Visited yesterday for lunch with my daughter & husband in-between dance comps. Nice quirky, clean cafe & friendly staff ☺️ food was absolutely delicious mouth watering, Milkshakes best I've ever tasted 😋 100% recommend & we'll definitely visit again next time with my other two children as they can't wait to taste the milkshakes .

This was the first time I had visited since before the pandemic. It's still a little gem. Food, service all spot-on. On my go-to list next time I'm in the area.

Chose to go after a random Internet search for a local cafe. What a find! Delicious food, excellent coffee and amazing cakes. Lovely to sit in and very pleasant outside space too. Staff are super friendly and obliging. Highly recommend a visit, now one of our regular places

I wish I had visited this lovely local independent cafe sooner. Today was my first visit and it won't be my last. It is not hard to see why they have got so many glowing reviews. I am glad to give them my support in these challenging times post-Covid lockdown. They have only just reopened about four weeks ago after having a full kitchen refit and deep clean. I felt immediately safe here - the tables are well spaced and everyone was following Covid safe procedures to a high standard. The staff were very warm, cheerful and attentive and I felt well looked after. There are lots of smaller breakfast options, but I opted for the full English breakfast which was excellent value and comes with a large mug of tea and 2 rounds of toast, all included for only £7.50 This consists of sausage, bacon, scrambled egg, black pudding, beans, tomato, mushrooms and hash browns. This was all of excellent quality, cooked freshly and piping hot and of generous portions. I will visit again soon. Businesses like these deserve everyone's support in these strange times.

Popped in and asked for something warm and filling. It was. Interesting and varied salad besides a large piece of quiche. Friendly service.

We stopped off here on our drive from Barnsley to Manchester and we were so pleased we chose this instead of the usual burger places. We had delicious homemade quiche and sausage slice with huge salads, my friend who had a ham sandwiches on beautiful granary bread. We were all so full, we didn’t have room for a slice of cake of which there were many to choose from. Very friendly and accommodating would certainly recommend CoffeeApple Cafe

My mum was visiting me and we decided to grab a light lunch. It was busy (which is a good sign!) but we managed to get seated quickly. The three ladies were very friendly. We ordered a cheese & pickle sandwich and a ham sandwich. I asked for a milkshake that wasn't on the menu (chocolate and mint) and the lady on the till was more than happy to make it for me! She even topped it off with whipped cream and an after eight mint. Lovely. The sandwiches were tasty and came with plenty to nibble on (salad, coleslaw, beetroot and crisps). Determined not to stop at the services as we drove from London to Manchester, we looked up the Coffee Apple Cafe and after a short diversion off the A616, we were very glad we did. A delightful cafe tucked away on the Main Street of Stocksbridge. The soup of the day, leek and potato, was yummy and my son had the quiche which, along with the side salad was a triumph. I was only sorry that I had no room for the tempting homemade cakes. Only one very small recommendation: warm the bread for the soup on a dry skillet or frying pan, not the microwave. Otherwise, what a delightful cafe and all local ingredients too. The coffee beans you sold me were packed with flavour too. Thank you.

I absolutely love this place and since finding out about it I have been back quite a few times. The selection of food is amazing and is always so fresh. The Panini's are so tasty and come with a lovely side salad, coleslaw and tortilla chips. Cakes are delicious. Drinks are to die for - I especially enjoyed the hot chocolates at winter time and the homemade mixed berry lemonade in the summer time. The staff are ultra friendly. This is definitely one of my favourite cafes. Only one criticism is that the seating is very unusual with different wooden tables but quite uncomfy depending on where you sit as you can't get your legs comfortably under some tables. Also it can be very loud with lots of young children at times. But definitely worth a visit as the food and drink is amazing.

Great place, great food and perfect for babies and children. The cafe is large enough to be able to wheel bugies around and even has nappies in the toilet in case you get caught short. The toilets have baby change facilities in them and there are children's toys in the corner for little ones. The staff are lovely and friendly. I will definitely be going back and recommending it to my mum friends.

