Good coffee, not bad for working a bit but no power for your laptop

Nice relaxed atmosphere, the guy, who I think is probably the manager, was friendly and helpful. I had the vanilla chai latte with a pastel de nata.

Excellent avocado toast with salmon. Nice coffee. Very friendly employees.

the staff poured the coffee into a wrong cup and instead of making me a new one, he poured from the wrong cup to another one and the coffee looked like XXX. Emailed the Founder for complaint and he said he would pay me back. But eventually when I chased him again, he stopped replying. NEVER VISIT

Well,, the ambience of cafe and the taste of coffee are good, but the most expensive latte I have had in London. The latte, a regular size, was 4.39 to seat in.

Amazing coffee shop with plenty of space inside. The staff make this coffee shop truly special and have directly contributed to my coming here, even when I have a coffee subscription somewhere else! That says something about the coffee and staff. Dennis, Lina and Jared are so welcoming, kind and give you the 'community' feel you seldom get in London. Feeling very blessed to have encountered such a lovely team!

Cosy, clean and spacious cafe with contemporary decor and good customer service. Everything is reasonably priced. Fast WiFi is a bonus.

Solid cafe. Pret trumps it for location and views but the coffee here is decent and the filter is always good quality.

It is good coffee and good service, but be ready to pay more than 12 pounds for a flat white, a small latte and a small bottle of still water, if you are staying in.

Amazing place to come for a snack and a great coffee but also for some quiet work during the day. The staff are kind and caring and it’s just what you need for a great week’s start. If you are in a rush though, it’s just amazing for a quick to go coffee. For the silent work part make sure to avoid the busy times of the morning and the weekend when it tends to be a bit noisier.

Coffee was too dark roast for my taste and had no discernible notes.

My attempt at a posh review 😂 👇🏽 Ah, the Attendant at Harbour Exchange! What a delightful little spot for a jolly good cup of Joe! I must say, the mocha was absolutely smashing! It had just the right balance of bitterness and richness, and I do appreciate a good strong flavour in my coffee. Now, I will admit that the sizes were a tad on the petite side, and the prices were a bit steep for my liking, but when it comes to quality, I always say one should be willing to pay a premium. I also had the pleasure of sampling their choc chip with sea salt cookie, which was simply divine! The flavour was positively amazing, but I must say, it did look a bit forlorn on its little plate. Perhaps a bit of sprucing up would do the presentation some good! All in all, the atmosphere was quite conducive to getting some work done, and I daresay it's worth a stopover if you find yourself in the area. Just be prepared to shell out a bit of your hard-earned dosh for the privilege!

Visited on a Sunday morning. Was the only customer in the queue. Stood at the counter for a full five minutes waiting to order. Two members of staff were wrapping delivery orders. Neither person even made eye contact with me, let alone acknowledged I was waiting. Surprised to note, as I waited, that all the food was pre-assembled and just heated up on demand; would have assumed it would be made fresh for such high prices. Eventually gave up and left.

Food is not fresh. Coffee tastes bitter.

All I can think is speciality coffee brand and even higher price with poor taste and quality. Honestly it tastes tasteless like water, exactly the same flavour at Pret except being sourer, but the price is 1 pound higher. Given the regular size here actually is small size at 99% other coffee shops, it’s actually even more overpriced. Indeed don’t mind good quality coffee with a higher price or ordinary coffee with a fair price, but definitely can’t accept pret-quality coffee with a higher price and smaller size than gourmet coffee shops. Grab coffee at various speciality coffee shops daily so can tell the difference in quality apparently. Happy to pay for the extra price at other shops and I did, but really can’t find any reason to recommend this shop and won’t come again. It’s operating more like one-off deal, ripping off customer once and never expects them to come back.

