was looking for some cakes to treat a friend and I was not disappointed neither was my friend! I believe all cakes are homemade and freshly baked on the day

Fay’s is a really sweet little cafe. Only open for take away currently but the owner served me and she is so sweet. The decor is lovely, you could also buy a little gift / some home ware. But most importantly I had a latte and the coffee was yum. Much prefer going to a little independent coffee shop it is really lovely

This is a tiny coffee house on the corner of Mill Street and St Cuthbert's in Bedford. They provide a range of drinks and tantalising little cakes. The coffee is excellent and the cakes exquisite.

First time here as I'm not from around these parts. Was recommended. Makes such a difference to try something different. Absolutely loved it, hence my score. Very clean, service was attentive, and the food was fab...don't snack before you go as portion size was unreal. We had to take a doggy bag home, to good to leave. Would recommend this restaurant. They also have a pub attached so you can have a pre drink or night cap

Booked a group birthday afternoon tea, I wouldn’t recommend it. We had jam and cream scones, cup cakes, strawberries and cream, samosa, quiche, macarons and finger sandwiches. Sandwich filling not the best Quiche and macarons 50p size CHEESE scones with jam and cream on aah Strawberries cut up with spray can cream Would have been a lot better if the cakes and scones had been homemade and other items not come from Tesco finger food

We came in on short notice for a family meal. The staff were extremely accommodating and Martessa was able to ensure any modifications to the menu were done perfectly. Also thanks to the chef who cooked it all to perfection.
