Nice setting but pretty average food. Staff member on the till didn't listen to my order correctly, nor did they confirm it back to me when ordering. Receipt issued did not itemise purchases either. The result was that my son didn't receive any food.

Popped here as our nearby hotel did not do food in the evening, the food was ok My fish did not look like the one in the picture but like a giant pancake roll! Cocktails had too much ice and did not taste of much but the service and view were excellent!

Really disappointed with the food... the meat didn't seem great. However, the service was great and friendly, it's a shame the food isn't of the same standard.

The appearance inside the restaurant reminded me of a cafeteria, but the food and service were good.

The view is great. Service was OK. But the food was horrendous. The fish was tasteless and the nachos we ordered were literally chips with shredded cheese stuck in the microwave and half way burnt. I would not recommend wasting my money here on food.

The views are great of the Loch to Nessy watch, the fillet steak was amazing. Price is on the highish end, but was well worth it.

Dinner with a view - most of tables have unobstructed view to the lake so you can look out for Nessy while enjoying your meal. The food was good and the service was efficient, we came towards end of the day when the place wasn’t too busy

Atmosphere- gorgeous views Service- We were told to sit at any table that wasn’t reserved which we did (our table did not have a reserved sign on it). We were then told to move as the staff said our table was reserved. We watched another couple do the exact same thing as us and were also told to move. Food- I ordered the haddock and my husband ordered a burger. This was the worst food we had eaten while in Scotland (we had eaten at Mr. Chips the day before if that says anything).

Food was pretty good. View of the lake is great. Service very good as well. A bit pricey though for what you get.

Ordered medium steak it was like a hockey puck. The mashed potatoes had wrappers and paper in it. The scallops were so so chewy. It was very likely the worst meal we have ever eaten View is nice but half of it is like a cafe so it feels informal for the price

Way too overpriced and no real taste. Service was not available, as you had to fetch the drinks yourself (you have to give an extra 10% tip). The burgers were really not enjoyable because there was no sauce either. Too few fries for the expensive price. Unfortunately no recommendation

Amazing dinner! Had the venison 3 ways and it was one of the best dishes I've had in awhile! My friend had the steak and was a big fan. Our server was so kind and friendly as was the bartender. Prices were fair considering the location and quality of the food. So glad we decided to eat here rather than waiting till we got back to Inverness.

Beautiful view of Loch Ness and the Loch Ness by Jacobite ferry, the Jacobite Warrior, as it comes and goes from the Clansman Harbour. Stopped for a spot of lunch after taking the Freedom tour, the place was surprisingly empty. The food was great and was so quick to come out, my kids didn’t have time to complain of being hangry! Loved the vegetarian croque monsieur, the veggie haggis (first time trying it!) and the fresh cream scones. Afterwards we did a spot of shopping at the big gift shop below. All in all, a successful day out, and it saved me the trouble of doing a Google search for places to eat nearby!

We stopped here on a bus tour. We tried the MacSween’s Haggis, and I ordered the Spicy Chicken Burger. It was my first time to Haggis, and it was pretty good. The Spicy Chicken Burger was good as well! The restaurant itself has a beautiful view of Loch Ness.

Good restaurant as a stop over of your tour. The prices aren't too bad, we enjoyed our deep fried haddock also the mushroom croquettes was very nice. The seating is good, but there were a lot of reserved tables which was frustrating. The food came out surprisingly quick which is great if you're on a tight schedule.

Had breakfast and Dinner hear and were very happy. Surprised by the few really negative reviews. I figure they just hit a bad day. Service was very friendly and the view is worth a few extra pennies for the food.

Nice place to grab some food and drinks just before you take your cruise… lively view from the restaurant… expect a long queue for ordering but the service is fast… do grab a table first before you order… Try the cakes and scones… freshly baked with fresh cream… must haves for all tourists… Red sause pasta is good for vegetarians (India Tourists may find it a little bland)… Free and neat washrooms on the ground floor…

Wonderful restaurant. We are here during the evening. We had a seat by the window with a glorious view of the loch. The food was perfectly proportioned and locally sourced. All three courses were cooked beautifully. The staff were incredibly pleasant and polite. Even with having to deal with some very loud tourists and their unruly children. An absolute pleasure. I don't normally write reviews but felt compelled to as I wouldn't want anyone visiting to miss out on such a nice experience.

Toller Blick auf den Loch Ness, aber Essen sehr teuer, kleine Portionen und geschmacklos. Typisches Touristen-Cafe. Meiner Meinung nach nicht zu empfehlen.

With wonderful views overlooking the Loch, this restaurant is a lovely stop for refreshments either before or after a cruise on Loch Ness. There is a good choice of smaller snack foods or more hearty meals, as well as hot & cold drinks. The staff are all really pleasant & I even spied a staff member dancing to the music playing in the venue 😆💃 There is a nice clean toilet within the complex

Fairly acceptable hotel with friendly staff, great for kids but unfortunately the price of a lot of the attractions are slightly too high and food on site is serviceable but nothing special. Again very friendly staff but the venue could be better. Special mention for the whisky bar as the staff did an incredible job with it being such a busy evening with low staff.

First of all, I have to point out that I'm not sure if I should be more angry at those who made this "food" or at me, who also thought I should eat it. I should have turned around straight away and gone to bed hungry. The signs were all there. From the outside, the shop looked as if it had closed, the "menu" on DinA4 sheets in neon colors slapped on the wall. There wasn't a single Asian person to be seen in an Asian snack bar. The mixed appetizer platter consisted of pieces of fish, 2 different spring rolls, wontons, and spare ribs. Everything except the spare ribs (which had maybe 30g of meat in total) were fried beyond recognition and came with a neon-colored sweet and sour sauce. The Peking soup was the worst I've ever had and it had as much to do with Beijing as I had with the South Pole. I also ordered the Korean noodles with “roasted duck”... I'll probably never understand what the duck is supposed to be roasted. It doesn't matter because I definitely won't be ordering anything there again. I don't want to bash anyone here, I know very well how difficult it is to have to earn a living in the catering industry. But there are things that don't work. If you can't do something then you have to get help.
