Had the chicken and wings. Whilst the chicken was good the waiting times do tend to let consumers down. Nevertheless would recommend !

Really nice but you feel like your gonna throw up after and I threw up before it makes you feel disgusting worse than mcdonalds I wss addicted 2 this at 1 point but I need 2 stop now

Cluck and crust is a fitting name, because why did these poor chickens have to be made into the oilest, flavourless crusty chicken fillet burgers imagineable, I mean seriously the bun was soaked in dirty oil, the chicken was about as seasoned as Taylor Swifts music and the chips were limper than me after I saw Sam Smith's recent photoshoot and get this...my "cheesy chips" were just undercooked, floppy fries covered in unmelted shredded cheese, this place was truly god awful, 1 star for showing up, 1 star for pity.

Asked for extra onions on the pizza, there was barely any. Pizza was just ok, a bit disappointed. Hot/spicy wings taste different, not as tasty as they used to be.

Even though the food arrived on time, it was getting cold! Due to the delivery driver could not find me, the area was the postcode but I was in that area with clear instructions to where I was, I even dropped the pin on the app. Which is a shame because the food was really nice!

best chicken and chips going and the pizzas are really great value and tasty would not go any where else it's all value for money lovely and fresh 10 out of 10

food was late over half an hour passed the estimated slot time. request a text for update from take away and didn't receive. phone shop and got an update

Buzzy little chicken shop like in London. Got a 7 piece strips meal & chips. Fresh, juicy and flavours. Feel like the chicken connosour talking but it was class.

First of all food was amazing, by far the best pizza in town, and the service was also spot on. Keep up the fantastic work guys

Ordered chicken burger and chips the burger and chips were cold and they give me spicy burger when asked for normal burger and hot wings wasn’t cooked properly they were still pink with a bit of blood so all good went it the bin

I always choose cluck and crust for my meals, and they never disappoint! The burger is always juicy and delicious, the wrap is fresh and packed with flavor, and the pizza has the perfect crispy crust with amazing toppings. I highly recommend it for consistently great food!

Amazing food and Amazing milkshake

I’m so disappointed about all the food I ordered. I have ordered pizza and 4 puce of chicken as well as cheesy chips . First of all food was cold and unfortunately no tast of any of them ! Chicken was like stale and cold with no taste .

Food is always lovely from here, super quick delivery aswell. only thing that has changed is the perinaise dip, it used to come mixed now it comes just both sauces tipped in a pot and not mixed together - please go back to how you used to do it!

Food has gone drastically downhill. It doesn’t taste the same as when they first opened. When I rang to speak to the manager, absolutely ZERO customer service skills. He was rude and abrupt. I will not be ordering again. This place has gone from 100 to 0 in no time. Vile food and disgusting customer service.

The food arrived early. It was hot and lovely food as usual, the only disappointment was the perinaise dip which is not as nice as it used to be, it wasn't mixed very well and lumpy instead of smooth. Apart from that everything was really good 👍

Banging place, great customer service really good guys. The spicy chicken burger dipped in their sauce with cheese is a must try and the standard cheese burger is a good hit too. Highly Highly recommend. Always busy too which is always a good sign of good food.

The last couple of orders I’ve placed I’ve realised that either the order is wrong or there’s no flavour when I’m placing order for a spicy chicken burger it doesn’t actually come spicy. I recently bought the spicy chicken wings, it was freshly fried however absolutely bland, with no taste. Quality of food is amazing it seems the consistency with taste isn’t the same.

What is going on at Cluck N Crust? I remember when this place first opened I was so impressed with my first meal I visited another 2 times in its opening week. I've ate at Cluck N Crust religiously ever since it first opened. I always recommend it to anyone who asks Where's good for fried chicken. Realistically I've probably spent the best part easily of £1000-£2000 here since it opened. My friends have even photoshopped me outside it as a joke! Anyway I don't know whats going on but my last 2 or 3 experiences really haven't been great. I went in a few months ago to collect and the Gaffa looked really stressed and was going absolutely mad at one of the delivery drivers which was actually quite degrading infront of customers and my order wasn't to the usual very high standard which I've become accustomed to as they've been consistently great over many years. I thought it was just an off day and didn't think much of it. Yesterday my sister came to visit and we ordered some burger meals. I've been hyping this place up to family and friends for so long I was excited to introduce her to the best chicken fillet burger she would ever had. I could not have been more dissapointed. The burger tasted different to usual and the chips. It was still a massive fillet of good quality chicken as normal but the flavour (or lack of) was so underwhelming and different to usual. The chicken fillers here have always had a really nice unique taste and yesterday was miles off. I'm not sure if they've started using a different frying oil or something but it was definitely off. Even the fries were terrible. They're usually super crispy and fluffy inside with a load of red salt seasoning. Yesterday they arrived soggy, lacking in flavour and seasoning and were just not very good. I wouldn't mind but we ordered at about 3 30pm on a pre order so I would assume the fries and chicken burgers would be some of the first to leave the shop and be super fresh and on point. I don't know if something is going on behind the scenes but the last few visits have not been good at all. I'm probably going to leave it a few months before ordering again now hopefully some changes can be made to bring it back to the high standard it's usually always carried. Sort it out guys!

The driver stops at house before mine and atays in there for 10 mins then comes to mine and food is missing from the order. Asked me to still pay £27 for just a burger n chips. Then says if not he will bring a full order back later. No chance am no falling for that old chestnut. Avoid.

Usually great, unfortunately not this time. Chicken strips were cold and dry, same as on the wrap. Gravy was one jelly like blob that stayed in the tub when turned upside down. The pizza was overcooked and cold, however the milkshake was still fine. Very disappointed after spending over £30
