still suffering the effects of food poisoning due to under cooked chicken - inexcusable.

The food wasn’t bad, but the prawn crackers were stale and probably more than two weeks old!

This is the best Chinese in Ramsey in my opinion, the food is always delicious, the service fast and polite and it’s definitely worth the money. Highly recommended.

Often, when food is ordered immediately after opening, it smells stale, as if the products were prepared the previous day. Previously, there was a number on the door. 5 for cleanliness in the premises, now it is 4.

I’ve just moved to the area and the food was delicious. It came super quick, super hot! And never had hot and spicy salt and pepper chips and they were SO GOOD!

Not greasy food really nice quality and stagg are very friendly.

Really happy with everything ordered, portions are generous and staff is really friendly. If you are looking for a Chinese in Ramsey, this is the place to go. Ordered crispy shredded beef, special chop suey, sweet and sour chicken hong long style, and smoked shredded chicken

Purchased dinner from here for the first time tonight, the food was hot, absolutely delicious and the portions were substantial. Service was excellent, fast delivery and extremely polite staff. Ordering process over the phone was quick and very easy. No doubt the best Chinese in the area, couldn’t pick fault with anything We will definitely be ordering from here again 5/5

For the fourth time in recent months the Special Fried Rice isnt SPECIAL MAY AS WELL HAD PLAIN FRIED RICE AS THERE WAS VITUALY NOTHING OTHER THAN RICE AND ODD BITS IF YOU COULD FIND THEM IN THE BOX Dont have the special fried rice very very dissapointed poor i have used them for years Better still go to warboys there meal at the moment is very good in fact exellent i say that as i tried them on a tuesday when c hong is clossed

A group of us who were staying at nearby holiday accommodation decided to order takeout delivery from China Hong. The order was for 9 people , so quite a lot of dishes. The food arrived promptly, well packaged and piping hot . All the dishes ordered were present and correct, that had been our main concern as often with such large orders mistakes have been made elsewhere. Food was delicious ,prices were reasonable and portions were massive, enough for lunch for everyone the next day 😃 more than happy with that. Well done China Hong, would definitely recommend .

Deffiently the best Chinese in town, for food and service. We have tried all the local Chinese takeaways but this one is the best by far. Now I would of gave a 5 star review if it wasn't for the recent change in chips. They use to be good old chunky chips but have recently changed to fries, bit like McDonalds style. Just don't go with the food. But it's not enough to stop me using China Hong once a week. 👍

One of the finest Chinese takeaways I’ve eaten, and I’ve tried a lot. Staff are always friendly and helpful. I probably have been getting 2/3 takeaways from here a month for the past 4 years and can’t remember eating a bad one. Food has always been hot if you ask them to spice it up they do. Delivery drivers always spot on too. I always recommend this takeaway to family and friends when the visit(before lockdowns) and they have raved about China Hong and always want to order it again when they return. LOVE IT!

Was really looking forward to this as so many people had recommended it. We was totally disappointed. Slight mix up with order, no chips but has shrimp rice(no one in the house likes this) food was bland had no flavour. Feel gutted

Just ordered for the first time today and will not be coming back. Food was bland and flavourless. Also asked for an all vegetarian dish was was given rice with shrimp in it. Very disappointed.

Used these for a few years now,But never again.We used to enjoy your food as quality was good and quantity too.But unfortunately this is no longer the case.Food was barley warm.i ordered several disses,One of which was a chicken with cashews in yellow bean sauce,and I can honestly say just by opening it up made me feel sick.The smell was horrendous and I don’t know what the contents consisted of,nothing I have seen in any other chinese place.that was the same dish.It was that bad it went straight in the bin.Sorry China hong but I will be using KIMS now in warboys as the food is always good.And would not want to waste good money on food that isn’t Worthing for human consumption.

I review this food as absolutely disgusting and I give it one star simply out of courtesy. The food was cold, not cooked and tasteless - the vegetables were frozen or out of tin. Upon complaining we were told 'you must eat at expensive restaurants' (is that a justified excuse??) and no apology was offered. The staff are rude, unhelpful and lack common courtesy. Imagine paying £24 for a takeaway that you can't eat because it isn't cooked then the restaurant doesn't offer a refund? Appalling customer service and we were ultimately given a partial refund. Would never go there again and be warned if you eat there!!

Very very nice.....very polite lady serving with her little daughter......she is very funny made me laugh..huff huff and i will blow your house down she kept saying .....and she was asking for pizza lol....will definitely go again and again....

Wide range of selection, never disappointed

Used this take away last night. Have been using it for 3 years. No longer though. Last meal was disappointing to say the least. Crispy beef - no chillies on request, but full of leeks, and onions... No idea why. Plain boiled rice - lumpy, not the usual fluffy you'd expect . Personal order, paid for, and taken home (about 4 miles), dished up as soon as I walked in, but 'cool', not hot. Value for money - o.k. Taste - o.k. Service - excellent.

We came late and ordered pad Thai, not expecting much. It was fantastic. I say this as someone that's been to Thailand several dozen times and co-wrote a S. E. Asian cookbook. Not sure if one dish is the best representation, but it was good enough we didn't want to leave it unremarked.
