He visto este lugar en Instagram y tuve que ir a Londres para probarlo! ¡No me decepcionó ni un poco! Tomé la crepe de fetichina con fresas, chocolate blanco y con leche. Posiblemente el mejor crepé que he probado. No puedo esperar a volver

Estoy muy decepcionada de que no se pareciera en nada a la foto. el malvavisco desapareció completamente en cuanto me lo dio. Nada como en instagram y para 6. 50 .

El personal era bastante desagradable, se quedó sin chocolate blanco y el crepé de sushi que había tenido muy poca fresa en. La mesa estaba sucia y generalmente no recomendaría en general - caro para lo que es.

Precioso viaje a cocomelt, bonitos interiores, deliciosa comida, y personal amable (servido por Omer). Volveremos! 🫶🏼 Gracias!

I took my toddler here on a saturday for a treat for us both, Waiting outside to be seated for around 20 minutes without being acknowledged. Commented on a post of theres to ask about seating and high chairs to be replied with a ‘Yes We do’. However once seated wasn’t given a highchair and was sat on bar stools. So my little one wasn’t able to get out and enjoy it. Felt the server wasn’t very happy to be working, And didn’t really acknowledge us. Waffles were a bit hard but aside from that food was okay. Probably wouldn’t return however, Not very child friendly.

I loved this place it was so goooddd. Everything we ordered was 10/10!! Defo recommend. Our waitress Yaz was absolutely fantastic and made us feel super welcome!!! Pay this place a visit.. you will not regret it!!

The food was absolutely delicious and the service was second to none. The people were very friendly and my family just thoroughly enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. Thank you so much for a great experience. We came over to the establishment multiple times. What a great experience.

The place is great! Tiny gem with very nice service. The mini pancakes are a must have. We bumped into it by chance and we were very pleased!

A TikTok recommendation and a great one at that. We had the sushi crepes, which were delicious! Speedy and friendly service from Yaz, would definitely go back and would highly recommend if you are a dessert lover!

Only given 3 stars as they ran out of milk chocolate. How is that possible. Surely if you run a chocolate type cafe you have chocolate. So went for white chocolate crepe with strawberry’s. It was good. My daughter had the brownie crepe. Wanted the sushi but without milk chocolate decided against it.

Poor service, staff were not friendly or welcoming. We came in and headed to the seating and the staff gave us a horrible look saying there's a queue. We said we're looking for our family member who may already be here. A couple and another two people both sat at tables for four. We were a group of 5 who couldn't find a table. We was told to sit at two breakfast bars on bar stools very uncomfortable. We had to keep checking if people were leaving so we could move to a table. The service was very slow. The WC could do with a makeover. My sister was disappointed with the toilet which had a broken seat.

THE SPOT IS NICE BUT THE ORDERING OF YOUR MENU SELECTIONS IS INCOMPLETE. WE ORDERED A CREPE BUT THEY GAVE US THE WROMNG TOPPINGS. THEY ALSO MADE OUR ORDER THREE TIMES WITH NOT MUCH CARE TO THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT. A 12 POUND (PRICE) WAFFLE SHOULD BE STUNNING NOT JUST ORDINARY. EVEN SO, THE FLAVOURS WERE GREAT AND THE SET UP OF THE LOCATION ENDEARING.

Cioccolateria favolosa, un piccolo angolo di quiete nel cuore pulsante di Londra! Ottimi dolci, cioccolata proposta in varie forme e formati, menu molto invitante, personale squisito. Consigliatissimo per un ristoro "caloroso".

I honestly thought this place would be style over, but it was actually amazing. So good, we went back a second time in less than a week.

They were really friendly from the start, which was relieving since it was really hard to find a specialty cafe around here.

Yummy waffles and pancakes. Nice and cozy place with great atmosphere overall. We went there with teen kids and they loved it

Small seating area which we were lucky to get space in. Lots of staff available. Had the milkshakes with chocolate from the fountain which were good and shared the 'sushi' brownie wrapped in crepe drizzled in sauce which was such a great idea and really tasty, was cut into 6 pieces, I am a chocoholic but 2 pieces were enough for me so glad I shared!

The yummiest chocolate cafe in London. Amazing food service and interior. Will definitely be back again.

Stumbled across this place as I was walking through Soho and absolutely loved it. My wife and I were craving dessert and were attracted by the chocolate fountains (milk, white and dark chocolate!) in the window and the sign saying 'fresh crepes and waffles' this way which is exactly what we were after. We tried one dessert each - I went for the Fettucine Crepe which looks like pasta but covered in Chocolate and my wife went for the Classic Crepe but with all three chocolates. They both hit the spot and were the right amount of chocolate for us. I had an oat milk latte too which was very good quality too. Will definitely be going back.

I visited cocomelt post work and it did not disappoint at all! I was walking in Soho and saw those drippy chocolate fountains, so had to go inside and check it out! It's a great atmosphere, staff are super nice and their waffles are deliciousness 😍 Definitely going back to try the other stuff on the menu, can't wait to taste the fettuccine crepes 🍝
