A very welcoming place, with really comfy seats and good home cooked food. The best part are the people who work here - gracious, efficient, kind and always cheerful.

A relaxing retreat, popular with locals, not least for thoughtful personal service. A good choice of snacks and fillings, including hot paninis, sandwiches, jacket potatoes, and soup, not to mention good coffee and tea. We have been twice, and will certainly call again. Car parking may be awkward.

Always stop here for a morning coffee...best coffee in Hillingdon! Always have a nice chat with the staff, always friendly! Highly recommended!

Really nice milkshakes, coffee, and a good selection of cakes. Definitely worth popping in to while in town or heading to the train station.

Quick passing visit! Biscuits were good, milk shakes were lovely! Problem with the machine so one was watery but lady did explain. Was clean and friendly!

I come here regularly with my daughter - we used to live down the road but have now moved about 5 miles away but still eat here every few weeks. The service is great, the ladies are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Food is always lovely, coffee is spot on and my daughter loves the slush puppies and babychinos! Would definitely recommend. 10/10

I came in here a lot when I was pregnant and I still come in now and again with my little one have a coffee and read. The coffee is super the staff are really lovely. Has a great vibe so good to have on our doorstep.

Great Sunday afternoon coffee. Ideal place to enjoy a coffee at your pace and feel refreshed 😊. Seating is great and so as the atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it!

Nice to pop into this coffee lounge when shopping locally. Nice coffee, comfy seats and nice people.......very handy place to take the weight off my feet when having a walk.

Very helpful and friendly smiley staff too who are always happy to not just help but add to the experience. They opened 15 minutes early for me this morning as I was in a rush on my way to the station (for juice, not coffee as the machine would need time to warm up, still a lovely gesture). The chicken and pesto panini is out of this world. Seating is very comfortable though they do a great takeaway service too!

Every time I have been to the Coffee Lounge the service and quality has been fantastic. Carry on the good work.

One of the quiet places for a chat over a cuppa coffee. Very homely atmosphere. Staff exude a warm and welcoming approach. Offers pastries and coffee, and good breakfast..

Yeah i like it here, wether getting a take away on way to station or hanging about meeting someone, lovely people.

I've visited the Coffee Lounge on many occasions and although the staff haven't changed, the management has. The new owners are lovely but seem to be a bit 'in the way' rather than being helpful. I do understand that they are still finding their feet, but I think they need to step back a little and observe the existing staff for a while rather than jumping in and seemingly making an easy job harder. Theres always a queue now, where before it was managed quickly and efficiently, and it's not the largest of areas so this tends to cause a block in the shop and stops people getting past to sit down. It's still a great place to go, as the coffee and food are fab (as are the staff) but just be aware that the service might be a bit chaotic. I'm sure it will get better with time, but it has definitely changed and I just wanted to mention these changes.

This is a fantastic coffee shop restaurant which serves amazing food well priced and served in very comfortable family run lounge.I was told of this place and with its new owners who have brought more amazing food to the menu that will undoubtedly be a great hit with everyone.Come in and give it a try and experience the place for yourselve.PS. The baguettes are made to order along with other dishes (very tasty)

I was in the Hillingdon area for some engineering work. At lunch time I spotted this coffee lounge by its red entrance, clean windows and clear advertising text. I decided to give it a go. Once inside, I noticed the practical layout of the lounge, the comfortable looking like chairs and the nice food presentation behind the glass. My order was taken by a trainee with a poppy flower on his chest, in a very polite manner. An older gentleman (the manager I suppose) started quickly to prepare my egg and bacon baguette and put it in on my table (nice presented on a plate) in less than 2 minutes. Everything was fresh: crispy baguette, warm scrambled eggs and bacon, garden fresh lettuce and cucumber inside. I felt like having a home-made meal. Absolutely Delicious!!!! Mouth-watering stuff... even now when writing this review....Step inside if you are in the area or plan to try it, if elsewhere. It really worth such an experience for just £3.70 or so.I noticed they prepared english and asian food, tooTheo

Small independently run coffee shop with excellent staff and a good range of food drinks and snacks. Clean and tidy with a nice atmosphere what more could you want from a local coffee shop.....highly recommended

Came last Wednesday 5th with a friend for a coffee. A bit of a squash to queue at the counter to order as tables are placed close together. I ordered a hot chocolate it was two pound something a bit expensive I thought for a hot chocolate. Anyway, we found a small corner table to sit at, again tables too close, you can hear other people's conversations. Didn't actually drink much of my hot chocolate as it wasn't nice, I felt it was to salty, funny that, as it is supposed to be sweet. Anyway, left my drink only stayed for an hour for a catchup with my friend, she did finish all her hot chocolate, this place is not for me. I felt it was Abit like a small Costa,didnt try the food on this occasion. Don't think I'll be going back, staff seemed friendly.Abit of a squeeze on our way out as a wheelchair customer was in the queue, may be they should make more space in front of shop so people can form a nice queue, instead of being in the way.

Pop in regularly if there's time in the morning. The staff are lovely and the coffee and cakes are equally as pleasant, worth a try.

I try to pop in here at least once on my infrequent journeys back to Hillingdon. I'm never disappointed either by the coffee, the food or the staff. It's totally independant too, which is a plus in my book.

Huge improvement on the last time I came into this place. Lovely staff and who I assumed to be the managers, were very pleasant to the staff and customers, always love to see management getting involved. Keep up the good work, I shall be visiting in the future!

This is a true and great little coffee shop... Go in and soak up the community feel. Forget Starbucks, costa and many others.. Just chill out and smell the coffee, but drink it too

An absolutely perfect independent Coffee Shop. After being used to the standards set by the large chains it comes as a refreshing experience to visit the Coffee Lounge in Hillingdon. Both the beverages and food are absolutely first rate and the cleanliness second to none. Delightfully decorated, lit and furnished this really is a little gem. Along with free Wifi and friendly as well as efficient service, this really is a must stop place if visiting or a resident in the area.If Tyrone the owner is there as he often is, he may well agree to giving a small rendition from his vast light operatic repertoire, if there are no objections from other customers.Living in Denmark I am used to high standards of service but the Coffee Lounge is up there with the very best and a visit one of the highlights of my trip.

It was a year ago that I was here and it was so new, TA refused to list it when I asked because, I assume, it wasn't listed elsewhere. It used to be a video shop/cyber cafe but is now a super little coffee shop. All the things you'd expect to find in an independent establishment of this type are here as well as some very good sandwiches with good fillings. It's a really welcome addition to the Parade at Hillingdon.And service with a smile!

This is a fairly new coffee shop that I go to regularly while on the school run. They have fantastic coffee, a great selection of hot and cold food, free wi-fi, and friendly staff. Add all that to reasonable prices and you have a perfect little coffee shop.
