Absolutely brilliant on all levels ,food staff,service, cleanliness and just everything .Staff polite well mannered and nothing is to much trouble

Great place to grab a beer with an outdoor garden. Seemed like dogs could be outside.

Visited on a Saturday afternoon with my daughter for something to eat. Very safe & comfortable feel to the pub upon entering, nice mix of people, old & young, male & female. Placed food & drink order with a very pleasant & helpful lady called Amy, food & drink both excellent, & a thoroughly enjoyable lunch we had. Lovely pub, very highly recommended.

I always enjoy coming to the Coach House for a beer or two when in St Neots.Haven't sampled the food yet but the venue looks appetising. Also having seen that it's LGBTQ+ friendly is a plus for me.

We visited the Coach House on a Saturday evening. After a long day, we wanted a good meal and a comfortable place to eat. The Coach House was absolutely perfect - the staff were very pleasant and helpful, and service was swift. The food was excellent, and the tables were very clean. This is everything that a pub should be - cosy, rustic and wholesome, with a lovely ambience. I would highly recommend this pub to others wanting a hearty meal and a wonderful experience.

Can’t explain how good the food is, Came in for Sunday lunch and the roast beef was beyond brilliant. Staff members are always so kind and accommodating to our needs, Best pub in st.neots Update: Came back and the food was still delicious and The pub was quiet, so it was nice and relaxing

Food was a let down. Read nicely on the menu but ended up basic and not a lot of care put into it. Also a little off putting when someone walks through to the kitchen with throat sweets and pain killers in hand! Good service and atmosphere, would go back again but not for the disappointing food.

First time visiting. The atmosphere was nice and calm and the staff were polite and helpful. Very small food menu. Kids menus not on the tables? Ordered the famous fish and chips as advertised outside but was let down. The chips were hard inside, and the fish wasn't bad but nothing special and fairly small. Peas were fairly hard, and the tartar sauce was very weak. Feel let down as I was expecting better, especially when claiming to sell famous fish and chips Decided not to order desert as there were only 3 on the menu. Nice place to have a drink. I'm not sure I'd order food again though which is a shame

I went into the Coach house a while back for some wings and a pint. Beer was expensive but they can't help that. Wings were brilliant and a tall balding man in a chefs jacket come out to ask how the food was. This led me and the gf to go back for the Euro finals. We had some really good burgers during the final and enjoyed our stay. Will go back

By far the best Greene King pub I have been in. Great, attentive staff, super selection of beers, great food, and clean facilities. Drop by, you won't regret it!

We enjoyed a lovely sunny Sunday afternoon at the Coach House. We spent our time in the courtyard which was pleasant and the pub was just as nice inside. The staff very friendly, helpful and the food delicious. We shall return.

Had a very nice lunch today. Pub was very quiet inside & out and we sat outside as was nice & warm. A spontaneous lunch. I ordered from the small plates menu & had the fish goujons, cheese with chilli jam & flatbread & dip. The plates are generous, nicely presented & very tasty. My husband had the Katsu chicken burger. He thoroughly enjoyed and it was nice & filling. Definitely will be back.

I really like coming to the Coach, the staff are all friendly and caring. I feel comfortable going in on my own either to meet friends or simply for a drink in a pleasant environment. The food is cooked to order so, although not necessarily cheap - has not been sat around all day covered in bugs. Worth the money and worth a visit

Had the Nachos to share - Salsa turned out to be tomato ketchup, cheese was out of a tube and not grated cheese, guacamole was miniscule. Basically a packet of nachos with the above, Awful

We stopped in for a drink and a meal. Clean, well presented interior. The staff are friendly and helpful and the food we had was really tasty. The only blip for me was that of all the veggie options on the menu only two did not feature 'spicy' or chilli. And one of those was 'fake meat', which I'm not a fan of. If you're a veggie with 0% spice tolerance and most of your menu options are packed with spice, your heart sinks. Maybe have the spicy elements as a choice for those who enjoy it?

