food was great ordered so many times never been disappointed once !!! :)

food was cold, some of the order was missing. burger buns were soggy as well as cold. waiting one hour for the food and it arrives not fit to eat was very disappointing.

I recently ordered from this takeaway, and I have to say, it was an exceptional experience! The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Each dish was packed with flavor, and you could tell that fresh ingredients were used. Would of been 5 full stars for quality the food was good but there was a freebie on if you spent over £20 of some free wings, I spent over £55 and didn’t get the offer..

It was my first time ordering. Delivery was quick and the pizza was an Asian style - tasted amazing ! Thank you.

What an utter disappointment. The driver advised 6 left on the doorstep, with no photo or evidence to prove he had left the food.... no knock on the door. When speaking to the restaurant, they advised it was delivered and had a photo, we asked them to send the photo through to us so that we confirm it had gone to the correct house.... they argued with us and then hung up when we asked for either a refund or food. After all of the above, the food arrived 1hr after the original ETA... no apology for any confusion, no apology for the lack of communication. Will not order from this restaurant again. It's a shame. Poor customer service, poor delivery service.

Food due at 7:50 turned up and 8:35, called to ask where delivery was as the had put on just eat that food was delivered, they said driver was in traffic then told me the food would be a extra 10 mins, i live a 4 minute drive from the take away, the food was rank, it was stone cold, the chips were disgusting, burnt reheated soggy muck! The chicken was soggy and oily, and the burger was unpalatable! Worst service ever!

Lovely smash burger, friendly staff who greet you with a smile. Food is reasonably priced and fresh. Only downside was the wait time for collection, and the tenders weren't crispy to my liking, but overall, a solid spot that I would return to.

used to love cluck and crust but the last few times ive orderd something has either been wrong or food has been cold because it's taken nearly 2 hours for delivery

it's bad when the mozzella dippers taste better than the burger. bun were all soggy too

There were green chillies on the parmo which I ask for none. 70 minutes after the parmos were delivered came the salad by that time the parmos were stone cold. Initial delivery took over 80 minutes. Burgers were good.

The worst Fried chicken ever. So greasy and oily, absolutely not edible.

Came from Scotland to visit family, and had a quick bite from cluck and crust. The burgers from here were one of the best I tried and definitely would recommend

Food was very late! Tasted like it had been under the heat lamp for ages as when delivered box and bags were all soggy!

God damn they need to learn how to make a burger that can travel. I’ve mentioned it to them before, even asked them not to wrap it in foil but the honest truth is: everything is wet through and damp when it’s delivered ten minutes away. It was practically the same when I collected and ate on the doorstep. Toast the buns, find a different bun that will keep its integrity. The bottom bun on our burgers this evening was ‘literally’ no better than a pancake. The fries were soggy and honestly the flavours are delicious, everything about the smash burgers is perfect but the bread and fries are letting everything down. I just can’t be bothered anymore.

Ordered 2 spicy chicken burger meals which burgers were on point , gave us some banging chilli and garlic which really topped off the meal . Also got a 2 piece which was fresh🔥

Late and cold , told there was traffic on the road. This was at 9:30 pm. Not an excuse . You was delivering from paddock to longwood , about a 10 minutes drive . Used to love this place when it first opened, will never be ordering again

Waited almost 3 hours for some chicken wings and a 10 inch pizza. Rang the shop twice and the first time the delivery time was changed by 10 minutes. Yet it still hadnt arrived 30 minutes later so on second call I was told it was close but by this point it had been 2 hours and 45 minutes. I have ordered from here before and the food is nice and it's never been this bad before but im now reluctant to order from here again due to the extreme delivery time. Very disappointed

I never leave reviews on takeaways but this as to be an exception! Food was out for delivery over an hour. By time it came it was soggy and stale. The cheese on the pizza was no longer melted. Order was incorrect. I tried to get a late refund and all company said was they was stuck in traffic! 42 pounds down the drain

Food over all goid but ordered a godzilla expecting 3 smashed patties as in description but only 2 on burger no sign of 3rd and 4 small slices of donber. 1 piece of gerkin. Really let the order down £11 for half advertised burger. Not good

Food took forever to arrive, then its missing food and tried to charge £27 for it. When i say foods missing says will go back with current food and bring it all back as a complete order. No way am i paying 27 for one burger and one box of chips. Waited over a hours n half. How do you miss a whole meal then try say youll bring cold food back later. Avoid.

Only had one slice of gherkin on the burger, the other burger was correct no sauce or cheese, just salad and egg. The pizzas and strips were nice, delivery was good.

Delivered wrong items, forgot one of the meals, and the fries were old and rubbery, pizza was hard and so were the wings

Took a while to come and when it came the food was cold I had to warm it up, but it was really tasty the pizzas were nice and the wings were very tasty I will deffo order from here again but I would probably collect so it’s hot

Ordered a few times now and ordered different things each time to see if there’s anything good that they do and every time the food has been beyond shocking. I was happy with my chicken strips....and my friend loved their burger. However the onion rings needed cooking for longer and crisping up. And I don't know what you have done with your chips but they are horrible....poor quality potato and undercooked

A real shame they can't take the same position as many Muslim fast food outlets and stop stocking drinks from companies supporting the genocide Gaza. Time to stop supporting any such outlets!

The best chicken in Huddersfield, always fresh big portions. Chicken is so soft nice it's melting in your mouth. I'm regular customer, service is fantastic, prices are great compared to what you get. Highly recommended.

Ordered beef burgers ... The kebab pati was thin like a paper and doesnt taste like beef as over cooked and burned from sides and also over priced .. got pepsi max with the meal which was out of date .. apart from that i really enjoyed the garlic mayo sauce which gave taste to the tastless and burned burgers.

The food here is 10/10 I love the grilled peri burger. Food came fast and was worth the money portion size wize. Amazing value for money
