Really good, wait time wasn't bad it was just the waiting are was cold.

Fries warm and soggy not sure but were supposed be chicken nuggets cold and hard looks nothing like chicken 🤮

Food was freezing cold when it arrived and milkshake leaked all over .

Ordered two burgers and the chicken was really old honestly it wasn’t even good to bite.

I’m not a massive pizza fan but I’m obsessed with the pizzas from here and for the price you really can’t complain x

we can never fault this place, it’s our go to. We’ve got some picky eaters so there has been a few times we’ve specified things in the notes, our requests are always met. We’ll forever have this place at the top of our list.

It would be great if the order's bag could be sealed at the shop, before delivery. Very easy for food to be interfered with. Easy fix to give customers peace of mind.

im here writing a review again, i love this store. the staff are very friendly and call you names like darling and will usually be casual. its never tense. even when its at its busiest, the food always comes out in under 5 minutes and staff will be friendly. food is very fresh and hot, tastes amazing, awesome portion sizes too, £2 will get you a very large bag of chips. this is for sure my favourite takeaway

What happened? Awful garlic mayo, last time I got some mayo mixed with some sauce for the chilli, which was also vile. Tiny old tasting wings, new management? I don’t know but it’s not the same…

I order all the time and last night the food was cold and stale not acceptable when your a regular customer was 45 minutes earlier than said it be because we got all the warm up food it was tough as old boots 30 pound down drain all in bin

Cluck and crust is a fitting name, because why did these poor chickens have to be made into the oilest, flavourless crusty chicken fillet burgers imagineable, I mean seriously the bun was soaked in dirty oil, the chicken was about as seasoned as Taylor Swifts music and the chips were limper than me after I saw Sam Smith's recent photoshoot and get this...my "cheesy chips" were just undercooked, floppy fries covered in unmelted shredded cheese, this place was truly god awful, 1 star for showing up, 1 star for pity.

Asked for extra onions on the pizza, there was barely any. Pizza was just ok, a bit disappointed. Hot/spicy wings taste different, not as tasty as they used to be.

Even though the food arrived on time, it was getting cold! Due to the delivery driver could not find me, the area was the postcode but I was in that area with clear instructions to where I was, I even dropped the pin on the app. Which is a shame because the food was really nice!

Buzzy little chicken shop like in London. Got a 7 piece strips meal & chips. Fresh, juicy and flavours. Feel like the chicken connosour talking but it was class.

Ordered chicken burger and chips the burger and chips were cold and they give me spicy burger when asked for normal burger and hot wings wasn’t cooked properly they were still pink with a bit of blood so all good went it the bin

I always choose cluck and crust for my meals, and they never disappoint! The burger is always juicy and delicious, the wrap is fresh and packed with flavor, and the pizza has the perfect crispy crust with amazing toppings. I highly recommend it for consistently great food!

Amazing food and Amazing milkshake

I’m so disappointed about all the food I ordered. I have ordered pizza and 4 puce of chicken as well as cheesy chips . First of all food was cold and unfortunately no tast of any of them ! Chicken was like stale and cold with no taste .

delivery driver was rude and unhelpful when I said please can you bring my food to my door as I'm disabled he refused point blank adept telling me to come 12 floors with a Zimmer frame I will not be using your company again if that's how your delivery driver's behave

Food is always lovely from here, super quick delivery aswell. only thing that has changed is the perinaise dip, it used to come mixed now it comes just both sauces tipped in a pot and not mixed together - please go back to how you used to do it!

Food has gone drastically downhill. It doesn’t taste the same as when they first opened. When I rang to speak to the manager, absolutely ZERO customer service skills. He was rude and abrupt. I will not be ordering again. This place has gone from 100 to 0 in no time. Vile food and disgusting customer service.
