A bit overpriced, zero atmosphere and poor service, sorry, just not very good.

Had breakfast one morning food was fine but not very hot. An evening meal of lasagne was perfect but the bao buns were poor. The costa coffee was always good. Music played constantly. Serving staff were lovely and friendly

Comfortable seating and a good bar and food area.

Nice steak cooked to perfection. Good selection of food for all ages. Chef was very helpful with wife's diatary needs. Highly recommended.

Great holiday park, lots of space and very comfortable. Drinks were fab. Food was great better than some of the pubs in the normal city centres. Staff were very polite and friendly. Great visit and I’d certainly come back again. Well done team.

Nice place but expensive over £15 for scampi and chips

This was the Margareta pizza served to my child. Grim. I didn't even bother asking for anything else. I would say the best place to eat is the small hatch takeaway in the arcade.

Price of food is a joke £5 for small bowl of chips and both meals missing everything apart from beef patty Pepper corn sauce was a joke Pepper and water.....don't even know what to say about coleslaw also found hair! They tryed 2 make up with free desserts but a can't look past the cost!

Food was very disappointing. Probably because it's the end of season but very pricey for what you get. Service was excellent though the staff are great!

Waited 5 -10 to take order only ones standing to be serviced. Didn't have cola they did have draught but was Pepsi max food was tasteless then it was 30 -40 min till you got it only one person serving by this time was getting busy the staff in restaurant looked liked they couldn't be bothered

Foods ok but on the expensive side - the app that park dean want you to use to order is abysmal not helped by an almost complete lack of phone signal and the free WiFi vanishes when the place is busy .

An order for 7 people, waited an hour for food to arrive- looked like they were smashing out smaller orders first which makes no sense when you risk a large refund being asked for. Food arrived an hour later- tepid at best- highlander burger was nice, fries and onion ring over cooked and cold. Staff- not to blame- lack of staff down to poor management. Oh we also had to wait for a wine glass, asked for a spoon for carbonara and were given a tea spoon!!!! Smashing! Would avoid- massively overpriced and not that great!

We arrived after a 6 hr journey and went to.the restaurant for tea , everything we had was cold and so expensive for what we had .. If you want a good meal go to Paul Jones which is a 3 min walk out of the site and it's lovely and hot .. also during the day if you want a good pizza go to the 19 th hole ,,they were beautiful..

Food was overpriced rubbish the chicken was overcooked the curly fries and pizza were look warm at most the only good things were the onion rings and at that they were not that good would recommend going elsewhere to eat there are better independent restaurants in the area

Beautiful restaurant inside the complex at Park Dean. The food is so delicious! And the lovely staff are friendly and happy to help. Would recommend :)

Best steak I’ve had in a while!

Not for first time was served sub standard meal tonight, only went back because I thought everyone has an of day, but never again, can't fault staff but food is heat up rubbish, wouldn't feed it to a dog

Lots of dishes from the menu unavailable, painfully slow service, really poor food. Complaints were dealt with well by staff but would recommend eating elsewhere.

Good bar with good selection of drinks. Would be 5 stars but waited too long for service at bar.

Ummmm…..possibly wouldn’t visit again unfortunately…very grubby restaurant area with dirty tables and floors… run out of multiple food options and we went for breakfast!!!!- run out of some drinks - staff were unhelpful and distracted by their mobile phones…service was poor and meals were returned as not fit to eat!…really need to improve in all areas - toilets were like a pop festival and it was only 10:00am!!!!

You are lucky if you get a decent meal with half the menu not even available. I got a breakfast the square sausage was super low quality with green spots in it. There menu is very expensive. The staff told me to wait half an hour just to tell me they don’t serve anything on a Sunday.

Long wait for foor order, when it did eventually arrive it was like warm and burnt as well as there being a pool of water in the dish totally inedible, tried complaining but staff not willing to listen or do anything. Left and went to the ice cream shop (Scoops) but this was a joke as the lass serving was miserable, unhelpful and rood all that was available was 3 types of ice cream despite advertising doughnuts, crepes and other items we asked when these would be available and she said she didn't know possibly middle of the following week.

Food portion for the price is ridiculous but was good service and friendly

Food was good and service was so/so

Been twice. Both times I've had to chase part of my orders. Staff they have are good and try there best but really understaffed. Sections of menu unavailable due to "delivery not arrived" but to have that multiple times (scoops ice cream bar too) tells me it's bad management and the orders not being put through.

