Laptop and work /study friendly space. I had an event to attend at a place nearby and wanted to a space to rest and work at the same time. The staff were very friendly and helpful .

Realmente quería calificar este lugar de 5 estrellas o incluso más alto y decirles a todos que visiten esta joya escondida absolutamente encantadora hasta que no pueda soportar a la camarera (no al camarero). Vine aquí cinco mañanas seguidas, pedí un café con leche de avena con crepes / croissant / envoltura caliente cada vez. Hoy, cuando recogí mi café, descubrí que era un café con leche normal. No fue gran cosa, incluso si sucediera en una cafetería que no me gusta, no me importaría en absoluto. Si la camarera que tomó mi orden puso una sonrisa falsa en su rostro, o tuvo alguna expresión facial amigable, o dijo "¡Uy, pensé que dijiste café con leche", solo sonreiría y lo tomaría. Pero ella me confrontó como si estuviéramos en la corte. Incluso dijo: "Te cobré por un café con leche", sí, porque tomaste mal mi pedido, no porque te debía intencionalmente, 0. 40 GBP? Dije que vine aquí cinco días seguidos pidiendo el mismo café, que quería demostrar que amo este lugar, así que frecuentaba, pero ya sabes lo que dijo: "Pero no tengo que recordar eso". Así que le dije directamente que esto es culpa tuya, no mía, y ella todavía no tenía expresión facial e insistió en que ordenara café con leche. Esta actitud es increíble e inaceptable para una camarera. No sé por qué la contrataron, y no sé si se atreve a tratar a todos los clientes de la misma manera. Si no escribo esta reseña, no es justo para todas las demás personas que trabajan duro en esta industria. Ella no merece trabajar aquí, y estoy seguro de que ni siquiera pasará un segundo reflejando su propia actitud, incluso si lee esta reseña. Si ni siquiera quiere sonreír, o no quiere sonreír a todos los clientes, no tenga un trabajo en la industria de servicios.

Este lugar es asombroso. El café en realidad se hace correctamente. El personal es increíble y los crepes. . . Mmm Uno no esperaría un lugar tan grandioso en medio del turístico Londres. . Pero consíguete allí.

Estuve visitando Londres recientemente y tenía trabajo que hacer. Entré en JOVA y los dos baristas detrás del mostrador eran absolutamente encantadores. Estaba buscando un bollo con crema y mermelada y, aunque no lo ofrecieron, hicieron una búsqueda en línea y me recomendaron dónde podría ir. También conseguí una deliciosa taza de café y realmente disfruté trabajando en el espacio por un par de horas. ¡Altamente recomendado!

Süße Café. Leckere Kuchen, tolle Crêpes, guter Kaffee, der Tee war etwas lasch... Süßer zusätzlicher Raum im Keller! Man bestellt an der Theke und nimmt die Bestellung selbst mit zum Platz, da die Treppe zum Keller sehr steil ist, besteht hier die Gefahr, dass man den 2. Kaffee bestellt, bevor man vom ersten getrunken hat!

I usually frequent at Starbucks for a good cup of joe, but decided to try Jova as I always pass it daily on my way into the office. I only went in for a cup of coffee - a vanilla latte to be exact - and was disappointed they don’t do syrup. Nevertheless, I ordered a latte and left. My cup felt ridiculously light for a latte (as thought it had more foam than actual coffee). Imagine my surprise when I arrived at work, popped off the lid and was utterly appalled at the quantity of my coffee - or rather, lack of! There was just over half a cup of coffee and this was BEFORE I had even taken a sip. For something that cost almost £3 I felt robbed. Robbed. Robbed. Robbed. This is the first and last time I shall ever venture into this place.

I have mixed feeling for the crepes they have not a lot of choices . I had the one with aubergine mozzarella and pesto and a matcha 🍵 latte. The pesto was overpowering and rather salty. Maybe I will the sweet one next time. A good place to sit down and have a chat with friends

The place is cozy and interior is nice and offers co- working space that can be rented in heart of the Fitzrovia. Unfortunately food was disappointment, juice had way too much ginger and was “biting” your tongue and both savory crepes for me and my friend was completely cold inside that I had to ask to heat it up. Additionally the air conditioning was not working and due to burning something there were some blue smoke across the whole place that made your clothes soak up with the smell. Slightly disappointed and not going to return to give another shot anytime soon.

I just love their crepes !! The asmosphere is cosy and nice. The staff is super nice too. I will come back for sure and recommend it for crepe lovers !!

I will always go to this place when in London. The staff is lovely and professional and the crepes are delicious. Very difficult to find a place like this in London. I have recommended to all my friends!

I just discovered this amazing place to take a coffee and crêpes! Made it in the French way! And the staff it's lovely 100% recommended!

I discovered this delightful place recently, and had an exquisite experience there. The food is delicious - in the last 10 years in London, it is the first time that I came across such a concept. I was very pleased to go there with a close friend of mine, and thought that it would be quite nice to meet with clients there as well. Crepes are delicious- quality is here, design of the place is thoughtful, a sense of cosiness and calm right in the center of London. Staff was very welcoming and made me feel at ease. I highly recommend this place.

I bumped into this cute place on my way to a meeting. What a find! Probably one of the very few places in London where you can eat very good crepes to take away (i.e. not one of those kiosks which clearly use cheap ingredients!). It was very tasty, great value for money and served in a super cute packaging. A must when you are in Fitzrovia.

business meeting here recently and although I was hungry I couldn't find anything I liked so I just had tea. Staff nice and friendly and all presented very nicely but I think they need a wider and less expensive selection of sandwiches/eats if I was to revisit.

Jova London is part of a food-waste-cutting scheme with Too Goo To Go, whereby you can purchase leftover, but perfectly good, food at knock down prices usually near closing time. This is my reason for going here to grab a meal for dinner. I selected this place for a meal because it was conveniently located to my plans that evening (just before my journey to a football match). I entered the premises and was greeted by the two friendly staff behind the counter. Before I finished explaining that I had a Too Good To Go order, the female staff already mentioned the scheme. She told me what my food options were, and I went for the beef stew. Service was quick, which was ideal for me. Although the portion size was a bit smaller than I had hoped for, the beef stew dish was nice and tasty. It hit the right spot. Jova isn't the type of place I would normally go for food, but I could be swayed based on this experience.
