a literal spoon, not to mention he gave us broken cones which ended up falling and we needed a tub. I felt extremely uncomfortable. I Wont be returning

The guy that took my order was not professional grumpy and I specifically asked my mocha not to be too strong and was strong could not drink it. The waffle was nice the girl who served me and my cuz was so nice and professional. The guy who the owner was not nice off putting not welcoming will not be back unfortunately as the dessert was nice!

I ordered one thing, but what I had was different from the menue item.

Was rude to a customer and tried to kick them as they left because they used the toilet before ordering. Unacceptable.

Great menu and the freshest of ingredients and the place is spotless, staff are always cleaning and organising and the desserts are great 😀 I love the fondue and the fruit is so fresh which some places it can be quite mushy

Nice cookie dough and ice cream tonight from @cookies n creamz. Went for the milk chocolate cookie dough and the chocolate was nice and melted when you tore into the warm cookie dough. Went down a treat with the vanilla ice cream. At £6.00, seemed reasonable for the size/taste etc.

Best place in Glasgow for desserts, been to this place a few times and they never disappoint, cookie dough is a must. Keep up the good work 👏

Went in ordered 2 milkshakes told black girl was serving to put them in a bag she ignored me n started chatting in her own language to the other black girl I told the guy with a beard to wrap up in the foil paper n put them in a bag he ignored me too n put the milkshakes in a paper bag without the foil bag ripped on way home all spilled never going back

Looks a little expensive when looking at the menu but when you see the portion size the thoughts of the cost go out the window. I love the pancakes, which are freshly made.

Desserts zijn echt heel lekker hier!! Helaas qua service kan er wel wat beter. Toen ik en m'n vriend rond 16:00 binnen liepen was de zaak vrijwel leeg. Uiteindelijk werd er ons na een half uur wachten verteld dat we aan de balie moesten bestellen. Misschien dat ze 's middags niet echt rekenen op klanten? Het personeel leek in iedergeval erg druk bezig met schoonmaken. We voelden ons niet echt welkom. Jammer.

On arrival at cookiez n creamz we were greeted very pleasantly by a man called Muhammad he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and from start to finish he made the entire service very enjoyable and fun and he most definitelymakes this a 10 out of 10 place to go and visit. Having never been there before he told us all about all the products they sell and flavours. We our food arrived he brought it out to our car for us which was fab, and when we sat down at home to enjoy the food we were absolutely over the moon , it looked amazing and tasted great.Overall for our entire experience, the food was absolutely delicious the service was fantastic and we most definitely recommend 👌

First time me and my partner went last week and it was just amazing better then any other ice cream places, we had the Large ice cream. Saturday 24/04/2021 we had to go back and we even loved it even more. We live in Coatbridge and we don't mind the drive because it is totally worth it. You get your money worth and the staff are friendly. GREAT PLACE. Our new ice cream place.

BEAUTIFUL milkshake. Able to order and pay from the car and extremely quick service! A member of staff delivered the milkshake straight to the car window so we didn’t have to get soaked outside. What a nice man. Will definitely be back!

AVOID AT ALL COST. Desserts are amazing, the service is shambolic, never seen such an arrogant guy in my life, if they make a mistake in the order they will never rectify it or take the blame, happened twice now, will never be back. Also this is the only business in Scotland I know that says no to you if you ask for tap water, since he has to give it for free and won't do it, he says 'it is the same water used in the toilet' got news for you mate, the tap water used in your house is also used in your toilet😂😂😂

Ordered lotus biscoff crepe, didn't realise it was two crepes, two scoops of ice-cream and squirty cream. Really enjoyed this but couldn't finish. Ferrero cheesecake was a generous size served with ice-cream and cream. Wasn't too keen on caramel cheesecake, tasted more like mousse.

First time here, disappointment. Service not not great, food in terms of desserts good but coffee was no where near authentic. Cappuccino is my coffee and their coffee is not Cappuccino, I am pretty sure. Would go somewhere else next time.

Absolutely disgusted in the service I received from here last night came into the shop and ordered 2 milkshakes and asked for the strawberry one without cream this is due to a allergy ingredient in the bottled cream . Once the milkshakes were ready I politely said I did ask for the strawberry one without cream for the man behind the desk to say “ oh well the damage is done just drink it “ there is cream in ice cream was his attitude regardless this is not what I paid and ordered his attitude towards a customer was appalling and going by social media he thinks this is the way he can speak to customers especially if you are a women .

Sugar overload to the point it is sickly for almost everything on the menu. They are cash only, which is annoying as they don't have a cash point close by. Also, some of the staff do seem a bit rude at times.

Really disappointed with the service from the staff. They were really unhelpful when asked where the nearest cash machine was as they were only accepting cash. During the pandemic they're not supposed to accept cash.... just saying 🤷‍♂️ and they are supposed know where the nearest cash machine is for customers who don't carry cash which is the vast majority. They should talk to customers especially women with respect. Unfortunately one of the staff failed to adhere to social distancing rules as he got too close to me when asking me to leave...ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!!!!!!

The place doesn't look like much, however the ice cream and dessert choices are good. Bathroom facilities are good. Only criticisms are that it's kind of remote and the card machine has been "temporarily" out of order for at least half a year. Worth a visit though, and side note, its halal ice cream so no animal based additives.

Don't waste your time & money anywhere else, this is the top dollar place for the best Deserts shop in Glasgow! Pure dead Delicious!