Filthy so bring a cleaning cloth, they are understaffed, no air con, the entertainment is great for little ones,

We waited well over an hour for dinner with one member of party over an hour and a half. Restaurant was only half full but apparently the park is incredibly short staffed. Used to really enjoy southerness so we ate out every night we were there. Paul Jones is good n Steamboat at Carsethorn also, but you need to book for either.

Very slow service waited 90 minutes for dinner.

Food is good, the Ossian on tap is a good pint. Inside is comfortable but outside area was very littered and left unchecked by staff. Lengthy wait on food service.

Food was good but took a while from order to arrival at table. Menu a little unclear too on breakfast options.

Be ready to wait 2 hours and find out someone stole your food. 2 kids chicken nuggets and a margarita pizza set me back 26 pound. Shocking prices for not so great food.

The food portions are massive. Staff are courteous and very helpful

Poorly run, food isn't great even for a caravan park but over priced as per usual. Mens toilet is bazaar. They have made it so tight that you'd need to rub cheeks with other gents having a piddle or washing their hands to get to the other urinals.

Get a bank loan and dont expect any change.

The whole place needs up graded food and service terrible as for the show bar gents toilet floor swimming in water every night,i would start with a change of management

Decor nice enough spacious plenty of seating menu choice limited choice of lagera beers limited too on the day we attended they had ran out of a certain type of Lager they had no pizzas available and the fish fryer was out of action

Biggest and only complaint i have is the fact they don't sell heavy, no John smiths or Belhaven best. Ok if you're a lager, cider or Guinness drinker. Got a good pint of best in the mermaid bar in the park next door, and its cheaper

Just had an amazing fish and chips having driven from Cumbria we were famished. Fab service and awesome location.

Breakfast was awful. Went a second day and asked for sausage well done, one hard fried egg, one runny fried egg, bacon that could crack your teeth, beans that were cool on top, slightly warmer in middle and roasting and microwaved to foot of plate at bottom, uncooked tomatoes and cold mushrooms.. they said they didn't have time to do all that.. I replied they did the morning before... On the flip the costs coffee was good. Staff friendly. Cannot give opinion on other meals. ...

Food and service was good. Only negative was the ordering. There were posters and banners everywhere saying to download the app to order food. I even had the welcome email saying to do it. Sadly the app isn't in use when we got there. It would make sense to remove the posters and banners at the entrance. This then ment a long wait in the que to order as they only use 1 of 3 tills. Food was good and decent size portions. All servers were welcoming and nice so will be back hopefully they have fixed the app.

I usually don't give bad feedback but Parkdean you have hit an ultimate low as far as drinks are concerned. I will add a picture of a large pepsi max no ice and you can judge for yourself. Told like it or lump it. Now this cost £2.75.

Staff chatty and friendly, food was ok nothing special,excellent pint of Coors!

Will not be going back to eat here again, I think it is very overpriced for what you get. For example I had a curry which did not taste nice which came with two tiny pieces of Nan bread, hardly any chicken in the chicken curry and appears to have been sat out for a while. Very disappointing.

Everything must now be ordered on an app seemingly, and we had a few incidents whilst staying here where we ordered something, and the wrong thing turned up, only for the server to argue with us that what we had ordered isn't on the app..... gets out phone and shows server it is indeed on the app... no apology, nothing, "do you want this or not then" after he twice picked up my glass by the rim round the top. Ewwwwwww.

Can be a very long wait to get a drink which can be ordered at bar but not given to you at the bar which like most covid related rules makes no sense whatsoever

Awful service, waited an hour and half for meals and when it did finally come they were missing one of the meals which then took them another 20 minutes to come - offered nothing in terms of compensation (because they obviously have that "oh they'll be back next summer" attitude. Well we won't.

The place can be busy, fully booked a lot of the time and waits can be expected, folks need to remember that due to the covid thing people can only goto a limited number of places .staff look rushed off their feet but given how many people are in the venue it's to be expected.Could those that moan and gripe do the same service under the same amount of pressure. Cudos to all the staff .

Food is really good quality but sometimes let down by the pace of the service, which I guess is due orders having to be put through via an app. Perhaps they need a few more workers. However we were on holiday, time didn't matter and this was a nice place to relax and chat.

Our Party of 5 , 2 adults, 2 big kids 1 child. Food was nice not overly expensive. Pints abit on the expensive side but almost to be expected in a holiday park. Biggest downfall is the children's juice are well over priced. £2.80 for a j2o almost the price of a pint in the Highlands 😬

Staff throughout the campus are friendly helpful and really nice to deal with this week. However, ordering by the app slows everything down considerably resulting in the service being slow.

Love the Site Love everything about it. Not the meal no satisfaction. Rest of the party enjoyed it .