We had a lovely lunch there today. The soup was home made and the sandwich fillings were all good quality. All four of us were very impressed and will definately visit again. A little gem of a place in Stocksbridge’

After driving past this cafe on Stocksbridge High street many times we decided to pop in for lunch. Having 2 toddlers it was great to see lots of toys , books etc to entertain them. We ate inside but I believe they also have a small outdoor play area / dining area too if you fancied dining outside with your little ones. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. They were very good with my toddlers and nothing was too much trouble. Our food and drinks were superb and very good value. We really enjoyed our first dining experience here and will return very soon.

Looked online for a cafe near the church in Deepcar. Came across the Coffee Apple and called in for a light breakfast. Wow that was a brilliant choice!!! The bacon mushrooms and especially the sausages were superb. Best we have had in a cafe for a long time. We were told they were from a local source. Decided we would purchase some sausages before we returned home. Unfortunately we were unable to do so. Think we will have to travel to Stocksbridge some time in the future.

We have just had our daughter's 7th birthday party at Coffee Apple and it was fantastic! Our daughter and her friends had a great time, making and decorating buns, playing party games and teddy bears picnic theme for the food. Nothing was too much trouble from the friendly staff, everything was catered toward their age group. The food was delicious and very much enjoyed by all the children. The staff were great,knew all the children's names and made sure they were having lots of fun. There was lots of laughter and happy faces. Our daughter said it was her best party yet and I would agree. Thankyou Coffee Apple for making our daughter's day very special.

I popped in this little cafe on my way through Stocksbridge, as I fancied a coffee and cake.

We had a private party on the Sunday for afternoon tea. The whole cafe was just for us. 21 of us. The tables were already laid when we arrived. We were greeted with bucks fizz or orange juice. We then Sat down. The place settings were individual china tea sets and vintage cutlery. The food was excellent. A selection of sandwiches, salad, cole slaw and quiche. This was followed by home made scones with butter, jam and clotted cream and an assortment of cakes. As much tea, coffee or other hot drinks as we wanted. We then played games and left with a small favour. Excellent cafe, highly recommend it.

Came to a private party here today. Had a fantastic afternoon tea. Greeted by Buck’s Fizz or orange juice. Delicious fresh sandwiches and quiches. Followed by quaint trifles in lots of different shaped cups and dishes. Followed by the most amazing scones! Endless tea and coffee served by the most obliging staff. Very enjoyable afternoon and would definately recommend this place.

My friends organised a surprise afternoon tea for me as a leaving do. Coffee Apple Cafe is absolutely lovely. It was a private booking on Sunday lunchtime for 21 of us. The food was amazing, loads of it and a great choice. So fresh and tasty. List count of how many times the teapots were filled up. Nothing was too much trouble. The 'reverse raffle' game was a lovely extra too.

Am new to the area and fell upon this place after wondering out of the Fox Valley retail park. Wasn’t expecting such a cute place on the high street !

Everything tasted great! Their cakes are really the highlight, but the Brie Panini was a good way to prepare for that dessert!

Regularly visit here with my partner for a pot of tea and some lunch. Always fresh and lots to choose from. My partner always enjoys the specials from the counter, excellent quiche.

I love this place, I usually come with my daughter and sisters for a latte and a cake, lovely coffee, a large selection of cakes which made it hard to pick just one!! Breakfast choices are great, the American pancakes with maple syrup and bacon are amazing. I also couldn’t find my card when I came to pay and they very kindly told me to just pay next time! I luckily found it so could pay, but their just so great there! Nice lil outdoor seating too! It’s cute and quirky and a lovely place! Way better coffee than costa too in my honest opinion! Will be back again as always

Good menu with plenty of choices. Clean, pretty surroundings. I would recommend the daily special, which was pitta pockets with a veggie filling today. I was pleased with the staff and service given.

