CloudM Bar in Tower Hamlets

Bonito lugar con un servicio amable solo una pena sobre la iluminación brillante. Una pena porque arruina lo que podría ser un lugar muy fresco y hace que sea difícil tomar realmente las vistas cuando está oscuro afuera.

Pedimos asiento en la ventana en la reserva (que fue confirmado! ) pero cuando llegamos no nos dieron uno ya que aparentemente fiesta de 3 era demasiado grande y solo tenían mesas para dos en ventana. Se resolvió cuando mostramos nuestro correo electrónico de confirmación, pero fue totalmente innecesario y embarazoso haber tenido que pasar por eso en una ocasión especial.

Apareció en la oportunidad - no una gran selección de cócteles, pero lo que tuvimos lo disfrutamos. Anunciado como un bar en la azotea, que es un poco, pero el único asiento fuera es bancos de metal duro sin mesas, más como una zona para fumadores. El bar en sí es peculiar y cómodo, aunque un poco cálido en un día abrasador. Mejor que algunos de los bares de hotel más caros cercanos.

Went here for the first time on my Girlfriends Birthday and we was not disappointed, atm it’s only inside seating but you can go outside to take Photos, lovely Views and the service was very Quick and efficient, a special Thanks to Nadia Who looked after us and was very Friendly, we will definitely be back

I booked a section of the CloudM Bar so my friends and family could raise a glass to my son and celebrate his 18th birthday. The staff, led by Thiago and Sol, were very helpful, solved problems immediately and made us feel very welcome. Everyone who cam left praising the venue and staff so it was definitely the right choice for this sort of celebration. PS - Thiago, don't try the 'Tequila Stuntman' at home! I'm a professional...

You cannot beat the views from the balcony (Tower of London, Tower Bridge, Shard, Thames, etc.) the drinks are delicious, the staff lovely, and the décor and vibe are outstanding.

We went here for a drink after going to the Gunpowder Plot, over the road. The lift is a bit confusing, but get out at the 7th floor - the terrace runs around the outside of the bar itself On a pleasant evening it's delightful with views over London. The drinks are quit expensive but you are paying for the ambience, the views and the service. Well worth a visit.

We visited the CloudM bar on a sunny summer afternoon /evening and were really impressed. Not busy when we arrived (4pm), so plenty of tables were available. Excellent views of Tower Bridge, the Shard and the Tower of London. Staff were very pleasant, chatty and helpful. When we visited there was no need to book, which was a plus. Cocktails were good, and when asked for one not on their list, were told it wasn't a problem. Really pleasant atmosphere. Will go back when visiting London again!

Excellent good room small but all you need Staff great check in easy and they have a bar with food service

I actually stayed here in January 2019, but it won’t let me go back that far :/ the hotel is incredible! The staff are all lovely and extremely helpful. The room is a little small but very clean and well presented, just a bed, sink and toilet/shower cubicle. But this wasn’t a problem as it was only the two of us staying for one night. Would be perfect for a weekend away or business trip. The room was very high tech, and had free tv and the ability to change the colour of the lighting. My favourite part was probably the view! Right front and centre of the Tower of London which was beautiful when lit up of a night. The only reason the review isn’t 5* is because the room was a little pricey - and you had to pay extra depending on which view you want. But that is to be expected as it is in a prime London location. We would 100% stay again! (My photos do not do it justice, unfortunately I have no pics of the room as I only took videos :/ but there are plenty on Instagram or online)

Came here not knowing what to expect. 7th floor overlooking the Thames and Tower of London the waiter took us to a table at the front, any table you have a good view.i had the lager basement camp and a glass of Da Vinci wine. Relaxing atmosphere, not to busy, we will be back.

Can walk in and use the bar - no need to be a guest at the hotel. Themed like a library, with books and casual seating. View from the balcony of Tower Bridge and area is superb at night. Balcony closes at 11pm. Bartender made a bespoke hot cocktail for us.
