A few weeks ago i gave this place 5stars for the food and service.today i give it 3 stars the service is still there.But the food the chef cutting your meat gives you only small pieces of meat as an adult this is not enough food i fill he could cut more meat to put on your plate without the need to ask.I know the price of the carvey has gone up But the meat portions have gone down. The reason I have removed the 3rd star is nothing has changed from 4 years ago. It has got worse they treat an adult by giving them little meat only suitable for kids. For me to get the correct amount of meat served up to me at a toby I have to travel out of the area to my favourite toby. This was once my favourite toby not anymore.

We sat outside in the beer garden. It could've been cleaner and unfortunately I repeated my order 3 times yet the waitress still got it wrong.

as I sit here, I've been spoken to like dirt for simply pointing out my.king size meal.had 3 bits of Turkey the thickness of filo pastry. the car park.is full up with only a handful of customers, so how much does the manager take in back handers to park at the expense of the cust. Never again !

Got a new manager but he is not worth a wink he takes notis of nothing except chatting with the bar staff food is good and other staff are excellent

I recently visited your location to purchase a doughnut that was being advertised on your kiosk system. However, I was disappointed to find out that this was an old advertisement and that the item was no longer available. What made the experience even more frustrating was that the manager did not acknowledge the issue or offer any apology. As a customer, I expect accurate advertising and courteous service, and unfortunately, this experience fell short. I hope you can update your kiosk to reflect current offerings and ensure that staff handle such situations with better customer care in the future.