Living in Isle of Dogs for nearly 4 years and I finally found a cafe where I can quietly spend time while doing some work! As a freelancer working from home, it was always an issue for me that I couldn’t find cafes where I can appreciate its vibe so that I can motivate myself to work outside time to time. I only had latte but the food menu looks great, I would like to try them next time. What’s great is that the cafe is clean and has nice decor inside, but not too loud as it’s a bit away from the busiest area in Canary Wharf. Definitely worth going! ☺️

This is a hidden gem and well worth a visit if you are in the area. The customer service is excellent and staff are very friendly and attentive. I'd never been here before and enjoyed trying their banana bread which was served toasted with honeycomb butter. Wow! Good coffee and tea options as well as smoothies. I didn't try the savoury food, which looked very good, although a tad pricey. Atmosphere is lovely and chilled. Excellent toilet/bathroom facilities too.

Atmosphere and decor of this coffee shop is very very nice. Plenty of seating options and a good place to do work. The place is expensive though. Paid £7.30 for the coffee and cookie. Coffee was nice, cookie not so much. I went on a Sunday lunch time and there wasn't much food options available.

Expected a good coffee, since this place had good reviews. Unfortunately the coffee was a bit acidic (under-extracted/not brewed properly). My husband's coffee was even worse. Disappointed.

Best coffee around Canary Wharf

The whole experience was pretty terrible. From a dirty fork put on the table to a tasteless breakfast . The selection of juices we have been told are not fresh (even smoothies) everything is prepared in advance and not fresh. The breakfast which was rye bread with some disgusting coleslaw and avocado without taste which seemed to be expired. On top of that it was expensive and they wanted to add service charge on top. Avoid !

Had to go in for my coffee fix after I found the Pret closed for some reason... Coffee was terrible, zero taste and to charge almost a quid more than Pret for their 'large' ... Absolutely ridiculous. The Costa served in the machine in the nearby co-op would've been better. Heck, coffee out of a vending machine is a 100% improvement on this rubbish. Avoid at all costs - and it will cost you!!

One of our favourite places to go and get a great snack and an even better coffee! Their coffee knowledge is impressive and their skills in making the drinks even better. Top it off with amazing service, bring a full pitcher of cucumber water to the table while you sit and relax in their beautiful location! This will continue to be our favourite spot to have a break :)

Great coffee is a rare commodity on the Isle of Dogs and this is one very welcome addition. EDIT: Thank you for replying regarding the food, will happily try to get breakfast again.

Best coffee on the island and excellent food for a weekday breakfast or weekend brunch. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately their coffee is vastly inferior to other premium gourmet places like Monmouth Coffee. They have a good banana bread though.

Attendant is far the best option to get your caffeine dose in the whole Canary Wharf, Isle of Man area. Its exquisite business style won't overwhelm you with the geeky coffee details, tho you can have a conversation about it with the baristas. Consistent quality, friendly staff. The cafe is dog-friendly, great location for dog meetings.

Lovely coffee shop in South Quay, recently opened. It’s next to the docks and has plenty of seating inside, so it’s great for both takeaways and for a more relaxing coffee session inside (2nd option is not available now for obvious pandemic reasons). There is a decent range of snacks and pastries to complement your caffeinated beverage, and I can tell you they’re tasty. At least, my butter croissant was.

Really nice refit. Great Brazilian Espresso. Excellent customer service, the guy serving (Roman I believe his name is) greeted me very warmly and remembered me (and my drink order, incidentally) from when I'd been into another Attendant location a while back. Excellent. Would recommend.

Great new cafe in South Quay (Canary Wharf) 🙌🏼 ☕️ Just opened and they are open during lockdown for takeaway! Super friendly staff and beautiful minimal interior! Great coffee, cakes and sandwiches and I can’t wait to try the full brunch menu! 🥪 🥗 Lots of seating available (closed for now obviously) and I can see lots of people with their laptops working from there while enjoying great coffee ☕️ 👍🏼 Thanks for the free coffee on your first day and good luck guys!😄

Used to grab my coffee from Attendant Shoreditch - so am glad they finally open a branch this side of town!
