cloudM Tower of London in Tower Hamlets

A very stylish rooftop bar with an amazing view and great drinks! The atmosphere is really nice and the staff is very friendly! We hadn't reserved a table, whereupon the nice waitress apologized and said that her only option was to offer us a place on the terrace and that was fantastic. The view was so impressive, we took countless photos. Our drinks were excellent. We really enjoyed this end to a great day.

The high-rise bar located on the top floor of CitizenM can see many customers in the afternoon on weekdays, including many business people. It is so popular presumably because of its biggest highlight - the environment. The structure of the large space is a long L-shape. Through the two tall floor-to-ceiling windows, visitors can enjoy a broad view of the city buildings on one side and the other side - which must be CloudM's biggest selling point - the Tower of London and even Tower Bridge beyond. I think CloudM even has one of the best views of the Tower of London in London. In addition, a high-altitude bar like this with a broad view from two sides will have different feelings when you are in London's changeable weather, especially when it clears up from a rainy day, the strong and dazzling sunlight penetrating through the large glass windows creates a charming light and shadow. Likeable and impressive. If you stay in the bar for a little longer from the afternoon, you will have the opportunity to see the glow of the lower and lower setting sun shining on the metal tips of the Tower of London. As the night falls, you can slowly see the Tower of London. The lights also slowly turned on. Overall, I think the sky bar of CitizenM, an affordable hotel, has an environment that far exceeds original expectations. The biggest shortcoming of the food and beverage department is the lack of food. During this visit, there were only three types of food (snack to go with wine). Fortunately, the mixed ham platter we ordered was okay. The main beer is very delicious and goes well with the snacks. Meals ⭐️⭐️⭐️, environment plus ⭐️. Overall, I recommend checking it out.

Popped in on the off chance - not a great selection of cocktails but what we had we enjoyed. Advertised as a rooftop bar, which it kind of is, but the only seating outside is hard metal benches with no tables, more like a smoking area. The bar itself is quirky and comfortable though, if a little warm on a scorching day. Better than some of the more expensive hotel bars nearby.

I recently visited the bar at CitizenM Tower of London, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The bartenders and service staff, especially Jeorge, were incredibly friendly and fun, making our time there even more enjoyable. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and added a personal touch that made the evening memorable. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, perfect for unwinding with friends. The view from the bar is absolutely fabulous, offering a stunning perspective of the Tower of London and the surrounding cityscape. It's a great spot to relax, enjoy a drink, and take in the sights. Overall, we had a really good time and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great night out in London.

Great rooftop bar with nice views of London Bridge and beyond. Terrace is quite small but a nice atmosphere both inside and out. Staff are really friendly and the drinks are unique with the infusion of tea into cocktails

Bit of a hidden spot that still isn’t particularly touristy despite great views. Expensive drinks but a beautiful terrace where you can watch everyone bustling by on the streets.

Stunning views of Tower of London and delicious drinks in a cozy bar. Many unique features and comfortable spaces too. The outside deck provides 280 degrees views, highly recommend going at dark for some amazing photos. Staff is super friendly!

Very modern, own check-in. You can control light and temperature with an iPad. There is a bar with a rooftop on the 7th floor. Cool concept!

Rooftop bar at the citizenM hotel with good gin cocktails and views of the City. However, very little seating out on the 'terrace' which is really more of a long wraparound balcony, so you might have to stand around trying to enjoy your view. On a Thursday night, the place was filled with loud groups there for afterwork drinks - not ideal if you're looking for a date night atmosphere.

Now, here's a great place to round off your day in the capital. With a great range of stimulating places to sit, drink and chat and the treat of panoramic views around the Tower of London, CloudM is for me, the perfect setting to relax and chill after a busy day in the City. It was an absolute pleasure to be served by young Swiss Greg, who really made me feel valued as a customer. I was also surprised at the prices of the drinks that I would have expected to be higher given the venue and its location. I sat outside on a beautiful London evening, of which I hope my photos offer you a taste. I could have sat here for hours sipping and reminiscing with friends, and I will look into hiring one of their meeting rooms in the future. Overall, it was a really lovely experience and one I hope to repeat many times in the future.

Bit quiet, spectacular views, different

A must visit for anyone who loves a good party vibe even on a business trip. The cocktails are beautiful try the q gardens cocktail! You won’t regret it! And the music? aaaah! Eargasmic! The views, service, prices, ambience, like, what’s not to like? Loved it!!

This place just fascinates me but entry is quite costly although if you have travelled by train to London print off a,2 for 1 voucher makes it a much cheaper day out. We went for opening and did Beefeater tour this is a great start to any day

Today was an especially great visit. Having been countless times: the sun was out, the team were on point (cheers Caeden!), the margaritas were strong, the Lost Lager on tap was ice cold and the crowd was quieter than the usual weekend crowd. Could have (and probably should have) stayed for the rest of the evening. Thank you for having us ❤️

Really disappointed and offended with the service. I came into the hotel looking to book an area for 15 people, the first gentlemen I met was fantastic really friendly and helpful, he also told me that I could reserve a space with no deposit and sent me a list of packages that were available. I went in later on the day to book the space and pay for a few drinks and bottles of wine to be left on the table. At this point a lady came over to help me book but i was told that to book the table I would have to pay £35 per person there and then as I was still unsure of number I called my partner to see if I should make this payment of £525 and he suggested i wait until the end of the day to be sure of numbers, when i told the lady this she just stared at me with an incredibly fake smile and didn't say anything so I very uncomfortably walked away. even though it was a lot of money i would have been happy to make the payment but the thought of coming back and being judged by this person again outweighed the beautiful location and views very bad customer service.

This bar is on the 7th floor of the CitizenM hotel next to the Tower of London. The bar has beautiful views of the Tower and balcony is very nice. It does get warm in there when the sun shines in. I only gave them a four star because there were 8-10 people queued outside of the bar at opening time and past opening time. A bar staff member walked past us and then closed an locked the door behind her without addressing of us. Some of the guest tried knocking to at least have someone come to the door to explain why they weren’t open but no one came. We all finally left and went back to the lobby. Someone notified the lobby staff that they weren’t open which resolved the problem.

Great bar with unparalleled views of the the Tower of London and the city skyline. The bar and sitting area is basically a library with hundreds of books adorning each and every wall. Extremely cosy and private, this rooftop is decorated with quirky and curious artefacts. There are meeting rooms on the top floor which make for a great alternative space for hosting training/events.