Lunch was fantastic, a nice selection of savoury options, amazing cakes and milkshakes!! Well worth a visit... And I can quite honestly say that the staff are some of the most friendliest I have ever come across! I wish we lived closer and could come here more often!

Had lovely jacket potatoes and the menu covered all bases. Staff were very friendly and all the food being served looked lush!

I enjoyed a calm, pleasant visit, sat in the sun trap yard to the rear of the café, away from the road and traffic surrounded by plants and herbs enjoying a simple coffee and cake. A nice, unpretentious place to relax, breath and take on a few thousand calories.

Delicious food and shakes. Very reasonable prices. Nice setting and great for families. We had tuna panini and cheese salad sandwich with shake and frappe. All very nice.

Just went here for a baby shower sunday 25th feb and what can i say the place is fabulous the food was absolutely top notch all home made cakes scones etc latte coffees to die for gr888 staff attentive friendly couldnt do enough for us definitly visit here again brilliant keep up the good work no negatives at all here well worth visiting .

I love this cafe. Never fails to deliver. The most yummy cakes. Fresh sandwiches and salads and many varieties of hot drinks. The staff are incredibly friendly and nothing is too much trouble. A real treat.

I’ve visited here with friends twice now. The food is outstanding; fresh, tasty and great value (huge portions) and there’s a broad selection. Fabulous coffee and oh the cakes... so good. Love the decor too, everything about the place is inviting from the staff, the cosy corner, the fact they are child and breast-feeding friendly. If only I lived closer.

Love this little cafe always a warm welcome with a smile love that u can choose something light for lunch or large we opted for the quiche salad and we couldn't eat it all as it was very filling was a good choice of different quiches to choose from along with different side salads very reasonably priced!

We were recommended to the CoffeeApple Cafe by an assistant in one of the shops at the Shopping Centre. Just a 5 min.walk on the Stocksbride main road,we found the cafe. Privately owned, the quality of the food was first class( homemade sandwiches and cakes). Not a extensive choice of sandwiches, but wholesome and fresh.The staff were friendly and efficient.We will return.

found this by chance whilst waiting for a bus. What a lovely little place it is. Very welcoming staff and a cosy surroundings. I only had a coffee but the food being served looked lovely . Unfortunately I live in Devon but when I come up again, I will be sure to visit . Would highly recommend

I have been to this cafe several times and have to say it is exceptional. The atmosphere is great, the staff very friendly and it is very child friendly. The food is excellent and reasonably priced. Definitely a place to visit - I shall be back without a doubt.

Can't recommend this place enough, I asked at very short notice for some cherry scones and Kirsty delivered again, they were ready and still warm when I collected them.

We have been to the cafe a few times (would be more if we lived closer) and never failed to have a warm welcome. The cafe has home made wonderful food and presentation is a feast for the eyes! We had ham and sundried tomato quiche and salad which was delicious folowed by raspberry and white chocolate cake to die for, all very reasonably priced.Hope to be back soon!

Mi esposa y yo hemos visitado el café muchas veces ahora, siempre recibirá una cálida bienvenida, una selección muy amplia de comida en el menú todo el día todos los pasteles deliciosos y abundantes en particular son muy buenos. Recomiendo encarecidamente una visita, pero tome un buen apetito.

Íbamos en coche a Manchester y necesitaba algo de almuerzo. . . Llegamos aquí y nos encantó el ambiente nos dieron enseguida el personal era muy servicial y amable. La comida era increíble. . viajábamos con nuestros 5 hijos y 2 de los cuales son muy exigentes y había muchísimas cosas para elegir. Estamos más a menudo a Manchester y, sin duda, llegar a visitar este lugar otra vez.

