Great lil cafe, friendly staff, amazing coffee and good prices.

1 star for the quality and the way the coffee was made. I haven't visited Coffee Village for a long time, but decided to visit this morning to see whether their coffees had improved. I ordered an Oat Decaf Mocha...it was made way too hot to the point that was a layer of the oat milk skin floating on top of the coffee. I never asked for an extra hot coffee. Potentially I wasn't able to taste the full flavour of the coffee as when coffee is made extra hot it changes the taste. Needless to say I will not be visiting Coffee Village for a coffee again. Up your game Coffee Village, there is Mr Tinto (coffee shops and trailer) nearby which provides exceptional quality coffee everytime.

Really liked the variety of food for a cafe. The coffee itself was top tier possibly the best or second best coffee I’ve ever drunk in London. The staff where very hard-working and I don’t understand how it wasn’t packed. If I lived in the area I would be here everyday grabbing my morning coffee. Whenever I am around east Croydon again I will definitely come here and have a ciabbatta and coffee again. Prices where cheap for London standards also.

Dine in/Take out... everything is standard served as take out, even when you're eating in. When taking order, please enquire! It was corrected when pointed out. Coffee was nice, but the pie tasted like it was made the day before.

Great place for a work coffee without going to the big chains. Highly recommend

This is a fabulous coffee shop tucked away under Saffron House. Really friendly and full of locals. Well run by two lovely brothers great coffee, nice food lovely atmosphere. Its great sitting outside in the Summer

First time visiting the place and I am amazed by the friendliness of the staff and the variety of food and coffees. Definitely recommended 🙂

Basically a coffee shop, though they do a small range of snacks. We like their Portuguese custard tarts! Some of the best coffee (lot of flavour without being bitter) in the neighbourhood. Run by Jose and Manuel

A really off vibe, hardly anything stocked and service not friendly. The cakes tasted really poor and not worth the money. We also were asked to leave before it turned 3 despite having not finished our drink. I would not recommend.

Surprisely good coffee and great communication by staff. Great Customer service and great coffee nice alternative to Starbucks.

Toilets are very clean. The Batista was so lovely and smiley ❣️ I tried chia tea latte, better than Starbucks. And hot chocolate is not sooooo sweety it is a nice thing 🤣

If you want Bakewell Rock Tarts and a Cadbury hot chocolate weaker than your nan makes go here!!

Clean and tidy, as possibly the best bacon bap in London. Soft brown bap and tomato ketchup. Coffee is smooth tasting. Highly recommended.

Popped in for coffee which is very good. But there might have been different staff on because I am unsure where others have encountered these 'friendly, nice' people that work there...

Wasn’t sure what to expect but it’s a very nice place. My 1st time here. Baristas very friendly and lovely. When I’m in the area would definitely come back. And Hot Chocolate VERY delicious.

My local ive been going for 12 months nearly everyday. Great staff, perfect wraps and great chilled space.

Friendly staff, tasty fresh sandwiches - my favourite is the blue cheese and avo baguette - top stuff. Reasonably priced too. Love it!

Quant modern cafe run by Italians. They know their coffee and even serve pasta. Very nice view of the courtyard.

When you come across the only coffee place on your way and reluctantly ask if they have an iced decaf coffee and the nicest man says which flavour would you like and then you get a fantastic iced latte with a hint of vanilla. Yesssss!

Beautiful little coffee shop hidden away in saffron sqaure. The owners are so warm and welcoming and the selection of fresh food and drinks are always amazing. Love this little shop for when I need my coffee fixes!! It is always buzzing with a great atmosphere.

Great coffee, great service and staff

Unfailingly cheerful, polite and helpful staff welcome customers. Reasonable selection of food on offer for an acceptable price. The only drawback is that the place is a victim of its own success and on occasion it is a bit cramped and over full. Nevertheless it is to be heartily recommended.

An unassuming coffee shop/cafe tucked away within the Saffron Square complex. Good selection of light snacks and drinks using good quality ingredients. Usually pretty busy at lunchtime as used by many workers who work in the offices nearby.