Visited with partner and had a selection of sharer plates. They were delicious. Great selection of dishes. Excellent friendly staff and very efficient service. Good value food. Pub is very well laid out and nice and clean. Lovely outside courtyard.

Keelin was the most attentive bar man we have had for ages! This place plays good music and has the best pies anywhere and its dog friendly which is a massive plus. Best pub in the whole town.

Cheri, has been. So amazing since i have been coming to the coach house! She has been so welcoming and has been so friendly! With my allergies the team has been able to amend the food to the requirements She is a true assets to the team! Also kenan has been such an amazing waiting staff where he has helped with so much knowledge and support! Jay x

Had a ‘Works Do’ here recently. As there was over a dozen of us we had to pre-order and give our food choices in advance, which was a warning sign. From a limited menu I went for the BBQ Chicken. The meagre portion of chips, and the chicken were both only lukewarm, and the chicken so dry and tough that I couldn’t cut it and had to resort to picking it up and just biting pieces off. A colleagues who also had the chicken experienced the same problems. In the ‘debriefing’ at work, ‘lukewarm food’ and ‘small portions’ were the most commonly used phrases. No one was positive about their meal. Several people even admitted they had something else to eat when they got home, myself included. Going by the menu (mostly Sharing Platters, with limited Mains) the kitchen is only geared up for cooking three or four snacks at a time, hence the request for us to pre-order. Meals were obviously cooked in advance and then kept warm or reheated (badly) prior to serving, which would explain why the chicken was so dry and tough. If I’d been eating with just a couple of friends I’d have complained but as it was a works do, I didn’t want to spoil the occasion any further. Shan’t be eating here again, personally or as a group. The beer also reminded me why I don’t drink here either. Even by Greene King standards, the Level Head IPA was poor. Described as having a ‘Hoppy aroma, with delicately balanced tropical & grapefruit notes, ‘ it had none of those, it was just bland. On a happier note, the chutney was nice, as were both(!) onion rings.

I had the bbq chicken flavours were nice but the chicken breast was so tough like it had been microwaved for too long could have done with a steak knife to cut it ,it wasn't just myself that found the chicken breast tough it was everyone who ordered it

Nice little pub, only been in there during the day so cannot give a full review, but goos selection of beers and decent food

Absolutely A-mazing!!!!! The most gorgeous food, 7-star customer service and most lovely atmosphere/feeling at the Coach House. I will surely be returning soon!!!!! So touched how much the lovely young waiter chap looked after us, I wish I’d asked his name because seriously, he deserves at the very least Employee of the Month award 🥇 and all amazing things, for his pure thoughtfulness, kindness and care for each and every one of us at our table. All staff members are lovely too and are very happy to make your time there as great as they can but this lovely young chap really went out of his way to make our night special for us. THANK YOU SO MUCH The Coach House!!!!!!!

Traditionally styled pub in the centre of St Neots. Only a brief visit but nice. prompt and courteous service. Just sad to see the degradation of the High Street.

Average very quiet at lunchtime

I must say thank you to Matt!! After a lovely meal I left my jacket behind... but the team were so good and kept it safely until I returned for it some 2hrs later... so thank you all for your great service and professionalism!!

Myself and a mate were refused entry as he was wearing jogging bottoms. As it was explained to us that it's smart casual we pointed out that we could see people in shorts already in the pub. The door staff then changed the explanation saying that if my mates bottoms had a zip that we could have got in. when we challenged this he then said we couldn't come in as we were drunk ( we weren't) someone we assumed to be in some sort of charge then came out and told us that as the door staff had repeatedly refused us entry for a variety of reasons that we weren't coming in. At that time of the evening the pub wasn't busy so that's income that they have lost I could understand the dress code in a west end club ,but a market town high st pub.....come on !!!. the sooner this pub has competition the better as they clearly have a very inflated opinion of themselves.