Me encanta este lugar y encontrar información sobre que ya me he vuelto un par de veces. La selección de la comida es increíble y siempre es tan fresco. El Panini son tan sabroso y vienen con una ensalada de col y precioso positivo, triangulitos. No he probado las tartas, aparte de la carretera rocosa, pero siempre parecen fabulosas! La última vez que probamos un casero mezcladas limonada berry que me encantó. El personal es súper amable. Este es sin duda uno de mis favoritos de cafés.

Agradable para finalmente tener un estupendo clima para sentarse fuera y disfrutar del sol en el jardín trasero que está bien cuidada. Visité el Café Apple una fiesta privada el domingo ya que fue contratada para un bebé ducha, té de la tarde. ¡Fue increíble! Las mesas estaban decoradas, con tazas de moda, platillos, etc. teteras Todo lo que te puedas imaginar. Toda la comida era casera y era precioso. Varias selecciones de bocadillos eran servidos en pastel, junto con quiché y ensalada, seguido por muchos, muchos, opciones de postres. . El mousse de chocolate fue increíble! ! Infinidad de recarga de té, café y zumo. El personal era encantador y muy amable. Te proporcionan premios y regalos para la madre. Fue un día maravilloso, que nunca será olvidada. Nos gestión contrató a la cafetería para caridad recaudación de té de la tarde y el personal hizo por encima y más allá de todas las expectativas. El personal eran brillantes, champán, confianza y eficiente, y dirigido a satisfacer las necesidades de todos. Servicio de seda, fue realmente impecable. La comida para el té de la tarde fue presentado en una gran variedad de platos, la torta de color con múltiples niveles y se sirve en tazas de té de bagatelas y mouse de chocolate servido en copas de champaña de mini. . Era tan peculiar y bien pensadas y realmente hicieron el evento único! Cada detalle fue pensado. La comida era deliciosa y fresca, y la selección de Tarta es increíble (pastel de caramelo salada es 100% vale la pena probarlo! ). Almorcé aquí hoy y nos encanta este café. La comida es casera y deliciosa. El café es excelente y el personal es encantador, es muy refrescante encontrar gente con una sonrisa en su cara y genuinamente entusiasmado por lo que hacen. Las instalaciones estaban limpias y la decoración es cómoda y relajante. Los precios son razonables y las raciones son abundantes. Hoy tuve el queso casero y quiché pickle y me encantó. La ensalada y la ensalada de repollo también fue muy bueno. Mi esposa tenía un precioso marroquí que sopa probablemente la orden la próxima vez. No puedo esperar a volver!

Been a few times and never been let down. The menu is updated regularly so there is always something new to try. On a health kick at the minute so the range of fresh salads is great.

Personal amable, una buena selección de dulces y bebidas, destaca en la calle como un sitio al que ir. Servicios públicos limpios, selección de periódicos y una bonita habitación lateral donde también se puede comer y tomar bebidas y hablar o leer. Podría ser en el Chelsea, pero es en Yorkshire - me encanta. La ciudad es un lugar increíble donde la industria del acero (y donde vive en la trama sombrilla estaba patentado) - ver foto. Nos dirigimos al noroeste de Holmfirth y 635 para volver a Pennines.

Mi hija tuvo su baby shower en Apple café. La comida era deliciosa, las mesas y sillas estaban decoradas, variedad de bebidas, el café era excelente, y podría haber extra bebidas si lo desea. Incluso entretenido con un par de juegos. Las mujeres eran muy amables, se unió al divertido y nos cuidaron muy bien. Gracias apple café que merecen su reputación maravillosa.

Visited here on a Saturday and had lunch followed by a cake. Lots of choice. I had quiche and then sponge cake with batten-burg pieces on the top. Exciting different hot chocolates Nice decoration, magazines, newspapers and area for children with iPads Would recommend

Coffee Apple is a friendly Cafe with helpful staff, great food, delicious cake, gluten free choices and caters really well for children too. I just wish I had the opportunity to visit more often! I definitely highly recommend this Cafe 💖

Visited last month on a friends tip and wasn't let down. The food was great as was the service. Also if you have a sweet tooth the Cake selection is fantastic (Jaffa cake cake is amazing).

I like coffee but don't drink too much, so when I have it like the best I can get I don't like Costa so far my favourite has been Starbucks in this country on the continent it's a bit different as you can take your pick from a host of small independent outlets and cafes.

Fuimos una familia de CoffeApple Cafe por la fuerza de las críticas y, por desgracia, basado en nuestra experiencia no lo recomendaría. Fuimos para el desayuno alrededor de las 10:00 de la mañana del sábado. Desayuno inglés completo estaba a la orden del día, pero nos dijeron que no había salchichas. Nos imaginábamos que habría una reducción en el precio o de una sustitución. Tampoco resultó ser así. El personal era educado y cortés tomó el pedido y esperamos. Después de 10 minutos o así que nos proporcionaron las tostadas, pero no fue hasta el final de la comida, nos dimos cuenta de clientes locales habían dado que era mermelada / mermelada en el menú pero no vimos que no era siempre. He visitado en varias ocasiones y debo decir que mi esposa es un cliente habitual. Si la visita es para una bebida y una porción de tarta, desayuno o almuerzo, este es el lugar para visitar el lugar. La comida es fantástica y el añadido extra en las ensaladas es fantástico y me ha de probar cosas nuevas cada vez. Lo que hace de este lugar el mejor es el personal, el momento en que entras por la puerta que se encuentra con una sonrisa muy acogedora, un servicio amable que te hacen sentir que estás entre amigos, en vez de un cliente.

i have used this cafe since it opened its doors and it is wonderful in every way .My friends and i do not live in Stocksbridge but we meet up weekly to have our lunch in the cafe. Nothing is too much trouble for the friendly and attentive staff.if i am following a healthy eating plan there are lots of good quality health and filling choices and for the times i am being naughty i am spoilt for choice.The facilities on offer are great.Nappys, wipes,changing tables even fresh flowers in the bathrooms.. and the cafe is very clean.The food is high quality and i don't know how they do this for the low prices.Although i love the new fox valley centre for its choice of wonderful shops, for me nothing comes up to scratch for me in the quality and freshness of coffee apples food.Thanks girls for making it the great place it has become!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Estado aquí unas cuantas veces con amigos para ponerse al día. La decoré es muy acogedor y cálido es una pena que no tengan un área más grande dentro porque a veces puede estar muy concurrido. El café es genial y bien presentada!

Este es un café cálido y amable, el cual está decorado con buen gusto. La comida y las bebidas tienen precios razonables y son deliciosos. Yo nunca he sido decepcionado con mis comidas, café o trozos de bizcocho. El único inconveniente de este café es que es tan popular en la ciudad! A menudo podrá encontrar difícil encontrar un asiento... así que asegúrate de que te den una mesa antes de la hora de almuerzo hora.

Coffee Apple is delightful,scrummy cakes! Excellent coffee,very friendly atmosphere,good ,caring service.Good presentation of freshly prepared home cooked food,salads ook amazing.Always busy which is good,excellent mix of people.When visiting The Fox Valley shops,pop in here first to fortify your selves you won't be disapointed!

Me encanta la zona de fuera aquí, una gran jaula con un excelente café y una gran selección de delicias. No había sido por un tiempo, ya que solía ser de niños en control cuando fui. Fue mucho mejor en mi última visita, sin duda volveremos.

Vine aquí para café un par de veces, y me quedé muy impresionado con este nuevo negocio, criado en esta ciudad Era refrescante encontrar un negocio cálida llena de vida y calidez. Una gran relación calidad-precio, estaba con hambre un día y pedí un aunque lo que sería un pequeño snack, bien ciertamente llena un agujero en mi estómago durante el día! Un amigo vino con su hijo desde Australia el año pasado y chocolate caliente fueron un lujo.
